How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. I do not receive Mastery Pass Rewards

    I have received Mastery Pass Rewards on the day of purchase, but do not receive Mastery Pass Rewards with gaining the levels. You need to repair it and grant all who bought the pass their rewards. It was payed for!!!

  2. I did not recieve level 49 of the mastery pass

    I just completed level 49 of duskmourn mastery pass and did not receive the 400 gems. Received previous levels without issue. On Iphone.

    When i unlock mastery pass rewards and reach Lv.40,found get nothing rewards(and now Lv.41 also).

    I bought a card in the store and it wasn't added to my account.

  5. Packs and Game store menus will not load

    Ever since the most recent update on my PC I can't seem to open the store or packs menus. I have installed and reinstalled several times, but still no fix. It says that it is connecting to the server then freezes.

    The funny thing is that I can still play games no problem. I just can't redeem any of my rewards.

  8. Duplicate Protection Not Working

    Today, I purchased FDN packs with gems I paid real money for. Duplicate protection was not working and I recieved duplicates of cards that I completed or had some of in earlier sets. Support told me to post here, even though this is a purchase that needs addressed and not just a bug report.

    I now have

    5 Giada, Font of Hope (4 SNC, 1 FDN)
    5 Doubling Season (2 some old set, 3 FDN)
    7 Painful Quandary (4 TBW, 3 FDN)
    7 Phyrexian Arena (4 ONE, 3 FDN)

  9. Cannot find Companion of the Month in Cosmetics tab

    The CotM doesn't appear or display anywhere. I missed getting the horse companion and now I want to know what companion is for March.

  10. Store bug 9/25/24

    Apparently WOTC doesn't want my money. I have tried two purchase gems since yesterday evening and when I choose the gems I want to get, it only shows that it is working but never completes the task. Ordinarily it goes to the screen showing the payment method and total but it is not functioning. It does nothing. I am unable to stop the action or do anything else in game. I have to manually force the application to quit. Great work by your computer sciences division. I hope you see this as sarcasm.

  11. Game stops responding and crashes if it has to connect to network.

    Every time I open the store on mac, the game stops responding and I have to force quit which creates an error message. It already crashed my laptop once. only happening post duskmourn update

  13. Magic the Gathering Foundation packs do not include all cards

    Many of the cards in the Magic the Gathering Foundation set are unavailable through store-purchased packs. This is absurd and requires substantial wildcard consumption to address.

    You need to fix this and provide adequate recompense to make us whole.

  14. Ogre Chitterlord Art Style not being added on the account after store purchase- Bug

    In the past I have tried to purchase the extended art style for Ogre Chitterlord and it was bugged because it won't give you the style but still takes your gems. It's still bugged. Please give me my 1,000 gems back. It's disappointing this hasn't been fixed and the card has been in the game for more than a year :(

  17. Redeeming magiccon vegas XP only gave me set mastery rewards and not the mastery pass ones

    Magiccon vegas 5000 XP only gave me 3 duskmourn packs and an eye, but not the other 3 packs and 2 styles & orbs it should have given me as I have gotten the mastery pass with gems.

  20. Change country in account

    Due to relocation to another country I would like to use payment methods of the new country. But an in-game store on PC does not allow to change country and gives old payment methods which are not available for me now.
    Please allow change country in account to be able to use new country payment methods
