How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks
How to submit product suggestions
- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Issue to join my account
Although my e-mail has been registered, the application (both for Mac both for iPhone) doesn’t allow me to join my account.

Copy opponent deck and match logs
You should be able to see a log of previous games and from the menu, copy your opponent's deck into your own library.
Totally totally insane that it has taken Wizards this long to implement something so basic and ubiquitous with other digital card games. They are always so behind, and so unwilling to spend even five dollars on this game that expect to us to endless dump money into. For what? I've complained about this years and it will never be added because that would require wizards caring about something other than being cheap.1 vote -
Companionss typo (double 's')
While waiting for a game in Arena the tips come up. One of the tips has a typo. 'Companionss' should be 'Companions'.

Connection lost
I get a "connection lost" message every time I open MTGA on the PC or on mobile. This is not a Problem with my Internet or Firewall.

Connection Fragility
Hey how about a system that actually allows us to get into our game if our wifi hiccups. The wifi didn't noticeably stutter, and yet for the 6th time today as I'm about to win an unranked game, Arena loses connection, then reconnects but stays frozen. This is frustrating enough that I'm not really wanting to play your game anymore.

Codex of the Multiverse display issue
Running Arena on an iPad Air. The card art displays over the article text making the section about Historic and Explorer unreadable.
- Open the Codex of the Multiverse
- Select “Formats” under “Ways to Play”
- Select “Constructed” under “Choose a Topic”
- Scroll down to the section discussing Explorer and Historic. The card image of “Oracle of the Alpha” is covering the text.

Bug: on ne voit pas la seconde face des batailles
Bonjour,
Dans le menu de création des decks, quand on met certaines cartes batailles en surbrillance, on ne peut pas voir la seconde face de celles-ci (leur devenir une fois retournée). Je vais sur google pour voir leur second effet.2 votes -
golden pack overlay constantly present
The golden pack progress tracker is constantly present as I navigate Arena. It doesn't actually impede my ability to click on things in that area but it does make it harder to see what I'm clicking on

Cannot equip 10th Phrase (emote)
The 10th emote line (Phrase type) cannot be equipped, because you get a warning that you're over the limit, even though it shows you not being over the limit.

Bug
Launched Arena today on the 10th of October 2023 to see the entire screen filled with code, which only happens when Arena launches and stays until I close it. I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps to try and mitigate this but nothing has worked thus far. I'm on PC using windows

Bug on Sheoldred
Playing on a Mac.
Played sheoldred, converted to The True Scriptues. When it finished Chapter 3 it brought all creatures from graveyards onto the battlefield, but it said I had to choose one of the legendary creatures (as there was a duplicate). But I was unable to choose any creatures. It ran through 3 ropes then forfeited the game for me. I was about to win.

Unable to add friends / friends unable to add me
As the title says, I am unable to add any new friends either by their email address or their display name. Everything returns “Invalid display name or email address. Please check spelling”
Friends attempting to add me in this way also come across same error.

Authentication Failure
The app just had a new 5mb update and now the icon for the app has changed on my phone from what it was about 3 hours ago. I'm using an android and after the update I can't log in - it keeps giving me an authentication failure message on a black screen and asking me to either reconnect or logout.

Report A Player
Mind you the player might benefit from a bug temporarily.
Players cannot troll one another with this system for
MTG Arena which is just awesome.But if you feel they cheated can we click on the name after the game ends to report cheating?
This shouldn't be abused.. if a player reports basically everyone they lose to that sucks.But if you're allowed 1 report/day,
or 1 report/week.Then it does matter, you can see what kinds of players are getting reported a lot. Maybe just a brief decription of what they did.

Black Screen on login after a crash
In the middle of a cube draft, program crashed. Upon relaunch, greeted by a black screen that never went anywhere. Restarted game, verified my game files in steam, and then finally uninstalled and then reinstalled the game.

Game crashes when cards hit the battlefield in latest build 2023.30.30
Since upgrading to build 2023.30.30 (on 25 Oct), both the iOS and macOS apps crash intermittently when cards hit the battlefield (right at the point that its animation would usually play).
In some instances, the app totally freezes (and I get the classic spinning wheel cursor on Mac), and the only option is force-quit and restart the app.
In other cases, the card seemingly hits the battlefield okay, and it appears as though my opponent is just roping/waiting, and when their timer eventually runs down to zero, it just sits there fizzing without progressing. If I close and reopen the…

being unable to tap artifacts with meria, scholar of antiquity in play because if the undo button
the idea is, Id like to be able to tap my artifacts.

Sumi-E Lands Shouldn't be Cropped on Field
The Sumi-E lands from the shop become cropped when on the battlefield. This makes me and a lot of other players unwilling to purchase them in the store. My suggestion is simple: don't let them become cropped when put onto the battlefield.
