How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. cant buy gems

    I cant buy gems, the page keeps on 'waiting for server' when I have chosen my gem package, it does not go further to the payment page

  3. No rare card when opening Foundations packs.

    I don't have anywhere near a complete collection of rare foundations cards but am receiving gems instead of a rare card every time i purchase a pack.

  4. Endless “Waiting for the Server...” when entering the store

      2. Log in
      3. Tap on Store

    Endless “Waiting for the Server...”.

      1. Install MTGA in a profile with Google Play services, from the Google Play store.

  6. Buying cards for gold - buys nothing

    I bought some set of 5 cards many times, using gold, not $. And any time i would never saw them available for my deck. Have to craft them to use. What is the purpose of using the store if i have to use crafting tokens?

  7. Companions Screen crashes game

    When opening the companions section of the store, the app crashes on my galaxy s24 ultra. This also includes when trying to select an already owned, new companion for any deck.

  8. The Arena store is completely non-functional on Mac.

    1. To reproduce the bug: Trying to purchase anything in the store with money, or clicking on "change payment method", results in the spinning "waiting for the server" icon, which stays there forever and never resolves.
    2. I'm on Mac. A 2019 MacBook Pro, running Sonoma, which otherwise runs the game perfectly.
    3. The results are that I can't buy anything.
    4. I'd expect to be able to buy something with money.
    5. No point adding a screenshot of the "waiting for the server" screen, I assume you know what it looks like.
    6. Googling the problem lead me to a Reddit thread where someone said…

  11. Alchemy Packs are not counting towards gold pack

    Alchemy packs are not counting towards golden pack. If they need to be standard alchemy then magic needs to update the wording. Currently it just says standard and alchemy. If you click on full details it says the same thing.

  12. Packs did not open when I selected "Open 10 Packs" but my available packs counts dropped by 10

    Traded in 45,000 gold, received packs and bonus card. Opened 20 packs, no problem. Opened next 10 packs, took a while and flashed a pop-up that said "Ok". Tried it one more time, same issue. Noticed by count of available packs had gone down my 20. Checked my card collection, doesn't appear that I received any cards from those last 20 packs.

  15. Alchemy Edge of Eternities packs did not give me Edge of Eternities rares after becoming rare-complete, as per the rules.

    I just received 20 gems instead of receiving non-Alchemy Edge of Eternity rares, as I should have. I have completed all Alchemy Edge of Eternities rares (except for lands which I have from other sets).

  16. レアワイルドカードを購入しましたが反映されません

    2025年10月17日21時30分頃レアワイルドカードを購入しましたが、購入完了と表示されてレアワイルドカードの枚数は増えてませんでした。もう一度購入してみると同じく購入完了と表示されて枚数は増えてませんでした。神話レアワイルドカードも購入しましたが正常に反映されています。同じ現象の方はいらっしゃいませんか。。。

  17. Cannot Purchase Through Store on Mac

    Any time I try to purchase anything through the store I get a spinning wheel and a message saying "waiting for server" that never brings me to the payment screen. Have been trying off and on since August and have not been able to purchase anything. Using the Mac version.

  20. Stuck at Retrieving asset manifest

    I am stuck at Retrieving asset manifest.

    I have tried numerous things to get this issue to resolve. I am unable to boot the game or produce any logs.
