How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Casting Epic Confrontation did not trigger an instant spell casting opportunity
I wanted to cast a spell called "Disfigure" before the sorcery spell "Epic Confrontation" resolved and the two target creatures fought. However, I was unable to cast the instant spell "Disfigure" and my creature died! I had the mana and after the fight I was able to destroy the enemy creature with Disfigure. My creature died though and I lost the game. Usually when I cast a fighting spell like Epic Confrontation, you can adjust creature stats using an instant spell but this time the two creatures just fought immediately without letting me debuff the enemy creature.

sealed loss
I just won a game of sealed but it was counted as a loss. I was 1-2 going into the game. This "loss" puts me at 1-3 meaning that I can't play anymore games. I don't know if it is relevant, but my opponent conceded during their second main phase.

Buying multiple packs at a time gives no progress towards gold packs
When I logged in to get my Brother's War packs, I bought 2x15 packs with gold and didn't get any progress towards gold packs. I bought 1x pack with gold and it gave me progress toward a gold pack. I am missing 30x progress towards gold packs (3 gold packs), please remedy.

Prerelease Packs Can't Be Opened
Packs obtained from a code for a BRO prerelease can't be opened in the pack menu despite the set being released, and other packs of the set being openable.

Game freezes
While resolving a spell, after I made the choice necessary the game just freezes. After a while the rope comes up and runs through, I lose one of the time extensions and then nothing else happens. No new rope, no further resolving of the spell.

Pre-release packs not unlocking
I put in a few codes for pre-release BRO packs. 1 of the codes said already used, which kinda sucks because I just opened it and there's nothing I can do. The big problem is the code that did work is not unlocking, yet I can still get packs from the store. See pic.

Targeting Indicators Not Displayed For Spells on the Stack
When attempting to review the targets of spells/abilities on the stack there is no UI indicator to display the current target of each spell or ability. While there is a line of text giving the name of the target, it is hidden away where most players would never see it. Worse, that text is completely useless if there are multiple permanents or spells with the same name.
Steps to reproduce: Cast a targeted spell or activate a targeted ability while there are one or more spells or abilities on the stack.

Blank screen instead of the initial screen (sometimes with ambient sound on)
I am getting a blank screen instead of the initial screen. (sometimes with ambient sound on) --Sometimes an error message is displayed. (see the attached screenshot) -- I am having this problem on Windows 10 and on Android 11.

Deck Name Infinite Loop
Accidentally named a new deck with a name I'd already used. This ended making the 'you already named a deck that' and 'you cannot have a deck of the same name' error messages to pop up endlessly.

Game freezing during matches
In most gameplay modes and sometimes logging in my game will just freeze sometimes its noticeable but other times I wont notice it and realize my mistake when the timer doesn't show up. Whats also weird is the games music will keep playing making it harder to notice, the only way to get it "fixed" is to close the app completely and reboot and even connected to wifi the loading time back into a match is random it seems and almost always I'll use all my time outs even when I have all 3, my turn is skipped, or if…

Stuck at black screen after restarting arena after game freeze
Steps to reproduce: Close the arena app after a game freeze in the middle of a match. Start the app again, at this point the game automatically rejoins the match. Complete the match by winning or loosing. You see a spinner and get stuck at a black screen. This hasn’t always been the case, one or two updates ago I had several game freezes but never ended up at a black screen.

cosmos elixir
In French, there exists 2 versions of "Cosmos Elixir", only one in English.
But in game, even when the 1st Version is played on battefield (1 life + scry 1) it's the second version that is applied (2 life).

Ubanned account login bug
I received a mail sayin my account get unabled (after being banned) but since that mail sent on 20/10/2022 I'm still havin the same error message from login menu:
"an unexpected error occured (error code: forbidden) please try again"

Cant Challenge Player
Every Time i go to challenge a specific player, will let me select a deck and type the name in but it says "cant submit deck" I am using the premade decks. Then when you retry you timeout of server connection. This issue has persisted since the last update. Hope it will be fixed soon

Mobile Connectivity Issue
After the 2021.01.01 Android Patch update, if the mobile device is connected on the wi-fi network, Arena does not launch - stays in the "Retrieving asset manifest" screen. After a minute, it shows an "Retry - Check your connections".
Turning off the wi-fi and logging on 4G/5G network the game works properly.5 votes -

Received gems from mythic pack on set that wasn't complete
I purchased a few Theros Mythic packs since my set wasn't complete and received 40 gems from one of the packs while the set is still not complete. I would like compensation on my account Notchskee#07346
