How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Missing FF basic land card arts after update

    After purchasing all the Final Fantasy basic land card arts in the store on June 16, 2025, the following day there was a update on June 17, 2025. From this update, basically half of the previously purchased card art bundles have been removed from my account. I have tried everything I can legally to try and fix it. I have contacted customer service, they pointed me here. I honestly just want what I purchased, without having to pay more.

  3. Shop hanging up on connection

    When moving to acutally purchase from the shop the game hang up and just spins endlessly on the "Waiting for Server..." bit. I have been unable to make purchases for almost three months now.

  4. Can't buy from the store after MacOS Tahoe

    I can't buy gems at the store. The programs gets frozen on the "Waiting for the Server..." and it has to be be quit. I have done a fresh install, and I have repaired the files to no avail. See images and Log file. BTW, this started after I "upgraded" to MacOS Tahoe.

  5. Store purchase screen just loads forever, can’t buy anything

    I click purchase in the store (on my Mac) and I just get a spinning loading icon. I’ve let it run a few times now and it never resolves. I also can’t click anything else other than hard close the app when it happens.

    2025.12.30. I bought a discount Foundations pack today in the daily deals for 900 Gold and THE RARE HAS BEEN REPLACED BY 20 GEMS but I have NOT COMPLETED my collection of rares from the set! Can I have a replacement pack or reimbursement, please?

    On November 24th at around 11:20 PM, I purchased 10 regular packs of “Avatar: The Last Airbender” using gold in MTG Arena and then opened a Golden Pack. However, from the Golden Pack, I received only one card from the current latest Standard set, “Avatar: The Last Airbender.”
    To confirm, I made the same purchase again and opened a second Golden Pack, but once again I received only one card from “Avatar: The Last Airbender.”

  14. Can't make purchase, store hangs on "Waiting for the server"

    Running MTGA on Mac OS 15.6, it's impossible to purchase the Planeswalker Bundle. When I confirm the purchase, the application hangs indefinitely on the "Waiting for the server..." modal.

    Restarting the app, repairing game files, logging out and back in, and reinstalling Arena did not fix this issue.

  15. The Arena store is completely non-functional on Mac.

    1. To reproduce the bug: Trying to purchase anything in the store with money, or clicking on "change payment method", results in the spinning "waiting for the server" icon, which stays there forever and never resolves.
    2. I'm on Mac. A 2019 MacBook Pro, running Sonoma, which otherwise runs the game perfectly.
    3. The results are that I can't buy anything.
    4. I'd expect to be able to buy something with money.
    5. No point adding a screenshot of the "waiting for the server" screen, I assume you know what it looks like.
    6. Googling the problem lead me to a Reddit thread where someone said…

  17. December 16th's Gold Reward

    So, usually a friend of mine plays on my account, so I can log later and play Draft with her. What happened this time was: She looged into my account, mentioned we got free Gold today and, as I tried to log and play with her, she was still in my account, and said Gold Reward was taken out of my account because, when I tried to log into the game, it appeared errors involving connection issues.

  19. Cannot buy gems in the Arena online store

    I have tried multiple times over the past 3 days to buy gems in the Arena online store. Each time, when the purchase button is clicked (so it would normally pull up the external dialogue box to enter payment information), instead the screen grays out and it is stuck on "Waiting for the Server..." with a spinning circle indicator and the app freezes and can't do anything until I quit it. This is happening on the desktop application for MacOS Sequoia 15.6.1.

    This problem has been posted by others already, I think, but I'm submitting this as a top-level post…

    I appreciate you have the start of a Reward Distribution page:

    Could you republish on The /drop-rate page to include what are the expected odds just of Special Guest (SPG) hits when you open MKM and OTJ packs.

    Moving forward, please publish the isolated SPG drop chance. This is to fulfil your legal requirement to disclose the odds of gambling when opening up chance based packs (which can be purchased for money).
