How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Collection button in profile does not work

Sound and Spotify
Mtg Arena does not allow my selection of music (Spotify) to play over arena gameplay or mix. In the past the sound from arena shut off and not play while my music or audio selection would have play. In short, I can not listen to music on my phone from another program while playing arena where this was available in the past.

Carbon Black Antivirus thinks Arena audio file is Bitcoin Miner
After the November update for Brother's War the antivirus software, Carbon Black thinks the audio files in the update are Bitcoin mining software. The game will launch to a black screen with a cursor.

crash each time I exit
I cant' close the game normally.
Uninstall and reinstall did not fix anything.
The game freeze each time I want to exit (by clicking on the exit button or press Alt F4)/
Windows says each time "programm not respond" and I have to "end task"

Audio Issues with Pandora on IOS Phone
Since the last update, on the latest IOS, when playing MTG Arena, I cannot play audio music from Pandora while playing. This occurs whether the Arena sounds are on or scaled all the way down. I never had this issue before. It keeps stopping the pandora once I touch the screen.
Please help, thank you!

Performance degrades when using mouse polling rates over 1000Hz
I have a few different gaming mice and recently switched to a Razer Viper 8k. I've found that when the polling rate of my mouse is set over 1000, the framerate in MTGA begins to drop when the mouse is moved.
Using the Razer Synapse software, I can set the polling rate 1000, 2000, 4000, and 8000. I've not had issues with any other games when using the 8000Hz polling rate. When I use this setting in MTGA, I literally have to stop moving my mouse for a second in order to click on a card or button, then I…

Razorlash Transmogrant

Card text can be difficult to read on mobile
It can be very difficult sometimes to read card text, even when zoomed in on a card, especially on planeswalkers and other text heavy cards. I suggest adding larger text in a scrollable box on the right side of the screen when zoomed in. That space is currently empty as can be seen in my photo.

Client closing when the game begins
I'm confronted with a bug that is pretty annoying. ( I'm on Windows 11 for reference).
When i launch a game by clicking on the button 'play', I have a 1/5 or 1/6 chance (maybe a bit overestimated) that the client shut down when the game would begins. It find an opponent, and when the battlefield would normally show up, the client just crash. It would not bother me that much normally, because i can just reconnect to the game, but then when immediatly relauch the client, it reconnect me to the game, and same, when i just should be…
