How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    All game modes including tutorial and color challenges are locked. Unable to play any game mode but can see decks and access store

  2. Product Suggestion Leave Historic Alone

    With the new Alchemy format, can we please have it separated from Historic? You are going to be nerfing cards considering the standard environment, please leave them alone for Historic decks.

  3. Audio Bug: Audio desyncs then no audio

    Since July 2022 update, after playing a few short games or even one long game, audio becomes de-synced, and then audio cues stop playing, then all audio drops out. Restarting the program fixes it until it happens again after just a few matches. No other problems with game, my audio, or my PC.

  4. Faith Unbroken bug

    An opponent exiled my creature with Faith Unbroken and later bounced the creature that Faith Unbroken was attached to. However despite leaving the battlefield Faith Unbroken did not return my creature.

  5. Sparky stuck in "Hmmm."-ing out turn - Need a way to force Sparky's play

    Bug: As of 9/7/23 Sparky is stuck in "Hmmm."-ing on their turn to play. Is Sparky teaching roping as a valid strategy now?

    Situation: Sparky has any number of cards or even no cards in hand. It is Sparky's first main phase. I am in a winning position just playing cards to try to get to test a new card in my 100-card singleton deck. Sparky Hmmms for ~ 17 minutes, then I get the victory screen. Sparky doesn't even say "You got me!", such a sore loser! This happened today against Sparky's Blue, Black, Red, White, and Green decks.

  6. Isildur's Fateful Strike

    I've been trying to play with the card Isildur's fateful strike in draft and it's not letting me play it. The card wasn't lighting up and wasn't an option to click on. This problem persisted throughout multiple games. I had the necessary lands to cast the card, but it would never let me. At first I thought it was a bug where it was only available when my opponent had more than 4 cards in hand, but that wasn't the case either.

  8. Tutorial Duel Bug - unable to play cards

    At undetermined moments while playing the tutorial duels I suddenly become unable to play a card. The sound effects that would normally play when when tapping or swiping on the touch screen persist, though nothing on screen will actually happen, making it impossible to continue playing. This does not appear to affect anything else other than the bottom-center of the screen, where my hand is located.

  9. Earn a new deck stuck at 0:00:00

    The earn a new deck quest feature is stuck at 0:00:00 left on the timer with no way to earn a new deck

  11. Sparky

    5 games in a row now, Sparky just saying "hmmmm" over and over. Two of the games he just conceaded after a few "hmmmm"´s. This started the day you launched WOE. Please fix this.

  13. AI sparky keeps bugging out since wilds of eldraine release.

    Games with AI sparky continuously result in sparky emoting hmmm repeatedly over and over again until the match just ends suddenly. Unable to test any new strategies with wilds of eldraine release

  14. NO ICR card on daily quest

    Hi! yesterday and today, after the update for the anthologies, daily quest give me only exp and no ICR cards. I won in casual games and on the weekly events, but the result is still the same.
    Can you investigate the thing?

  16. Spark rank matches not counting and rewards not progressing

    Winning spark ranked matches are not counting for my rank, i can't get the rewards nor play other modes because the game is not registering the progression. I already won over 6 games and not a single one counted.

  17. no sound

    as of the last update to arena (7/07/2022 ), I am losing sound while in a match. when I am at the main screen, the sound is fine. also, the sound is fine for anything else I use on the pc. I am running windows 8.1.

  18. citizen's crowbar

    When my opponent used citizen's crowbar to sac a creature to destroy an artifact or enchantment it destroyed all of his permentants. no on death trigger's proc'd even though he was using a creature that on death would make a mite all of his lands ect all went to his graveyard. I ended up with the match win but should have lost if he hadn't lost everything 3 times due to this bug.

  19. Jadar Not Making Zombies

    Jadar, Ghoulcaller of Nephalia, does not make the decayed zombies at the beginning of your end step. I tested both regular art and Showcase: Eternal Night Jadar to make sure, and neither work. I've also checked if having another zombie in play "counts", but putting Jadar on a clear board still does not make the token.
