How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

cards frame/aesthetic changed after drafted
I drafted like 10 drafts in a row for March of the machines, some cards from the collection of multiverse legends lose their alternative art after the draft when they were added to my collection

Cards not in collection
I just did a draft, and won and opened four packs. The rares I opened did not say "new" on them, but when I went into my collection, three of them were all there as just a single card. Either, I had just opened my second and the bug is that I did not get the card I should have gotten, or the bug is that these were new, and the "new" label did not show when I opened my packs.
When I went into my collection after drafting and opening 4 packs, I only saw 3 cards listed as…

Add Goblin Lackey into historic.
Historic is a very powerful format with very powerful cards.
Games end so quickly that most of the time the opposing side just didn’t have a chance.
I request that you add Goblin Lackey to historic because I would argue that most of the historic meta is so much stronger than that card is, I love playing goblins, but unfortunately they lack in explosive plays other than Muxus, Goblin Grandee.1 vote -

card collection acces
i have cards showing in my collection but can not access them when deck building. i have a fynn, the fangbearer in my collection but when i try to add it to my deck it says not found.

Missing rewards
I have not received cards from 2 packs now. And it's maddening. I have been getting really cool cards that I can't even use because they are not in my deck builder. I found some sky nomad and a cool dedication card but they are not available. Just fix this glitch. I have no screenshots because I had no issues for a few days.

Rare Wilcard didn't redeem opening 6 packs
I was with 3 packs opened with 3 to go to complete a cycle to gain a Rare Wild Card, then I opened six boosters I had all at once, this would me grant a rare wild card for sure, but it didn't happened. I still with 0. I guess this is a bug with opening 6 boosters at once instead one each time. Could I please have a rare wildcard since its so hard to get one?

Two packs (MoM and Golden) did not open and are lost
Just had an 'error' message pop up and upon restart, both packs are gone

Wildcards from inside packs are not showing in my total
Wildcards opened in packs are not showing up in my total, though wildcards earned other ways are. This has happened with at least two rares and one mythic in the last week or so, all MOM packs.

Redeem new deck I bought
I just bought four physical decks. When I entered the codes given to redeem them on MTG Arena, I got a message saying 'Code already used.

Product Suggestion
I would like to create a deck using my wildcards, but when I click on the "craft all" button, MTGA says I don't have enough wildcards even if I actually have them. This happens on Android, PC, and Mac.

geist of saint traft not in deckbuilder
Trying to build a deck in history, copied an older deck, and Geist of Saint Traft doesn't appear when I search for it in various ways. Doesn't appear when I search for it from other historic decks either.

I no longer get commons/uncommons
I have collected every rare/mythic, except for the mastery path rares, in all will be one, but im missing tons of commons/ uncommons. When i open new pcks i dont seem to be able to collect anymore commons/uncommons. And i dont have near enough wild cards to craft all of them please help

Eiganjo
Eiganjo, Seat of the Empire has a channel ability, I have never ever gotten it to work, it just does not acknowledge it ever, not matter what I do. I spend money on cards all the time that just simply don't work or get banned because they're op, thanks very much.

Missing booster
I bought a Master of The Machines booster with gold. When I tried to open it, a message box appeared with no message, just an "OK" button. That message appeared every time I tried to open it, preventing me to do so. I restarted the game and now the booster is missing, along with the gold I spent to buy it.
I play Magic Arena on Windows PC.
If necessary, I can provide other logs saved on my computer.1 vote -
Polukranos Reborn
Cannot seem to be able to add this monster to almost any Historic Brawl decks, even though the commander has Green in the casting cost. I do have this card, but unable to even search for it, almost like it doesn't exist in my selection.

Missing rewards
I got a pack from completing a challenge and I didn't get any of the cards. One card involved devotion to white. Also it didn't give me my coins for my completion

Cathars' Crusade missing when creating deck
Playing on PC
I crafted 2 Cathars' Crusade after playing in alchemy play against the card. When i search for them in my collection, they appear. When I attempt to add them to a deck of any type (again i played against it in alchemy so tried that first), the card is not present, searchable or clickable. Please see attached screenshot searching within collection (proof of having card) and the search options i use to try to find it when i am looking within collection and the deck building screen. again, regardless of deck, i am not able to add…1 vote -
Deck building eldrazi Bug
When you go to the deck building area, click build new deck and look up eldrazi it doesn’t show any cards even if it is in your collection. This bug was found on android and ios and you can find it with the steps provided.
