How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Experience
Weekly experience rewards aren't rewarding any experience towards mastery. Upon completion of winning a game the counter of weekly experience ticks up, the notification appears, however no progress is logged towards the mastery completion. I play MTGA through my Android phone and don't use any other devices to play. The expected event is obtaining 250-275 experience per win, however none is added to the mastery progress after the notification appears, which claims that it has been. Screenshots attached of totals prior to winning a match, notice of reward given, and evidence of no reward recorded.

Constant crashing after new update
Whenever I log into the client after the recent 9 GB update I assume in preparation for Duskmourn, the client is very laggy. When I click on another tab such as the deck tab, or even whenever I hover over the daily quest reroll, the client freezes and crashes, without me having to click on anything.

Unable to sideboard in game 3 on mobile
In a ranked Bo3 match, between games 1 & 2, I was able to access my sideboard and make changes to my deck. In between games 2 & 3 however, when viewing my deck and sideboard, I could not add cards from my sideboard into my deck by tapping them; I was able to remove (or add additional copies) cards from my deck by using the + and - buttons, but could not replace them with cards that were in the sideboard and not the maindeck- obviously though, I could not register fewer cards than legal, so I was unable…

Graveyard Priority Lag
When playing (Bloomburrow Premier Draft, around 4-6pm on 7/30/23) and the other player has priority, I've been unable to click on the graveyard apart from seeing the top card. Once priority passes to me, or some other unknown period of time triggers, the graveyard is shown to me, even if several minutes/phases later. When it's my priority, I'm freely able to view their graveyard as normal.

Could not see or block bestow creature after it fell off
Could not interact or block a bestow creature once it feel off it was hidden behind a card on field and couldn’t even see it attacking. I play on iPhone

Unable to sideboard after restarting client
I am playing on a PC.
When I restart the client and return to the game after an error occurs during a game, I cannot sideboard.
To be exact, I cannot put cards from the sideboard deck into the main deck. You can remove cards from the main deck.30 votes -

Game keeps freezing windows
After the new update (which I'm aware I can't even attempt to update the game on my phone) I am also unable to play the game on my PC. It freezes the moment I try to do anything. For reference this is on windows.

MTGA stops responding after 9/12 update when hovering over any daily quest
Updated with 9/12/24 update full 9 g update. When I start MTGA everything is normal. as soon as I hover over any daily quest, it locks up and says "not responding". Wiped and reloaded 3 times. no change. read the net and clears DNS etc. reboot several times. no change. using Windows 11 pro 64 bit.

Game is freezing since the 9/12/24 update
After yesterday's update the game continues to freeze. I play the game on my windows based PC. I have uninstalled and restarted the computer but it continues to freeze and I have to wait for the "shut the program" or "wait for the program to respond" window to pop up before I can close the MTG arena app.

Game Crash After update
After the update to arena on 9/12/24, the game asks to download additional data. I clicked the download button and the game crashes and never downloads anything. Android, Samsung galaxy s22. I have powered the phone off, and tried again. It still did not work.

MTGA Crashes When Casting Koma

Unable to interact/view sideboard bug
Hi, since the update, i experience a problem in all drafts, i cant scroll, close view, and sideboard cards only until deck build these cause me big problems and had lost matches and gems. I am top 50 limited ranked (was 20 before). Please solve it and a kind of compensation would be rational, since the system problem cause losses

Game crashing when clicking to refresh rewards after update
The game is continually crashing when clicking to refresh rewards after installing the latest update. It has crashed 5 times in a row and continues to crash even after rebooting the PC. Will be attempting a full uninstall and reinstall of the game but it is in an unusable state after the update.

Emrakul + Heist Not working
I controlled my opponent with Emrakul, heisted myself with Grenzo, was prompted to choose a card, was not shown the cards, timed out. :(

Best of Three Sideboard View Battlefield Bug
After the recent update when playing a best of three match, after round one when sideboarding you can no longer click on the "View Battlefield" button to view the state of the game before the end of the game.
Now the only thing you see is a black screen. This is on a Windows 11 PC.

Game Crashes when selecting (Store, Events, Opening Boosters etc.) after update.
When I use something other than playing a regular game, (like an event, shop, or changing a daily challenge), the game freezes and only a reboot is effective to get back into the game... This is since the last update...
Hello, it's sad but the bug persists.
Point 1 - DONE, (Enable detailed logs in the game client → gear icon → Account → check the detailed logs box)

Eluge's ability on a Sea Gate, Reborn doesn't turn it into an Island, so it doesn't get the +1/+1.

Jump in Quest won’t progress
The complete jump in 3 times quest will not progress. I have tried winning jump in then resigning ( repeated 3 times over). Then I had tried winning 3 matches on each jump in then resigning and did that 3 times but it did not progress so I have been stuck with out being able to progress for months now!
