6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Problem receiving event rewards.
I completed (6x3) in the event on June 10th (International Day of Play) and did not receive the rewards. After finishing the event, I was redirected to a screen to restart it, but it's not possible because a network error message appears. I would like to receive my rewards.

Marvel Jump In . After Choosing my two packs, got stuck on pack select screen.
I'm experiencing a bug in the Marvel Jump In event that other players have also reported. After choosing my two packs, I was kicked to the home screen. When I returned, the event reset to "Choose Packets," but it only shows my first selected pack with no way to continue, go back, or resign. I'm now stuck, unable to play the event, and have lost 1,000 gold.

Marvel Jump In event 2 packs of same color bug
- Bug displays whenever I select "Marvel Super Heroes Jump In" Event to play. It seems to be cause by selecting 2 packs of the same color. I selected "Incredible" and "Uncanny"

Marvel Jump In Event - Pack Selection Not Working
I paid 1k gold to enter the Jump into Marvel event. Selected Scarlet for first pack. Selected Thor for second pack but event did not present the screen to play. Instead, I saw Choose Packets again. Selecting that, I see Scarlet as the first selected packet. And no packets to chose from on the right.
Please refund 1k gold.

"Jump Into Marvel Super Heroes"
I encountered a bug when trying to play the "Jump Into Marvel Super Heroes" event. I went to choose my two packets, but when I selected my second packet, it booted me back to the game's main screen. When I tried to re-enter the event, it had selected my first packet ("lethal") but all other choices for the second packet have disappeared. I tried to choose the "returned" packet originally.
Tried repairing game files and restarting game with no success. I can't even "resign" to try to reboot the event.
Playing on PC.

Marvel Jump in bug doesnt let me play
I paid 1000 gold coins and chose two packets, Iron Man and another mono u artifacts. the game kicked me out to the main screen, when i got back to jump in, only a weird screen appears with only the iron man packet and an ampty space(see attached). I am free to play so i feel bad losing 1000 gold for nothing

Jump in problem
Today i tried to play jump in Marvel from the recently played menu, i made the choice of the decks and then the game like crashed and send me to the menu with -1000 coins, if i go now to the play menu unfortunately the Marvel jump in is not playable anymore and the game didn't send me at least the card from the choice. The result is only -1000 coins, that for a free to play player are something. I hope u fix it and send me a play in token or at least the 1000 coins.

Started the event and selected heroes for hire followed by speedy then was immediately sent back to the home screen when i try to re enter the event it says choose packets but only shows heroes for hire which i cant interact with

Continued Issue with June Rewards
When the rewards for June were sent out on July 1st into my mailbox, giving mythic rewards because of the mixup, I got 10 empty packs rather than packs from Marvel Super Heroes. I then got another message with 5 Marvel Super Heroes packs for my Constructed Rank, but I have not received the 5 packs for the Mythic Limited Rank for June. All gold and other rewards came through without issue.

Marvel Jumpstart event became corrupted after selecting the "Mutants" theme pack as my second pack.
After choosing the "Great Lakes Avengers" themed packet I chose the "Mutants" theme packet as my second choice and it sent me back to the home screen Upon re-entering the event I am left at the "Choose One of These Themed Packets" menu with my first packet choice on display but I am unable to hit "Confirm Pick" as the button is greyed out and nonfunctional. Neither Repairing files nor logging out and back in has remedied this bug.

Rank Season Error Bug
I was due to get my season rewards today. Since I was affected by the rank season error in June, I was given 5 packs for my limited rank but no gold reward and no card styles. For my constructed rank, I was not given any rewards at all, no packs, no gold and no card styles. It would be nice if this could be fixed and I could get my monthly rank rewards. Cards not displaying during draft
During a recent Pick 2 MSH draft, the cards simply weren't displayed. The system autopicked for me. I had to reboot twice.

Issue with Jump In Rewards - Receiving 20 Gems Instead of Rare Cards Despite Incomplete Collection
Hello Wizards of the Coast Support Team,
I am writing to report an issue I experienced with the Jump In event for the Marvel Super Heroes set.
I recently played the Jump In event using a ticket. I won my match, but the rewards I received were 20 Gems, twice. As you know, 20 Gems is equivalent to only about 0.10 USD, while a single Rare Wildcard is sold for about 4.50 USD (4 wildcards for 1800 JPY). The value difference is 25 times, which is extremely frustrating.

General feedback
Want to provide general feedback about recent activities on the client:
PROPS
- 2pick draft is amazing, and making it evergreen was the greatest thing this year imho;
- contender drafts are cool too, making two separated weeks;
- making achievements to acquire free mythics/rares from commander/jumpstart stuff is a cool adiction, I hope it maintains and include more cards to help complete collection.SLOPS
- although the changes in prizes on jumpstart were positive, I think the prizes must be jumpstart materialm and not standard (like in the 1st jumpstart in arena). I dont like to play it (weak…2 votes -
