How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

season rank
I logged in yesterday after 1400 hours CDT, and my new rank for the start of the season was Gold 4. I played last night, and I was making progress in Gold rankings. However, I logged in this morning, and I played a couple of games, with me being at Gold 2. I just logged in again now (1745 hours CDT), and I got a second season reward with blank packs, followed by a de-ranking all the way down to Silver 4. What happened?

Season Reset Bug
I got my season reward and re-rank yesterday. Then today. I got another reward and re-rank. So I ended up going from Mythic all the way down to Silver Tier 1.

Windcrag siege bug causing game losses
When casting windcrag siege, I cannot do anything and then the game times me out. Before, when timed out, the game would auto-pick a mode. Now it's just going straight to game loss.

Windcrag Siege is not working. When I cast it, it is not allowing me to choose between the two effects.

"Loot" does not place the cards at the bottom of the library.
I'm trying to play Green Loot in Brawl games, and every time I try to use its active effect, it doesn't send the cards to the bottom of the library. I've read the effect several times, and it doesn't mention anything about leaving them on top; I assume it's a bug, since it has happened to me in multiple games.

Companion not works in the Brawl
I have companion- legal deck in Brawl.
when i enter the match companion not shows up in it.
Neither it appear in my command zone.

Barrensteppe Siege Abzan trigger doesn't resolve
Once the Barrensteppe Siege is on the battlefield, and you get to the beginning of your end step, and the Abzan trigger goes to resolve (regardless of how many instances are in play) they don't resolve. You don't get +1/+1 counters on any of your creatures on the battlefield. The game moves on as if it resolved, and you lose out on the effect. Womp womp.
I haven't tried it with the Mardu selection (yet), but looking at the posts that came up when submitting this bug, it appears that it doesn't.

Windcrag siege does not let you pick option and runs your timeouts
When you play the windcrag siege your able to pick two different options. Game does not allow you to pick any and uses timeouts .lost a couple of ranked matches because of this. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Nydeadhead#69969

Modal spell not working
I’ve tried playing a modal spell multiple times on iOS and Arena won’t let me pick the mode. It’s happened multiple times with the Siege enchantments, I’ve played both Frostcliff and Glacierwood Siege, and the game wouldn’t register me touching a mode. It exhausted all my built up timers and put the enchantment onto the battlefield without my chosen mode

2026/08/11アップデート後、漆黒洞穴の包囲や降霜断崖の包囲などのモード選択型エンチャントを唱えるとモード選択画面で選択ができない状態でゲームが進行不能になり、タイムアウトもしくは設定からの降参以外ができなくなる。

Earth's Mightiest Heroes Achievement Bug
I am writing to report an issue with the achievement tracking system on MTG Arena following the release of the Marvel Super Heroes set. The tracker for casting "Hero" spells is currently not processing or registering progression when playing eligible cards. I am playing strictly in the Ranked Standard format. In my recent matches, I have been manually casting multiple Legendary Creatures with the "Hero" subtype directly from my hand, paying their full mana costs. Despite meeting all criteria, the achievement counter remains completely stuck and does not track the progress. Specific cards that failed to progress the achievement in…

The Hobbit Welcome Deck Duel Bug
I have played the welcome decks for Hobbit four times with a black deck and two times with a red deck. After I get two wins I go to start a thiird game it kicks me out and has me start over from no wins. Out of six games, 5 wins I have received one of the rewards. I would like to keep playing and see how far I can make it on this deck but as of right this moment it is not allowing me to. Please help plus how to I receive the missing/unreceived rewards.

card dragging not working
Since around 2 days the [dragging a card] function isn't working....
i can't drag cards, f.e. when scrying.
i can play by clicking a card, which picks it up, and then dropping onto the battlefield.
however, as soon as i need to mulligan, i am stuck and can't drag the cards anywhere.
dragging from hand to battlefield also does not work, actually no dragging works at allIt would be nice to pick up drag able cards and drop them onto their place as a quick workaround

Companions no longer work in Brawl
I have heard no response from Wizards or the MTGA team after several days.
This issue has multiple threads and posts on Reddit and various social media platforms.
Any Brawl deck that uses a Companion, the companion is unplayable. Please provide at least an acknowledgement that you are aware of this issue.

Davriel Offers Bug (Cannot make selection)
I just lost a ranked commander game because your UI refused to let me pick one of Davriel’s offers. Instead I was stuck trying to swap between different views (the eye toggle icon) while attempting to click anywhere to continue my turn, but to no avail. Eventually the turn timer showed up and after I had used all my timeouts it auto-forfeited the game. Pretty frustrating.

Davriel
Davriel's -2 ability does not allow for selecting which contract you want. the options do not light up like they did before patch. You can click on "view battlefield" and come back and they light up, but you cannot select any contracts. This makes this pw unplayable. Please fix.

Fullscreen issue
I know you know the issue, can we please fix it I would play arena so much more if I could play on my main monitor, but NOOOOO since I have an ultra wide 3440x1440p I can not play on this monitor in full screen. If I do it just leaves full screen whenver i join qeue or connect to a game. I have seen its been an issue for everyone forever now can we please just fix it. Please
