How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  3. Game crash on IOS

    The game continue crashing when we open it on IOS, it’s been 4 days now we can’t play…
    It’s not possible to delete the app and reinstall 1gb for each match we play

  4. Buying multiple packs at a time gives no progress towards gold packs

    When I logged in to get my Brother's War packs, I bought 2x15 packs with gold and didn't get any progress towards gold packs. I bought 1x pack with gold and it gave me progress toward a gold pack. I am missing 30x progress towards gold packs (3 gold packs), please remedy.

  5. Not enough mastery orbs

    As you can see, I have 3 open spots for orbs but can only get one more. The mastery pass is not providing enough orbs to complete mastery.

  7. MTGA Dominaria United prerelease code redeemed, clicked redeem, but no packs were delivered

    Arena code from prerelease event was entered and accepted fine. Upon clicking "REDEEM" I have one pack, not six, in my PACKS tab. Tried code again and it says it has already been used.

  10. Gold Wild cards drop from Mythic packs

    So I would like you to make it so, GOLD wild cards, can't drop in mythic packs, maybe just have them drop mythic wild cards instead?

    Please make some way to trade in cards for wild cards. I’ve spent a couple hundred dollars on this game and can hardly finish a deck. It’s very difficult to get the cards you want because there are very few rewards for you to earn… so then I fall into the trap and buy gems. As a new player, I’ve made a lot of mistakes.   15. Mastery Pass Mythic ICR Not Awarded

    I received a mythic ICR at Level 8 on the New Capenna Mastery Pass, but did not receive one at level 11 on the pass. I got an uncommon ICR from the Daily Win rewards and should have received the pass' mythic ICR at the same time.

  17. BUG: Gold reward for daily quests

    I recently achieved two daily goals at the same time. When the prizes were rewarded, it showed two iterations of 1,000 gold. (not due to my mastery pass, I just completed level 77) My balance, however, only showed a 1,000 gold increase. I don’t know if the reward was mistakenly duplicated on screen, or if I did not receive the 1,000 additional gold. It doesn’t cause me too much grief, just something I noticed to be buggy.

  18. PURCHASE PLANESWALKER PACKAGE

    On 11/27/2021, I purchased a 4000 gold planeswalker bundle, but despite the fact that the coins have been scaled, the planeswalkers purchased are not in my collection.

  19. Card bought does not shows in collection or deck

    I bought chip of reality today spending 2500 coins, the coins were collected but the card is not in my collection. I checked 3 times rebooting the app but nothing happened. In the store I read the message bought already done but I have not the card. Could solve this problem and send me the card I bought from the store? I play on IPad on iOS.

  20. Mythic Packs - should have explanation on drop rates page

    Mythic Packs should be explained on the drop rates page, https://magic.wizards.com/en/mtgarena/drop-rates

    Exactly what are the chances that the Mythic Rare slot can instead be a Rare wildcard -- is the most pressing issue.
