How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  3. My Cards Disappeared before I could open them!!!

    I went to my local LGS and participated in the draft... I got a promo code that gave me 6 booster packs.... I was told (in Arena) I couldn't open them till the 7th... so when I logged on on the 8th and couldn't open them I thought it was funny, but maybe I had to wait till the set officially dropped, on the 10th.

    Now its the 12th and the cards just disappeared. I still have a glowing signal Notification saying that I have booster packs to open in arena,,, but when I click... there is nothing... there just…

  5. Could not find voucher for lookup

    I redeemed a Baldur's Gate Prerelease code in the MtG Arena Store today. It said that it was successful. But nothing appeared. Also, the Packs tab is lit up, but no packs are being displayed. I looked in the Player.log file and saw these two lines:
    Could not find voucher for lookup: VoucherCLBPreReleasePacks
    Store display for voucher "0acc98d6-ea71-4ec4-8c0c-d53992f753fb" missing!

  8. Shop

    Hello, i buy for 3000 gold the alternative art of Rootbound Crag, Glacial Fortress, Drowned Catacomb, Sunpetal Groove and Dragonskull Summit from the store and after take me the gold i search them and i don't have them. I don't see them in the store again after that day. Please solve this problem. Thank you

  10. Neon Dynasty Mastery Pass Expiry Date

    I was going to get the Mastery Pass and finish getting to level 90 in time, but the pass now ends 7 days earlier than previously announced. at this rate, I don't think I'll be able to get all the rewards I'd envisioned. Is it a bug that the date has changed or was the date on Arena announced wrongly?

  11. Not receiving any rare item from pack

    B ought a pack of Theros beyond death because I only have a few cards from that set, it gave me a gem voucher saying congratulations you've collected all rares from this set, except I haven't. It didn't even give me any actual gems either, so I got no rare card or gems from the pack I bought. Also I'm having to post this in the idea category because every time I try to report a bug it auto redirects me to this page, I have tried 4 times to fill out a ticket but it just keeps bringing me…

  12. Showcase art bought in daily deal today is only giving me extended art card and not the showcase

    Daily deal today I spent gold to get the showcase art for Junji, after buying it the showcase art will not show up after applying the new style. Not even if I go into the card on collection and select the showcase that appears there saying I have it. It lets me select it, then it shows the art has changed in my collection, but when I load a deck it does not appear, and does not allow me to have the showcase art in my decks.

    This company is getting bad, so many reasons. Please do better.

    Mythic Packs should be explained on the drop rates page, https://magic.wizards.com/en/mtgarena/drop-rates

    Exactly what are the chances that the Mythic Rare slot can instead be a Rare wildcard -- is the most pressing issue.

  14. Internal Store Error when purchasing packs

    When I purchase a pack, I get a message that says “Internal Error” and when I return to the pack screen, whatever I tried to purchase has been duplicated on the menu.

  16. Card bought does not shows in collection or deck

    I bought chip of reality today spending 2500 coins, the coins were collected but the card is not in my collection. I checked 3 times rebooting the app but nothing happened. In the store I read the message bought already done but I have not the card. Could solve this problem and send me the card I bought from the store? I play on IPad on iOS.

  17. Mythic Packs

    Hello, here some feedback:
    I came back to MtG Arena, because you implemented Mythic Packs and a display of the Vault progress! Finally, its possible to complete collections.
    I just saw this new features and I will again spend much money for MtG Arena.
    It is really rare that companies do such good moves!

    Next good move would be to make each and every cosmetic that ever existed available in the shop :) Don't have timely limited content!

  19. Annoying Store-reminder

    Daily routine:
    Start the game. Gathering card database. Wait for sever, click on the store to remove the "we-have-new-deals-indicator", wait for server, click on home, wait for server, then some more waiting for the server. Play the game

    Why don't you just send us directly to the Store instead of the Home screen. That'll save us some clicks, some time and some nerves.
    Or you could just give us the option to hide store-notifications... haha.

  20. Clicking on the Store causes the Game to Crash!1

    OS: Windows 10
    Version: 2022.20.1.4318.962619

    I was clicking on one of the Store tabs (specifically the pet one) and the game crashed! It happened also yesterday as I was clicking on the Packs tab...please solve this bug...it's really nasty!! :(
