How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Connection Issue 19/09

    19/09 Arena crashed (PC, Stable internet connection, nothing else running) mid draft causing the auto draft function to poorly select a deck.

    I played one game with it last night and have returned today 20/09 12:12 to continue. As I returned to my game I can see premium draft is no longer available. So not only have you taken my gems (1500) and wasted my time, the opion is no longer unavailable. I now dont have the gems to play quick draft and I'm really dissappointed.

    I would like a refund of 3000 gems to compensate me for my inconvenience…

  2. Mastery card preview bug

    1 - just log into the game and open Wilds of Eldraine Mastery
    2 - PC
    3 - on lvl 35 of Mastery with pass shows green card in preview but black card when you point to it

  3. Booted from game

    I passed to my opponent. he didn't do any thing, the game kinda slowed down like it was working on something and then I just went back to the draft menu. I couldnt rejoin a game and when I re opened my game, it said I lost it.

  4. I couldn’t pick in my latest event it auto picked everything in draft

    I couldn’t select anything in the first 2 pack picks so I couldn’t make a decent deck in the new draft I used 1500 gems for this…

  5. Bug: Cards Shown as Lands

    I was playing in a match and came across a bug where cards in my opponents hand were revealed as lands, and when hovering over the cards, it would show the card as a land with the “Public Information” text. My opponent played these “lands” where they would then end up on the battlefield as lands. Based on where the cards were on the battle field, you can tell they were not land cards but you couldn’t see the real text of the card.

    This happened after my opponent played Geological Appraiser which discovered into abrade which the opponent put…

  6. LCI missing rewards from draft

    Was on 49.2k gems when I entered LCI premier draft. Finished it with 4 wins (+1400 gems and 3 packs) but when I claimed it, the server disconnected and my gems remained the same.

    No SSes on the error message since this is the first time it happened to me

  7. wilds of eldraine premier draft suspended

    wilds of eldraine premier draft was suspended. The first card picked was displayed. Cards drafted after that did not register in my deck, and then an error message saying that the draft was suspended.

  8. draft bugs

    Amazing freez during 1st draft then "unable to finish the draft". Then, i see i can lunch another one and my cards from the 1st one came to the second one and during the second hardcore freez and random picks

  9. alchemy historic changes

    This change for historic is outrageous. Why should the historic card pool be nerfed for this fancy new separate standard mode?

    This change is just plain stupid and kills mtga for me.
    No new changes to the client for years, no introduction of existing table top modes. The client crashes at random times since 2 or 3 patches ago.

    It would be far better to clean up your mess before expanding onto it and dragging the only worthwhile thing for me down with it.

    I' am currently considering dropping mtga all together when alchemy goes live

  10. Press the enemy did not let me cast Hithlain Knots in my hand.

    My opponent had cast fear fire foes and with it on the stack I cast press the enemy in response, bouncing a token. I had hithlain knots in hand and intended to cast it to survive the turn however arena never let me cast the card for free as press the enemy allows.

  12. Remote Qualitative Research Study with Wizards of the Coast

    Hi, I received an email from WotC with the title "Remote Qualitative Research Study with Wizards of the Coast" requesting me to follow a survey link and then attend a 2 hour remote study. All the links I see so far seems legit but wanted to double check it with WotC as well. Is this legit?

  13. Card reward shown was not rewarded

    A card reward was shown "Thousand Moons Smithy", on clicking it to dismiss then I tried to build a deck with it, but it shows as having none collected. I restarted the app thinking it's was a sync issue, but I still don't have it.

    connection drops while playing draft ..
    i can play each other multiplayer games without issues
    but mtga drops me again anda again
    unplayable and very annoying

  16. Mtg arena

    I had been playing ranking matches for past 2 days and i’ve noticed that the rank didn’t progress even i win few matches in a row. Im still stuck at gold tier 2. I am using iOS version and PC version as well.

  17. Not allowing me to join Historic Brawl Event

    Games isn't allowing me to join historic brawl event. Other events seem to work fine just historic brawl. I've logged out and restart it the game multiple times and this problem still persist. Has been going on for about an hour now..

  18. Mastery not Registering Weekly Win Rewards

    The Mastery Pass of MoM is not registering weekly win rewards correctly. As seen in the screenshot, I have 12 wins which should have put me on Level 4 of the reward track but instead is stuck at 2.

  19. Daily Wins Didn't Reset

    The daily wins didn't reset for the day. I previously had 7 completed Daily Wins and it gave me a new daily quest though it didn't reset the Daily Wins.

  20. Incorrect number of card styles rewarded for Yawning Portal

    I have played in a number of the Yawning Portal Events, and twice when losing I only recieved 1 card style, despite the rewards showing I should have recieved 2. Ultimatly I am missing 2 card styles.
