How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

jump in event stuck
jump in event button "play" became 'home' for a long time, but no fix and replay, click home will turn to main home page, plz fix it!

Jump In cards not received
I just discovered that I did not receive any of the cards from the second Avatar Jump In event I played on the day of release. I play in the IOS app. I specifically selected Aang and Musicians in that order. I have a list of the specific cards received that I wrote down if helpful in recreating (image shows the missing Aang featured card; I unfortunately didn’t save the deck to my Decks list). Starry-eyed skyrider and moblize bugged
During my draft, my opponent was able to use Starry-eyed skyrider to grant flying to voice of victory, and it led to the tokens also gaining flying. I do not believe this is intended

I completed a OM1 draft before the cutoff date but did not receive my Fleem cosmetics :(

Kicked out of draft, didn't get rewards
I entered an EoE draft. Made the draft, played first two games. When I was tried to keep going, the event disappeared and I never got the rewards, nor any sort of reimbursement for the draft itself. I would like to either get put back in the same state of the event or get my draft token back. TIA!

On PC was repeatedly getting kicked out of draft table for EOE with unable to make a draft pick.
On EOE draft was repeatedly kicked from the draft table with 'unable to make draft pick'. Then I was unable to log back in. It has still eaten my gold though which is irritating!

Mid week magic deck building issue
I really like playing the mid-week magic events, and signed up and started this weeks Jump In on the start day yesterday. I picked Roku and Powerful like you normally would. Then, upon playing and drawing too many lands, I checked the decklist and 29 on the 40 cards in my deck are lands. This makes the deck unbearably unplayable, and I’m confident the powerful half of the deck is what bugged bugged as I have no green cards other than lands. I play primarily on my iPhone and signed up for this event before whatever update you pushed on…

Bug
Bug: 1. Choose the "Roku Powerful" combination in Midweek Magic: Jump In! 2. Steam (PC) 3. I get half the deck (The Roku half, I suspect, because I get a ton of green producing lands, but not a single green card) the land count is 28 in a 40 card deck. 4. I expect to miss the rewards because I only draw land cards. It has been frustrating and infuriating. 6. Only workaround has been forgetting about it and trying to come in terms with the time lost on this. Thank you.

midweek magic jump in, only half a deck
I got only one of the decks and have 7 creatures, 6 non-creatures, and 27 lands, it is impossible to play the event

Jump-In Deck Selection Broken
Midweek magic Jump-In deck appears to not have given me the cards for the second half I selected.
Chose "Firebending" first, then "Powerful", but only got (Presumably from the lack of green cards) Firebending cards .

"Defeat" shown on loading screen before loading into match
I queued for a match of premiere draft. Playing on PC via Steam. Waiting for a match for approximately 15 seconds, then "Defeat" pops up without ever loading into the match (or enough time passing for me to time out?). My connection is solid and nothing else seemed to go wrong. This was extremely frustrating as it knocked me out of the draft without actually getting to play all the games I paid gems for.

I didn't click on the ICRs after reciving them. Do they acquired normally? And where to check them on my collection?

Disconnection During Draft – Request for Refund
Hello,
I’m reaching out regarding an issue I experienced during a draft I entered for the Final Fantasy set release on MTGA. I was disconnected during the card selection phase and was unable to reconnect in time to complete the draft properly.
This significantly affected my ability to build a viable deck and enjoy the event. Would it be possible to receive a refund or some form of compensation for this draft?
I’m happy to provide any additional information if needed.

Game Crash
Game crashed completely in the middle of a match of powered cube. It took forever before it would let me reconnect and get back into the match, and by the time I did I was issued a defeat which was my final loss for the draft league.
