How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Starry-eyed skyrider and moblize bugged
During my draft, my opponent was able to use Starry-eyed skyrider to grant flying to voice of victory, and it led to the tokens also gaining flying. I do not believe this is intended

Entered sealed event with no packs and no ability to resign
Entered a sealed event and the game glitched. On multiple phones and my computer, when I enter the event, it's in a bad state. I'm in the event but was never given packs, and I can't resign to try joining again. It's totally Borked 😞

Didn't Receive Rewards in Lorwyn Premier Draft
I finished a Lorwyn Premier Draft with 7 wins and one loss, playing a Merfolk deck, but I didn't receive the reward of 2200 gems and 6 booster packs. Evidence of this is that I still have 4720 gems. Could you please help me receive the rewards? This is very frustrating. My account is "Julio Gandra#13121". I'm in Brazil, and I finished the seventh victory about 9h35PM (Brazilian time).

Mid week magic deck building issue
I really like playing the mid-week magic events, and signed up and started this weeks Jump In on the start day yesterday. I picked Roku and Powerful like you normally would. Then, upon playing and drawing too many lands, I checked the decklist and 29 on the 40 cards in my deck are lands. This makes the deck unbearably unplayable, and I’m confident the powerful half of the deck is what bugged bugged as I have no green cards other than lands. jump in event button "play" became 'home' for a long time, but no fix and replay, click home will turn to main home page, plz fix it!

Banned card (tamiyo) able to be used in the brawl challenge.
Opponent has a tamiyo inquisitive student in their deck despite the banlist saying that taimyo inquisitive student is banned.

During the Jump-In event, packs that I have not selected are not appearing.

Game crashed and then forced an update in the middle of draft game
I was playing a game in a premier draft when the game crashed and forced an update when I tried to reopen. I timed out of that game and received a loss and would like reimbursement for the draft.

LGS Wins Added to Arena
LGS Wins Added to Arena:
It's great that wins gotten in a real life event (at your LGS) are now added to Arena.
However, the wins are applied at the moment you log in, rather than when you played in the event.
Last week I played in a prerelease for the new Lorwyn set, and it's great that I got the wins on Arena. But I didn't log into Arena until the next day. Thus the wins were applied not on a day where I didn't play Arena (the day I went to my LGS and played in the prerelease),…1 vote -

Deepway Navigator doesnt trigger with changeling
Lost a Game cause of a Bug that Deepway Navigator doent Trigger the +1/+0 when one of the attacking creatures is a changeling.
Please give me my gems back.

Jump in
I’m very frustrated that jump in is not showing me any new packets to pick. I play jump in to try out cards from the latest set and I just did 5 jump ins in a row without any lorwyn packets. I did 1 jump in before that that allowed me to pick a lorwyn packet and that’s it. I have previously picked all of the packets so the reason I’m getting old packets isn’t that I’ve never picked them. Jump in Event - stuck
I encountered an error with the jump in event.
I have MTGA arena installed on my windows 10 pc and my iphone X.
Recently I was playing jump in on my pc.
I left it logged in at the jump in event, but i guess it timed out (I had to leave the house)
I continued playing on my Iphone, resigned the event and rejoined, selecting two new packs, continued playing on my iphone.
Afterwards, when I got back home, I continued playing on my PC. I reconnected and It was still on the jump in event, but still showing…69 votes -
instant defeat in sealed event
As soon as i started a game it gave me defeat and since it was the last one of my sealed event i couldn't continue

Game crashed when attempting to play Wistfulness
In Sealed event, I was attempting to pay for Wistfulness using mana from Eclipsed Realms - I chose blue mana. Game crashed, timer ran out and it was as if I did nothing on my turn. It happened two times and after that I managed to play it for evoke cost. I'm attaching a log. Can you reimburse me a Sealed token?

Loss connection
Yesterday, while I was in the middle of a draft, I suddenly got disconnected with a prompt saying the resources were not updated. While reconnecting, it took a long time to download the resources. When I finally reconnected, it was already down to the final picks of the second pack. It severely impacted the gaming experience.

I won a Match in Premier Draft and got a Match win and a loss at the same time
I played a Premier draft lorwyn eclipsed. Befor joining the match my standing was 1-2. I won the Match, got asked if I had fun. I klicked the happy smiley. After that I got a win and a loss at the same time. Being 2-3 the draft ended.

Shield
Please stop choosing color combinations for Shield. Or provide completely random options. If you choose colors at the beginning, it can be difficult to use other colors. I understand that Shield is about having fun building a deck from a random pool of cards. In exchange for making decks easier for beginners to build, you're reducing the appeal of Shield. Thank you. (I'm using translation software, so I apologize if it's difficult to read.)
