How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Menu UI Unresponsive After Screenshot on Monile
Using a Galaxy S10 to complete a NEO sealed event and then taking a screen shot (swiping my hand across the screen), the UI would react to me touch buttons (ex. Claim rewards after the sealed event or the menu button), but they would not actually follow through with the expected outcome. Closing the app then reopening fixed the issue.

Issue with Grotag-Night Runner.
I was playing a Zendikar Rising draft and I had two Grotag-Night Runners on the board. One of them continuously had the summoning sickness UI and could not be selected to attack or block. I would like a refund.

MTG Arena crashing when trying to start a game with the "play" menu (the one in the middle) i can play other but not this one
i can't play normal/ranked game ! game is crashing while i'm using the "play" button or when i try to scroll through my decks

Heiko did not work
I had Heiko the general out with the two drop shrine creature on the battlefield. I had reconfigured the orc head and simic ape onto creatures and attacked with only the one creature four turns in a row and it would not allow me to cast the green shrine guy from my graveyard the first two times i attacked with a reconfigured creatures other than heiko, the third time i attacked with a creature that did not have anything reconfigured on it or the fourth time when i attacked with heiko with the reconfigured stuff. this not only waisted 4…

Game frozen during kamigawa premier draft game
During a game in a kamigawa premier draft i cannot do anything, all are blocked and time go on, i lost the game. Give me my 10000 golds.

Greater Tankuki
Greater Tankuki automatically used the channel ability even though I had enough mana to cast as a spell. Cost me a game of limited... I would like to be refunded.

Disconnection during premier kamigawa draft
Arena disconnected me during premier kamigawa draft and autopicked my cards from third pick. Please refund my 1500 gems.

Bug card (instant)
quando iria destruir a carta do oponente para liberar a minha, não consegui e a carta ficou no local o restante do jogo sem poder usá-la, estava jogando o evento padrão tradicional, isso me fez perder a partida..

Problem with Cascade Midweek Magic event; sometimes the card that would be cast by cascade is not shown.
I am using the Lifeline new player experience deck (unmodified) in the Cascade Midweek Magic event. Sometimes, the cascade seems to find a spell to cast, but does not display the card image, and rather than having the card image and a "Decline" button, the "Resolve all" and "Resolve" buttons are shown under the originally cast card, and there is a message, "Cast that card without paying its mana cost?" is shown. (See screenshot) This is not the situation where there is no lower cost spell in the deck, and the whole deck is rapidly spun through.

Enemy choise
I dont Know how works your algorithmes but when i play, 3/4 times the game choise the same color or the same deck type than me. Really boring!

Game crash during draft
Arena crashed in the beginning of a Forgotten Realms quick draft on mobile (the match had already started, this was not while the game was finding one). Whenever I tried to reconnect I was met with a black screen, resulting in a lost match. My connection was stable and other apps worked the whole time.

Daybound and Nightbound Mechanic not working
I was playing in a innistrad sealed event and my opponent had tovilar, once it became night it never turned to day again despite me casting multiple spells. Pretty busted for the werewolf player

match crashed, when reconnected could not find my draft or continue match
I was in a premier draft, i played my fifth game and had won all, the opponet was about to time out on a selecting a card from graveyard, the countdown stoped for the timer and did not continue, i was connected to internet the hole time(tabbed out and checked) and when i exited the game by alt+F4 and reconnnected i cant find my draft, or the game i was in or anything, cant even start a new draft. This is not OK.

daily quest reset after bot match bug
After completing all the daily and weekly quests I then enter and do a bot match. After the bot match the daily and weekly quests are reset to 0/15 but when I do another normal match against a player they are still done and no rewards are given.
This is just a visual bug I guess but still a bug as it was very confusing at first.3 votes -
mastery rewards past lv 90 not recieved
I'm at mastery level 103, and just bought the mastery pass after finishing a draft. I got all the rewards up to and including mastery level 90, but none of the 13 uncommon cards came through.
I couldn't see that I recieved any rewards other than the lv1 rewards (as a pop up on the screan), but checking the packs tab showed that I got them, looking at the mastery tree showed the orbs, I got the token, the gems (not sure about the gold but probably got that too). klicking on build new deck showed that I had gotten…2 votes -
Game froze on mobile app during paid quick draft in mtg arena
The game froze during a crimson vow quick draft, and was unresponsive. This was on the mobile app on an iPhone on the last iOS. Because it was unresponsive, I had to restart. Doing so resulted in a loss. I have had this happen on multiple occasions and would like some kind of compensation please.
