How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

During a premier draft arena was not responde to my command and pick cards without my choice

Client Crashed / Wouldn't Rejoin Match
Client crashed mid-game in a premier draft event. Restarted the client, it booted up, and then was stuck on the "Waiting for Opponent" screen for 5 minutes before having to quit and restart the client only to receive a game loss.

Strixhaven Draft Issues
Hello there! I need to be reimbursed for my premier Strixhaven draft, and here are the two reasons. After losing connection, during the picking stage, (P1) it didn't allow me to see my first few cards. That was the small issue. The large one occurred when I copied and cast electrolyze. When distributing damage, I chose one target for the copied one. It didn't allow me to click the up arrow to assign the second damage to a target. I assumed it would auto-assign the 2 damage since it wouldn't let me change it. It directly lost me the game.…

Alchemy Horizons: Baldur's Gate Jump In! update article is inaccessible
I looked for a way to contact the web dev team directly but did not find anything so I'm trying to report that around 60% of the Jump In! packet information is currently inaccessible due to a change to the articles archive on the website. The Alchemy Horizons: Baldur's Gate Jump In! packet update article has the most up to date packets for all sets except for BRO and DMU. However, when trying to access that article you get an error that states:
Access Denied

App won’t open
After April 28th update Network errors prevented me from staring my event. I closed the app and tried to open it again later after the issue had been fixed but my app won’t open. I get a black screen and then kicked back to my main screen. The issue is still ongoing even on the day after.

Decatlon 3 Error - Got a unrequested surrender
i was playing a declaton event 3 match. it was a an even game that i was turning around but suddenly the game shows that i lost. i thought it was a bug that the opponent surrendered and the game showed me an incorrect mesage but after the game i see that i got a lost. i request an refund or fixing the error - Empanatron#36715

Surgical Metamorph Copy Bug
As my Surgical Metamorph came into play I clicked on the Mesmerizing Dose to copy it, but instead the Surgical Metamorph became a copy of the soldier token the dose had enchanted.
I was especially surprised that the three cards stacked onto one another (equipment, soldier token, and dose) didn't untangle when I clicked on the dose; I was used to that effect by other cards when those cards were somehow stuck together.1 vote -
Jaya's Immolating Inferno
I was playing in the decathlon 3: Sealed and the game would not let me play Jaya's immolating inferno and it cost me the game. I had plenty of mana there wasn't anything on the board that would restrict me from playing the card.
There were three legal targets but the game would not let me cast the spell.1 vote -

No update on rank after Alchemy Ranked Bo1 game
I have been playing several matches this afternoon and I’m stuck in the same rank, whether I win or lose. There is no sign of rank update after finishing the match. I’m at 2023.24.10.678.988836 version iOS

traditional draft winning 2 games but saying I have 0 games remaining to play my 3rd and final draft.
Fix the issue and refund me my entrance fee.

Reward for 300 gems for 1000 exp not gifted
I was not rewarded my 300 gems for 1000 earned XP. I completed the task and got nothing.

Pauper won't let me use non-standard legal cards when I see other people using alchemy cards
I see everyone else using Patriar's Humiliation and alchemy cards so saw based on description it was Historic Pauper. I try to make a Historic deck and use for Pauper, then it says my deck is invalid. If I try to make a pauper deck in the drop down though, it doesn't give me the option to put the Alchemy cards in. I would like my 400 gems reimbursed, because I can't compete against these alchemy cards if I can only use cards from standard

draft victory lost bug
I had on 6 - 2 result at major draf All Phyrexian. I begin a match few second after the launch the match stop and i was sending to the main page of the draft with my result of 6-2. I relaunched a game, i won them and my result was 6-3 .

Card dissapeared in draft
I had a Mythic rare on color dissapear during a draft, this is absolute horsecrap I pay for this and I want a refund. Thats not even fair. I'm so sick of the bugginess of this game.

draft event time out
Hello, I'm here to express my dissatisfaction with the notice of the end of draft events. It's not the first time I've spent my valuable gems to buy a draft invite, and in the emotion, adrenaline of starting + a draft, I don't see that the registration time is running out and when I least expect it, I lose my gems after a game simply because the event is over. it's very frustrating to go through this. this is not the first time this has happened to me.
