How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Bug loading challenge match
Whenever challenging a friend to a 60 card match on mobile magic arena it gives error for mismatched settings involving best of x matches and doesn't load the match. This has happened back to back 4 times trying to challenge same friend in both best of three and best of one matches. Happened also when my friend sent the challenge instead of me.

Missing Mythic Reward
Did not receive my mastery pass mythic wild card rewards SNC!
I completed level 64 and 67 of SNC mastery pass but did not receive either mythic reward wild cards.

Regole errate, che non corrispondono a realtà
Appare il timer se il tuo turno dura troppo, ma sei in attività.
Faccio un esempio:
Facendo la combo con Goblin putrido, altare della demenza, e sorvegliante thram che consente di macinare due carte alla volta nel deck dell'avversario e che quindi richiede tempo per la vittoria, dopo che continuo a macinare le carte quando sto per vincere appare il timer del tempo, così facendo mi fa terminare il turno e fa giocare l'avversario.Da qualche giorno appare questo timer anche se sei in attività e quindi non puoi vincere facendo questa combo (anche se nella realtà avresti vinto)

unfair server makes Magic unplayable at a high level
Whenever I am playing an important game, your server disconnects without telling me, so I play a card. Then I find out the card has just disappeared from memory, even though I can still see it in play. I can't use it, or target it, or get it back. THIS IS TOTALLY RUBBISH PROGRAMMING. Sort yourselves out, you're pathetic.

Game freeze after returning from messenger floating button
I know arena doesn't function well when switching between app Windows, but this is the first time my game froze after just coming back from messenger floating button. When it didn't come back for a while, I restarted the app trying to come back into my draft match. I got the 'Unable to get collection' message and then the game never loaded (i waites for about 5 minutes). Since this was a game for the 3rd win in premier draft and I was on a good path to victory, I think I deserve a refund for the draft. My e-mail…

Gravelighter Doesn't Trigger After Other Spells
If I cast a spell before Gravelighter then Gravelighter doesn't trigger. Its IF/OR condition isn't working.

Mana Color Bug
Tried to make 5 black mana to cast Steel Exemplar using 7 lands an energy refractor and a powerstone. The second black mana kept changing to something other than black.
Reproduction:
Tap Mountain and island, use energy refractor to make black mana.
Tap Island and Powerstone, use energy refractor to make black mana. The first mana changes to Blue. I tried multiple combinations to try and get it to make 2 black, and it wouldn't. I cast worse spells instead, making another powerstone. The following turn, I used two powerstones to make the first black mana, and that time it…2 votes -
Bug = players with negative life for several rounds
Took player to negative life ... then still played about 10 more rounds before they could defeat me. Was that a hacker or defect?

Shuffling
The update today, 12/9/2021 has had me having 0 lands in hand after multiple mulligans. This is ridiculous. It's to the point where I'm putting down arena. There's no point in playing a game that resembles an EA based strategy. I'd rather go and play some knockoff online before putting anymore time and energy into this. It would be a different story if it was a one off instance, but I have consistently had 0 land hands mulligan in down to 2 before drawing a hand of all lands. Something is amiss and needs to be fixed.

Please ban Alrund's Epiphany
I have been playing since beta and there is no combination I have hated more than Epiphany/Emergent. I will literally just quit a game if I know it is this deck. Cards that give you an extra turn have been a perpetual problem. PLease, please, please ban Alrund's Epiphany.

BAN ULTIMATUM FROM EXPLORER AND HISTORIC!!!!!!!!!!!! why are you lettings ******** cards like this RUIN THE ******* GAME! everyday i become more livid on playing Magic, i dont mind busted broken **** in Legacy but this is explorer and historic, you cant be serious? I feel like this game went from grade A to a trashcan fire cause none of yall give a **** about it, you only care about making money and stupid edh....

Opportunity to play instant passed over
I had an opportunity to play an instant but it was passed over. This ruined a combo and should have lost me the game.

Damage done with Lifelink creature did not result in life gain
Attacked player with creature that has lifelink, player lost life, but did not see any life gain for me. The creature's power had been temporarily increased by Michiko's Reign of Truth.

Scurry Oak & Heliod, Sun-Crowned Combo Timer
For decks using the Scurry Oak, some life gain creature (typically Prosperous Inn-Keeper, Soul Warden, or Famished Paladin with some kind of enchantment or attached), and Heliod, Sun-Crowned, when they start their combo they are allowed to take as long as they wish to continuously make tokens and gain life. Rarely ever does their timer even start to count down, meaning that, if they wish, they could simply stall the game for as long as they see fit to keep re-activating their combo.
