How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Lost 5000 coins when trying to enter quick draft

    1. I had just finished a quick draft and after collecting my rewards, I was returned to the quick draft entry screen. I clicked the 5000 coins entry, then the screen went black and took me to the main page.

    I returned to the quick draft screen and my entry did not go through, but I was 5000 coins short.

  2. Could you issue a refund please?

    I was doing my first quick draft of new capenna and i selected a sky crier, but i got a cabaretti initiate in my deck instead.
    Also when i submitted my deck i got a network error and now the draft page says "build your own deck" but i already spent my 5000 gold

  3. No Event Reward Premier Draft Crimson Vow

    Premier Draft Crimson Vow Gave No packs or gems for reward. I won 6 games before losing 3, the game showed 1800 gems and 5 packs but they didn't show up in my account or packs. Help please? That was the best win streak I've had in ages.

  5. Premier Draft Bug SNC

    Hello. I was stuck in the Premier Draft screen after my first pick. Waiting on other players to pass a pack past the time limit for passing a pack. When trying to go to menu, the game crashed with "waiting for the server". After ending the game with "end task", and rejoining the draft I ended up with random picks. Please provide a refund. Thanks in advance.

    This is the second time I opened this ticket, because I didn't get a refund yet. Could you please provide a refund? Thank you

  7. waiting for s

    Waiting for server - new double feature draft

    Stuck at waiting after singing up for new double feature draft. Waited for a few minutes, then shut the program down and restarted. Was thrown into draft after missing the first two picks! :(

    I couldn't finish my picks, and IA picks are bad (like, not in my colors). So I paid for loosing. Any helps ?

  10. Report a bug in my event .During my Quick Qraft of Keldheim,my game crashed.

    During my Quick Qraft of Keldheim,my game crashed.Altgough an error report told network may have something wrong but when I recronnet I still wait the opponent for minutes . Then I tried to end the game but make no sense.When I open MTGA again I waited for a minute , but make no sense I can't enter the game.
    May I get a refund for this, the problem always happened but this time I am very angry, because the account is belong to my girl friend.This problem make her angry with me.

  12. Failed to enter draft properly

    I entered a Double Feature draft.

    After the queue phase was complete, I was not entered into the actual draft. I believe the screen said "connecting". This lasted so long that I realised that the picks must have started. I restarted my client. I attach a screenshot of the draft in this phase: I could see my first two picks (which had been auto-picked by Arena) and I could see that it was my turn. However, I was still not presented with any cards to pick from.

    I restarted the client a second time and the rest of the draft…

  15. Glittering Frost Turned Into Snow Plains During KHM Quick Draft

    Hello,

    During my KHM Quick Draft (pack 3 pick 1) I selected and drafted a Glittering Frost, but when it added to my deck, it turned into a snow-covered plains. I thought this was the common bug that switched it back to the drafter's actual pick after the draft, but this turned out not to be the case. I restarted the client multiple times, saved a deck, navigated elsewhere, etc, but it never changed back to a Glittering Frost.

  16. draft pick

    during a premier draft i picked my first card and lost the connection for a moment. When i reconnected, the game didn´t let me picking any cards, and after the picking they give me random cards (the first card i picked was missing too). I suppose that the game autopicked. I would like to get back my draft token because it is imposible to play with a 5 color deck with random cards.

  17. quick draft deck and rewards disappear

    I had a quick draft NEO which I picked among bots when it opened on Arena two weeks ago, and finished it up today (I think end record was 4-3). However, when I go to claim the prize I got a network error status message and had to let things reload. Afterwards, I look back into the quick draft event and see that the deck and corresponding rewards have disappeared from the event and the game interface is prompting for a new entry payment, however no additional packs or gold show up in my account for the recently completed draft.
