How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Unable to join event
Attempting to complete the color challenges to get the new starter decks as my current starter decks are not available to play in standard mode. I attempt to play the 5th round (pvp) and receive the alert “network error unable to join event try again later. I have attempted to restart the game and delete the old starter deck of that color without success. Bug is occurring on iOS.

The numbers are wrong.
I saw the first card and wanted to remember it so I took a screen shot. When I went into the game,I noticed the numbers were different.

Came back to the game to find missing cards?
Just came back from one year of pause from the game, just to find myself with missing cards.
I started to build some historic brawl deck, and find myself missing some commons I for sure drafted many times back in the past;
I noticed other people having the same problem, and i'll keep spamming until some WOTC personal answer this claims.1 vote -
Rare, Mythic cards missing from collection after opening packs
New rare and mythic cards received when opening new packs do not show up in my collection! I understand that when you get the 1st copy of a card, there is a "1st " icon highlighted yellow above the card. In multiple instances, I will receive a rare card in a pack that DOES NOT have this "1st card" icon. (meaning I should now have more than one copy, right?) only one card from double rare pack
Double Rares Not Loading
Recently, I opened a pack with a doubled mythic rare: two Meathook Massacres. I was excited to build a new deck around them, then opened up my deckbuilder to find I only possessed one copy of the card. I spend mythic rares to get two more for the deck.
This morning, this same thing just happened with Minsc and Boo from a Baldur's Gate pack. Two Minsc and Boos were displayed, but only one is in my inventory.

new set colletion window/screen
The new set collection is nice but needs more. Should be able to toggle through Unique and Playset. You're also missing Mystical Archive and the Anthologies and the Arena base set (very viable in Alchemy)

Mythic card reward bug
Neither two mythic rewards from the mastery pass gave me mythic cards. Instead I got 2 uncommon cards. I checked my collection and there are no new mythic cards.

Duplicate Protection BUG when opening packs in 2022
It seems there's a problem with Duplicate Protection when opening packs in 2022.
I opened some packs from different sets, and ended with opening a few Kaldheim packs.
When I opened the final Kaldheim pack I got 20 Gems according to the Arena GUI and the message I had all Rares for the set, but this is not true as I have NOT got 4 copies of all Kaldheim Rares!
It made me stop opening any remaining packs...
The problem occurred between 3/6/2022 10:30 CET and 3/6/2022 10:37 CET.

deck validation
Deck validation failure
When I try to use my deck is says it's invalid due to the number of Triumphant Adventurer cards. But my Collection shows I have four. Nevertheless: using a deck with 2 cards passes, and using a deck with all four fails.
The deck tool also fails to flag this with a red "+" sign, so it required me to eliminate the cards one at a time in order to identify which card was the problem. There is still something similar going on with my lands, but the process of trial and error took so long I…

Since the beginning of my set mastery for NEO, all my mythic card rewards have been uncommon cards instead o mythic carda

Wildcards
I was opening some packs from Innistrad vow and midnight hunt. i opened 6 packs each and earned 2 mythic wildcards and 2 rare wildcards and they didnt accurately post to my wildcard. attached is the log of what occured. since there is no other way to obtain wildcards other than buying packs I would like to actually receive the wild cards i earned, most especially the rares and mythics

Card not showing in collection
I opened a Kamigawa neon dynasty pack and “dragonfly pilot” was showing as having already been collected. I went into my collection to find it and there was no copy at all. I turned on and off all relevant filters and even restarted the app but it still isn’t there. I definitely opened it in a pack twice and I’m sad because i really want to use it… please help!

companions not working properly with commanders who have specialize
Lurrus of the Dream-Den can be a companion in a deck with 2 mana creatures who have specialize, but not if the specialize creature is a commander. When swapping the commander with any other 2 mana BW creature, Lurrus becomes selectable as a companion again.

Cant Put Phylath Into a deck after update. Keeps saying its banned, but its the alchamey version.
Went to swap the old Phylath, World Sculptor for the alchemy version after the update in my historic brawl decklist, but it keeps adding the banned version instead.

Can’t remove cards from deck
I cannot remove cards from my deck after Alchemy altered them. My deck is invalid until I can remove or replace the altered cards, but it will not allow me to do so

Missing mythic cards rewards
At least, i did not recieve 3 mythic cards from mastery pass rewards. Those pictures are from level 55. Please fix this problem and provide the cards to my account.

Update Historic Brawl Ban List
The current Ban List does not include Ugin, The Spirit Dragin, but he is banned in historic Brawl. Please update the ban lists on the site.

バグか判断が付かないため、こちらのフォームにて失礼いたします。
以前もご連絡させて頂いたのですが、未だ直っていないようですので再度ご連絡いたします。『渦巻く霧の行進』日本アーティスト版のカードスタイルにて、日本人アーティスト名が未表記となっているようです。
これはバグなのでしょうか、それとも意図的なものでしょうか。
担当アーティストより直接確認を取るべきでしょうか。

Correct Pet does not appear when selected in new deck customizer
If I choose an uncommon or rare pet, or a pet that has multiple versions (cat, ondu guy, etc) then the common/basic version shows up on the battlefield and I have to cycle to the pet that I want, ie specifically chose in the new deck customizer.
