How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Platinum angel
Yesterday i bought in the daily offers a style of the Card platinum angel from the set retro artifacts but I didn’t get it. I want to ask how I can get my style.
I don’t have a picture of that because of course I didn’t think that I have report later a bug

Bug
I bought a couple of card bundles from the featured section of the store. They were both planeswalker bundles. I spent around 4000 gems and i didnt not recieve them into my inventory. I am using android. A refund of gems would be nice but i would prefer the cards so i can use them and i no longer have the option to purchase said bumdles

missing card from free DSK packs
Just pulled an Unstoppable Slasher from the 3 free DSK Packs. I then pulled a 2nd copy from a 45 pack purchase and it didn't show FIRST on top cementing my memory, but when I checked my collection there was only 1 copy. This is after 1/5 of my card cosmetics were deactivated or turned off without any reason.

Missing card bundle
Before the update, I purchased a duskbourne card bundle and when I went to open my packs, they disappeared. I went to the store and the bundle isn’t even available anymore and I’m not too sure what I can do.

Received 5000 XP, it skipped all rewards
Received email with 5,000 XP thank you BUT it skipped all rewards for each level I gained.

Il masteriy pass non mi da più ricompense
Da circa 10 livelli (più o meno dal livello 41) non ricevo più le ricompense del mastery pass, solo quelle della versione gratuita. Con i 5000 XP regalati per il MagicCon di Las Vegas non ho ricevuto nessuna delle ricompense relative ai livelli acquisiti.
Per giocare uso IOS.
Vorrei ricevere le ricompense per le quali ho pagato.

Daily store purchase
I make purchases in daily store game takes my coins and gems but never gives my account my purchases so will I get refund for everything I’ve already spent or will the game give me my cards ?

Pioneer mythic rare drops
I was missing over 30 pioneer mythic rares. I spent at least 65.000 gold to buy mythic packs. After opening all of them I maybe got 2 new ones. According to the website you can get every bonus sheet mythic from store packs. Store packs don't follow the bonus sheet schedule. Is this really true?

Duplicate Protection Not Working
I purchased packs today, so this is more a problem with a money transaction order than a bug report. But, I purchased Foundations packs today and received cards that I had completed in previous sets. I now have the following.
5 Giada, Font of Hope (4 SNC, 1 FDN)
5 Doubling Season (2 some old set, 3 FDN)
7 Painful Quandary (4 TBW, 3 FDN)
7 Phyrexian Arena (4 ONE, 3 FDN)Support told me I needed to open a bug report, but this is something that needs fixed, else I should get a refund for my purchase.

Stop skimping on mastery pass
There isn't enough time for an average player to finish the DSK mastery pass unless they average ~8 wins per day from the start of the set release.
It seems unacceptable to me to use FOMO to force players to play even more for fewer rewards. The battle pass continues to get worse with the rewards, and you are now just making it harder to actually acquire your rewards.

"Assemble the Gatewatch" bundle contains Jace, Vryn's Prodigy style that does not appear to work
For the Pioneer Masters release an "Assemble the Gatewatch" bundle was put in the store.
The card style for Jace, Vryn's Prodigy does not appear to be working as intended, as it depicts the regular card in the bundle.2 votes -

Not receiving Bloomburrow Mastery Orbs
Noticed a Bug in the Mastery level rewards: in the free version of the Mastery in Bloomburrow i should receive 3 Mastery Orbs by level 25 however i only ever received the one at level 5. I've received every other rewards such as packs and free cards, its just a problem with the orbs. I checked both the PC and Android apps but the problem persists. I spent 1 orb to check and see if it would update after but it didn't work.

Wildcard vault percentage increase per pack steady instead of decreasing as you get closer
Fix the ******* vault progress per pack problem making us buy more towards the end by making each pack worth less percentage towards the the 100% is ********. Fix it or I won't bother with buying gems, coins, or packs with irl purchases. Sucks to be y'all.

Compra mazos
Compre dos mazos de colección en la tienda con gemas… pero las cartas que se repiten en ambos mazos, solo entregan una unidad en la colección cuando debería ser dos unidades de las cartas… por ejemplo “BEHEMOT CASCOCRÁTER” mitico verde que esta en ambos mazos tanto en “Mazo base: brawl de Emiel el Bendito” como también en el “Mazo base: Brawl de Mordicolmillos, General Ardilla”. Y solo me dieron una carta en la colección de BEHEMOT CASCOCRÁTER.

Giada. Font of Hope Foundations parallax style not applying to exisitng 4 copies of New Capenna Giada, Font of Hope
I bought the Foundations parallax style for Giada, Font of Hope in the Daily Deals for today. I own 4 copies of the New Capenna Giada. Font of Hope but can't apply the Foundations parallax style to them. I had no problem applying the Foundations parallax style to my 4 copies of Halan and Elena from the older set. I ended up burning a rare wild card on the Foundations version of Giada so now I have 5 total instances of Giada. I can only apply the parallax style to the Foundations version of Giada. Please fix the Giada parallax…

Daily Store Item Bugged After Buying It
i bought the Resplendent Angel Card Art and you can see it shows its unlocked because i bought it, but if you notice where the cards get placed when creating a deck its telling me its not unlocked / not usable

Duskmourn Mastery Pass Showing Ending too Early
I think something is weird about when this track ends. It shows online that currently foundations releases on Nov. 15th, which is a Friday. That should be the prerelease which is normal, which usually means we see it on Arena on the next Tuesday Nov. 19th. But this is showing that the pass ends on the Nov. 13th. It should really end on the Nov. 19th when it releases on arena.
