How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Loss of connectivity registered as a 'loss' during event
Hi, I am user 'Mage you look #14859'
Today I have taken part in an event 'Premier Draft Aetherdraft Alchemy'
I lost connectivity during the third game I played and it was recorded as a loss. I haven't clicked 'claim' yet. Could you please delete the second loss so I can continue playing or credit me with a token so I can start again?

hand smoothing issues
i have noticed a few things about hand smoothing that really dont work well.
it curves your hand to be competitive against the other persons deck and if your deck isnt tuned for low cost or high cost gameplay it forces your hand to have a bunch of ****** low cost one ofs or a bunch of land and spells you really dont need till late game. (playing combo against red goblins or mono red burn forces a midrange hand to be full of one cmc cards. playing midrange against ramp it forces your hand to be full of land…

Standard Event win counted as loss
I had two losses in my standard event. I didn’t wanna match and it treated it as a loss and kicked me out of the event

Disconnected Mid-match
- Be in a match. Lose connection even momentarily
- iOS
- Get kicked out of the match. Sometimes restarting the client enables me to reconnect. Other times it does not.
- Not get kicked out in the first place or at the very least make it easy to reconnect.
- Not much to show. It brings me back to the match screen and only records it as a loss later.
- As mentioned, sometimes closing the game and reopening it allows me to reconnect.
All in all, a very frustrating experience. Makes me not want to play the game at home.

Upkeep Triggers
Triggers on the beginning of upkeep do not allow you to respond to them. A player should not be compelled to put a stop on their upkeeps to respond to a trigger, eg. demonic pact, unless you put a stop on your upkeep will cause you to instantly lose the game, when you could easily respond to all of its triggers.

Wish
When playing a Wish deck with Lier, Disciple of the Drowned, cards in my graveyard can be cast with flashback. This causes my whole graveyard to appear next to my hand and takes up the entire bottom of the screen. The issue is, with all the cards near the bottom of the screen, I cannot scroll to activate my Wish and cast a card from my sideboard. I've lost many games from this issue.

Worst Midweek Magic event in some time
The "Into the Future" Midweek Magic event of 2025-03-04 was the worst that I've played in quite some time. Hated those Alchemy decks. Miserable play experience. Please, no more Alchemy. The only good thing was it had no cost.

ornate imitations creating cards in Alchemy that aren't allowed in Alchemy
In a ranked Alchemy game, my opponent played “ornate imitations” which conjured a Nazgul from the lotr set, all cards from this set aren’t allowed in Alchemy so this card shouldn’t be able to conjure them.

The artwork proportions of the Card Style in the Foundations series Planeswalkers have issues.
I don't have the Ajani and Chandra cards, but I tested the Card Styles for Kaito, Liliana, and Vivien. Among them, the Card Styles for Kaito and Liliana are disproportionate, which makes them look unappealing when using skills. Below is a comparison of Liliana of the Veil's Card Style.
I was unable to create the Mazemind Tome Card Style in my Collection; this Card Style was only available on Daily Deals on December 19, 2024.

Fear of isolation Bug
Thank you for your continued response to my inquiries.
I played mtg arena on iOS.
After the recent update, when I cast “Fear of Isolation” with Convoke in “Dazzling Theater/Prop Room” , I was not able to select the convoked creature to return to my hand for additional cost of casting “Fear of isolation ”.
「絢爛たる劇場」の召集によってクリーチャーをタップし「孤立への恐怖」を戦場に出した際、「孤立への恐怖」を唱える際の追加コストである手札に戻すパーマネントの対象として、召集によってタップしたクリーチャーを選択できませんでした。

Game crashes on mobile (pixel 7) when cards are returned from battlefield to hand
Bug:
Game crashes when a card is returned from the battlefield specifically to your or your opponents hand. Occuring on mobile only, does not occur on PCPhone: pixel 7
Steps to reproduce:
- opponent plays any card
- play unsummon to send it back to their hand

(Bug) - Negative Achievements, progress reset to zero (for all Color Masterie)
After getting 3 achievements in one brawl match, I decided to go to the achievement area to claim them. I noticed all achievement progress had been lost for all colors in the Color Masterie section. The counts for each color show -1/10. Core Achievements do not seem to be affected.

Assigning trample damage via the up arrow.
While playing Bristly bill in brawl, my quilled greatwurm had over 2600 +1/+1 counters on it. Opponent blocked with a 3/3, the game had me assign trample damage to the creature as well as the player using only an up or down arrow. After using both time outs i was only able to get the up arrow to show 458 damage to player and i lost the game because of this.
Add a function for assigning the damage that allows you to type in the amount of assigned damage.

Black Screen, Game Crash,
When I attempt to open the game, the screen goes black. Sometimes a cannot connect to server error occurs. I am on a Mac M1. The bug is somewhere in the AKsoundengine. This is a new bug for me. It has been happening for weeks now.

Isolate M19 set Bug
Isolate (Cost: 1 Plains ) (series: M19)
Exile target permanent card with mana value 1 OR MORE.However, this card only works with cards that cost exactly 1 mana .
I just wasted 2 rare wildcards because of this.

VERY URGENT CONNECTION ISSUE
The same problem as always. The match suddenly crashes WITHOUT ANY REASON, because I have a 5G connection and I haven't any problem with ALL other apps. This time "Waiting for the server" is currently lasting for a very long time and the app seems not capable of reestablishing connection. PLEASE SOLVE THE PROBLEM! Do you hear us? Do you care about the game problems?

archievments failure to solve
Complete the "Count the counters" achievements by having a creature with more than 58 counters in game and a few more creatures with counters and he didn't count it
I also attacked with a 58/58 creature and didn't give me the achievement "No, Bigger than that"3 votes -
Why does a 5/5 double strike die vs. a 1/1 deathtouch?
5/5 double strike (Old Growth Troll equipped with Leyline Axe) fought a 1/1 deathouch (Baleful Strix) using Bushwhack. Troll and strix both died on first strike touch; there was no regular damage. Rules say if first strike damage kills the deathtouch creature, deathtouch should not resolve. This is a bug.
