1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Hey
I just bought a sealed game for 2000gems and I opened a card there is ban and I can't play with the card. I think this means that I am down a card from the start.
I would like a refund

All cards in booster packs marked as new
When I open packs all cards are marked as new even when I already have multiple copies of the card and the volt percentage doesn't increase at all. Using Android

cannot redeem wildcards
I opened a bunch of packs for the new set and my wildcard inventory says I have 4 Rare Wildcards, but when trying to craft I'm notified I do not have enough wildcards to craft. Attached is my log file and screenshots, any help would be great!!

Uncommon card rewards after 80lvl
Good day! Mastery pass levels above 80 are not yielding the Uncommon card rewards. Please fix.

While deck building, tapping the card filter button frequently hard locks the game, requiring a forced close and restart
This bug is easily reproducible on iOS devices.
- Create a new deck or start editing an existing deck
- Tap on the button for filtering cards
- Observe that 20-30% of the time the filter menu does not open and the app permanently stops responding to all user input

Cant find a card
I cant find a certain card to add to my deck. Its called Omniscience. I just opened a pack and got it, but when I try to add it to my deck i cant find it.
Im probably just not looking in the right place, but there is no clear instructions on how to find it and no articles to describe steps.

Unable to Filter by Standard
i cant sort my collection to show only standard cards when building decks
There used to be formats that can filter the card collection. Now its just all sets and not like it used to be with standard or alchemy and historic and so on. I wish I had an old screen shot of how it was before it updated and changed it a couple months ago. I would like it back so I can see my collection in the different formats for building decks. I hope this is an easy explanation so anyone can understand.

Bug when editing deck
The display when editing the deck seems to be new, but it is not displayed correctly, and there are deteriorations that do not display the number of cards.

- 言語を日本語にして日本語リストのデッキをインポートする。別の再現方法として、言語を日本語にして既存のデッキをエクスポートした後にインポートしても再現する。

Innastrad: Alchemy
It seems that Innistrad: Alchemy may not be reporting the correct percentage of collected in my profile. For example, I bought 3 new packs today, and got 3 cards in this set that I didn't already have... but it still says 28% before and after I did this! The percentage didn't change... is this an issue with this one set? The rest of the sets seem to update just fine...

Bo1 vs Bo3 and sideboarding
The way they are handled feels really poor to me. I understand there are legitimate reasons why you should have access to fewer cards in your sideboard, but the UI is terrible.
I just want to play Explorer Ranked, and when I had it set to Bo1 and hit Edit deck, it said "This deck is invalid" because it was "Traditional Explorer" and not "Explorer"
Would love to see a change to this. I loved the old way where it was 15 cards and operated similar to the mainboard layout. Hopefully this is something they can do something about.This…

mazemind tome alternate art gone
Hello, i was about to make a new deck with a couple of mazemind tomes. However, i noticed that the pink coloured alternative art from the Retro Artifact archives is missing when i try to search it into the deck builder without any filters, and the only options when i click the alt art triangle buttons are the original one (gray) and the brown one version from the Retro Artifacts with the same original art. From an old deck i had, i can see the art in the right column, but not in the collection area.
Hope it gets resolved…

Starter decks not in collection
Won multiple games now with multiple starter decks, none of which have been added to my collection. I was going to buy the mastery pack as I’m a brand new player but I don’t want to spend my money if the app doesn’t work. Let alone all the time I’ve wasted playing multiple times with decks and not got them. Really disappointing.

Cannot chose or craft card styles
After the last patch many of us lost the ability to see and choose from card styles in deck builder or collection. I have them if I already selected them for a deck prior to the path but there is no way to currently change any art for any card in my collection. I've attached some screen shots that I hope help. Please get this fixed as collecting the card art is one of the reasons i play Arena over tabletop.

IOS deckbuild bug
On IOS, the arena deck builder is bugged. When looking for lands, it keeps pulling up battles and not letting you look at lands or add them to your deck.

Je met à jour Arena sur mon téléphone pour pouvoir le lancer et ce n'est pas le compte que j'avais laissé lors de ma dernière connections que je retrouve. (Connections qui ne date que de quelques heures) mais mon compte tel qu'il était il y a environs 2mois. 🤔🙃. L'état de la collection, rangs, gemmes, or, jetons, points pay in. Tout attesté dans ce sens.
