6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Unable to use planeswalker ability
Jin-Gitaxias duplicated Invoke Justice sorcery, first spell returned Kaya planeswalker from graveyard, second Invoke returned Nissa planeswalker. I was able to use Kaya abilities but not Nissa ones. I was only able to use Nissa abilities one or two turns after returned it to battlefield.

bug: Howling Moon's second ability does not trigger
My opponent cast several spells during their turn but the second ability of Howling Moon did not trigger to create 2/2 green Wolf creature tokens.

Ninjutsu
So, Ninjutsu text says "to hand"... If the creature is controlled but not owned, it goes back to the owner's hand. That resulted in a play mistake for me.

Suddenly 244 tokens
Was playing a game.
Opponent had ratadrabik of uborg out. Attempted to attach blade of shared souls to a token and copy ....drak Glory Dominous. Token died as duplicate of legendary, then boom
244 Freaking non legendary dominous tokens. Wtf and how!?!?!?
I was going to lose anyway, but that was ridiculous. We weren't even in late game. Round 7 or 8...

Pithing Needle targeting multiple permanents
I had Tergrid’s Lantern and Liliana of the Veil on the battlefield. Opponent used Karn to retrieve Pithing Needle, and named Liliana. From this turn forward I could not activate Liliana or Tergrid’s Lantern. Next turn, a second Pithing Needle named Lantern. Third turn, the Needle naming Lantern was turned into a 1/1 to attack and was Fatal Pushed. When the Needle left the battlefield, I could still not activate Tergrid’s Lantern. It might be that the game saves targets typed in but not selected, and saves multiple targets.

Distended Mindbender / Emerge Effect
I played Distended Mindbender for the full cost of 8 mana; however, it sacrificed my creature Sage of the Ancient Lore. Sage is 5 mana and so the emerge cost for Mindbender would have been 2 mana if I had selected that. I know I did not select the emerge and it auto payed with all eight lands as well so I know I selected it correctly. Sage was the only creature I had on the board and I also had two remaining cards in hand so I know he didn’t go to zero either after I cast Mindbender.

Geist of oniric...
Gesit of oniric card does not work because if you choose Its second ability to tap a creature that Will UnTapp next phase ...the creature Will UnTapp by destroing chains!

Cleansing Wildfire not working right
I have been using Cleansing Wildfire on an indestructible land I control in order to fetch myself a new land and draw a card. However, recently in almost every game I attempt this in, I end up not getting my selected land. After casting it, it pulls up the options of basic lands in my library and I can scroll to select. But once I have selected it, and the spell resolves, I don't end up with the target land, but I do still end up drawing a card. I have noticed similar issues with other spells that search for…

Negate doesn't counter ossification

Must block if able
An attacking 2/2 card said I must block if able.
I blocked it with a 2/1.
Both cards would die, the attacking card did not have trample so the extra damage it had to deal after the block would have done nothing.
Yet the game would not let me continue to the next step unless I blocked it with another creature (in this case my only other creature was a 3/2).2 votes -
The admin is manipulating matching.
Twice in previous inquiries, we have received responses stating that "I assure you that our algorithms, including matchmaking, the shuffler, coin flips, and others, have been tested at length and are working as intended.".
However, even in the feedback on this site, there are many comments such as "A malicious program exists" and "Matching and libraries are being manipulated". (It seems that not only Japanese players but also overseas players are suffering the same damage.)
Also, the answer from the management says that it is "functioning as intended", but this can be interpreted as "matchmaking, shuffler, coin toss, etc. can…

otawara vs brave the elements
My opp channeled Otawara to target one of my white creatures. I cast brave the elements in response. Protection should not allow my creature to be targeted yet Otawara still bounced my creature. It cost me the game

Stack Issues
Its Uncommon but it happens. You will Have the mana to play a spell, And for whatever reason not even have the ability to play it.
Sometimes a stack happens and with no modifiers on the board for casting instants, you will simply not have a chance to respond. When this happens it makes the game feel unfair, and rigged.
This Must be a High-priority fix.
Its literally counter intuitive to the game/mechanics/rulings. And it’s literally cheating when it happens.For Example:
imagine going to tournament irl & you play a Planeswalker and the opponent doesn’t get to play negate.…3 votes -

Bushwhack fights a creature with Deathtouch and Deathtouch did not trigger
More problems with Deathtouch it seems. A fight happened with Bushwhack targeting their 5/5 planeswalker She-wolf during 'night' and my Sheoldred, The Apocalypse 4/5 deathtouch. Somehow the planeswalker survived a 4 point Deathtouch hit? lost me the game... =(

BUG - Too many planeswalkers makes them dissapear
Was playing a Historic Brawl game with the Inquiry Dominus as commander. Jace, cunning cast away was going ape. After casting Jace, weilder of mysteries, and ulting one of my Cunning castaways for the 4th time, as i was activating loyalty abilities of each new walker, they began to shunt into a new panel. But after a while more and more panels were created. After the 3rd panel, planeswalkers outside of the first panel were not visible or interactable.
I was playing on PC.
Interestingly, having 20+ walkers in play at once is too RAM-intensive. Game continued to crash, and…

Citizens crowbar did not return to hand
My opponent cast a spell to put citizens grow bar back into my hand. The artifact went back to the artifact section and citizens crowbar disappeared it was neither in my graveyard nor my hand.
