How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Bought Pack, but Golden Pack meter did not advance

    I bought the MoM Pack in the Daily Deals, but the Golden Pack counter did not go up by one.

  2. Gem purchase unsuccessul -> endless "waiting for the server.."

    Gems can't be purchased. Whenever I click on purchase, the screen "waiting for the server.." appears and nothing happens for ages.

  3. Empty code deck

    I claimed a code of 2 decks but for some reason one of them is empty, and i dont have de cards from that deck in my lybrary neither.

  4. Packs

    Packs ARE NOT RANDOM... 20 Mythic Packs and I haven't pulled a single copy of either of the mythic I am looking for. I think the packs aren't random. They are coded to not give you the cards you need / are looking for.

  5. unable to make purchases mac OS

    Unable to make purchases on Mac OS running Arena through Epic Games Launcher. Clicking on price to purchase any item results in the client endlessly hanging on the "Connecting to Server" screen - the only way to kill it is to exit the client.

    The 1-2 year old reddit suggesting running the client and Epic Games Launcher at the same time as a fix doesn't work.

    Missing games: after login to game today i noticed i am missing a bunch of gems, should have around 400 and now have only 20. Can you look at this case?

  7. Forgotten Perils Bundle

    I purchased the Forgotten Perils bundle only to find that I can't use the Resplendent Angel card style with my M19 copies. I didn't realize that I would need the LCI version of the card in order for it to work, as I did not see that mentioned anywhere.

    There is no reason for me to spend wildcards when I already have four copies of the M19 version. There should be a clearer warning that a style can only be applied to one version of a card, or better yet, allow styles to be applied to other printings.

  8. MTGA PC client doesn't let me buy gems in the store

    Your store has been bugged for MONTHS. The ability to buy literally anything on the PC client is bugged. PLEASE FIX

  9. Purchased alternate art but can't select it.

    I bought the alternate arts pack from the store that included Gishath, Itzquinth, Quintorious, and Ghalta. 3 of the arts work fine, but the Gishath art, doesn't let me select it. You can see when I select "Collected" it doesn't have the Alt art arrows, and when I select "Uncollected" it shows it as not faded, but I'm unable to Heart or select it.
    Also, odd to have your Bug Report also be a suggestion box.

  10. Revealed face-down wildcard in pack not added to wildcards owned

    On 'Packs' screen, I clicked 'open all' on 12 MKM packs. Before that that point I had 0 rare wildcards and 1 mythic rare wildcard. After the packs opened, while they were still on display, with the rare cards still hidden, I checked my wildcards; 2 Rare wildcards and 2 mythic rare wildcards. So presumably one of the opened packs included a rare wildacrd. Fine so far.

    Then I revealed the face-down cards from the opened packs one by one. One of them was a rare wildcard. I checked my wildcards again; 2 rare, 2 mythic; The number of rare…

  11. Pre-Order Packs missing after update

    Seems like there’s a bug in the store.

    Bought outlaws pack bundle which is missing after update. Mastery Bundle appeares to be activated.

    Sent order details to customer service, did re-install and validated bundles again. Cards / packs are still missing.

  12. Error lands

    The other day I bought the LOST CAVES OF IXALAN full art lands from the Magic Arena store, and these were not enabled for me, I have let several days pass, just in case there was an error and they will be enabled in my account after some update, but now I'm in OUTLAWS and they still don't show up, that's why I want to report this to see if they can be recovered or my coins returned to buy other things

  13. No Canjea Codigos promocionales

    Buenas, intento canjear los códigos promocionales ,y no me los canjea, dice que ya se ha intentado canjear, cuando no es cierto ya que es la primera vez que introduzco el código para mí cuenta de Magic, todo está correcto pero no me canjea los códigos y no entiendo por qué, mi cuenta está correcta y bien vinculada, y no me permite canjearlos.Ayuda por favor

  14. golden pack tick not progressing after purchasing pack

    did not get a tick in the golden pack progress after purchasing a MOM pack from daily deal
    saw people suggesting to ask MTG Arena support about it to get the tick so here i am

  16. Not able to purchase pre-order products for Outlaws - 2024-04

    Time is running out and I've been trying to buy this for three days. Help! I don't want to miss out on this. Fix it please! Is anyone else having trouble purchasing it? I can't find any fixes for this issue. I reloaded the game from Epic Games. I rebooted my computer multiple times. I made sure I had the latest update on my Mac. Nothing worked.

  18. Purchased Pre-released Draft Bundle but got nothing

    As per title.
    I purchased the Draft bundle for MKM.

    Upon Login, I can "claim" the bundle (draft, sealed tokens + mythic card), but actually I don´t get anything.

    Clicking on "Packs" shows that the Bundle content is still locked and "will be made available on Feb 6th".

    Please solve the issue.

  19. Mastery Pass not giving rewards for past levels

    Just purchased the mastery pass for Phyrexia, Im currently at level 20 and did not recive any of the rewards for the past levels. Usually when I buy the pass at certain level, the game gives me the rewards for all past levels, is this a bug or a change on the system?

  20. Please make nine codes redeemable again.

    I recently got a couple of my friends into MTGA and found out that nine of the codes that had to be manually redeemed are no longer valid. Can you please make these codes valid again? This causes new players to miss out on several possible rare and mythic rare wildcards, which I think is important to allow new players to build a reasonable starting deck to really generate interest in the game.

    At least make these codes redeemable until the next rotation.
