How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Game crashing trying to reopen the game.
The game crashed after trying to reconnect to a game that crashed as soon as I found an opponent. I reopened the client and it would try to rematch me against this opponent. after 7 seconds in the queue it would find my opponent then immediately crash. About 2-3 minutes later I can reconnect to the client but it showed the game as a loss.
Some additional notes, the game crashed immediately into going into the game the first time, similar to trying to reconnect to the opponent. As soon as it found the opponent, bam no more connection. This…

Opponent conceded in Dominaria United Premier draft and game bugged. Was forced to restart and it ended up as a draw. I did not get win.

Dracula Card Styles from Double Feature not awarded *after NEON update*
Good morning,
After the Dracula card styles were not awarded for the Double Feature event, we were told that the styles would be awarded two per event after the first following the Neon Dynasty update. I continued to play the events, playing the nine events needed to collect all the styles, but after updating for Neon Dynasty, I see that the Dracula card styles are available for purchase, but not awarded from the event. I have verified this using both my PC client and my iOS client.5 votes -
SNC Quick Draft Pick Errors
For each pack during quick draft, several of the cards I picked and confirmed were clearly not selected. It was usually the first 3-4 picks, but not always. Please see the attached video. I was playing via mobile on Android.

Draft
After a friend sent a challenge, i started a game of ranked draft "Premier draft dominaria united". This friend then canceled his challenge while I was ingame. Then my screen turned black saying "waiting for server" and then came back to the launcher. I was winning but the game declared it as a defeat.

No connection error
A connection error will open when I try to play the last stage of any of the color challenges. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and signing out and back in.

Disconnect when entering draft game
1) Enter a match in my latest Dominaria United Premier Draft
2) Arena freezes after finding an opponent, but before I can actually see my opponent, make mulligan decisions, and so on.
3) This assigns me a loss in a game I didn't actually play.
4) The expected outcome would've been to be able to play the match.Logs are attached.

Bug card display during a Premiere Draft
During my draft, a card became grey and i cannot pick another card. I don't know what happened but at the end i can't have pick an important card for my deck.

プレミアムドラフト中に違うカードをピックしたように表示される
プレミアムドラフト中にパックしたカードと違うカードがピックされたことになっており、自分の操作ミスかと思い別のアプローチでピックを続けたが、デッキ構築のタイミングでは本来選んだはずのカードがピックされていた。
こんなことがドラフト中に数回ある。
有償ジェムを使いドラフトに参加したので、何かしらの対応をお願いしたい。
10回ほどプレミアムドラフトに参加したが、そのうち3回も同じ現象が起きています…。iPhoneにてバグ確認

Didn't receive a reward
Either I didn't receive the reward from Yargle day or the mastery tree reward I can't remember what level I was at

Missing card at the end of the draft
During quick draft of Streets of New Capenna, I drafted two "Attendede socialite" but during deck building only one of them is present and I counted 41 (instead of 42) cards available. If it can be useful, one of the two was the last card I drafted.
I didn't requested support since I don't think it would affect significantly the deck performance but it is sure a heavy bug.
I would highlight also another little bug with the same type of event. During a precedent draft I picked as first "Body Launderer" but it compared as "A Little Chat", even…3 votes -
Yargle Day Tokens
When I was playing with the Bargle Deck, I made a token with Yargle. What I did was with the Yargle day ability, I sacrificed Orzhov Enforcer, to give Yargle the afterlife ability. When Yargle died, his afterlife token have an error symbol with the little one eyed imp looking scared in a crowd. (which I assume is for errors).

Draft token not revarded with Mastery
Mastery pass did not reward Draft Token
I had 3 tokens, used 1 and then after drafting I achieved Mastery level where it should have regarded a draft token but it seems that I stayed on 2 (?!)

Loss registered without a match played
During arena decathlon event 3 I hit cancel to stop queueing and the event registered a loss. As a result I did not get to play the full number of matches allotted to me. I would like a refund of the 2k gold entry fee.

Decathlon Draft Bug
I just entered the Decathlon event (Draft) for 400 Gems. Unfortunately the Server passed out mid 2nd pack.

Arena is picking cards from outside the pool in Quick
I was drafting (Quick Draft New Capenna) and the arena starts drafting diferent cards other the ones i select including cards other than the pool of given cards

Deixei a carta do pick selecionada e estava pensando acabou o tempo, porém, não veio a rara que estava selecionada, veio uma incomum.
