How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Magic Arena Kicking me From Games

    Magic Arena frequently kicks me from games and sends me back to the home screen. In such an event, quitting out of Magic Arena and reopening it will sometimes load me back into the game, but it will likely kick me again after even a single game action. This is so extreme that sometimes, when I have an instant in hand, it will repeatedly kick me after passing priority several times in a turn.   2. Taigam

    Reproduce
    1. Taigam and delney on the field
    2. Second spell per turn was mirror room and after cast it showed one copy which didn’t actually cast and a second copy of mirror room from delney that also didn’t cast
    I’m unsure if delney would double Taigam copy cast but
    if it shouldn’t then the game shouldn’t show two copies of the spell

  3. I couldn't play instants and flash creatures

    I was playing against a gruul deck and when they attacked the game didn't give me priority to play a sunpearl kirin who could block a creature and bounce an enchantment I needed to play next turn and ended up costing me the game, I tried to submit the log but this msg appeared "I you receive an error message that your attachment did not upload, please check to make sure it is smaller than 50 MB" and the log is 60mb

  5. Brawl Hand Smoother

    Remove the hand smoother from Brawl, please. It is not needed. Moreover, as it's not a competitive format in any capacity, adding a function that was touted as an improvement to competitive best of 1 play to a non-competitive format is asinine.

    The hand smoother causes most games with the same brawl deck to feel the same, as it ends up forcing the same dozen cards down your throat every game, killing the whole idea that I put 60+ unique cards in my deck to see and play with. I did not make a 100 card singleton deck to see…

  6. Not able to cast even with plenty of mana

    Playing colorless ugin brawl , even with plenty of mana can’t cast cards throughout multiple games , nothing on the board , graveyard or exile states cost or can’t cast effect. Please fix this bug

  7. Auto loss after locking the Phone screen

    Auto loss in Sealed.
    I locked my phonescreen(iOS) for about 5 seconds and after reconnecting I got sent back to the Eventpage with a loss.

  8. Paradox Engine is still not banned in brawl?

    Surprised this awful card still isn't banned. Will continue posting every time I see one. It's banned in EDH for a reason. Always leads to the most uninspiring gameplay.

  11. Tishana Tidebinder countering Room Ability

    I encounter a bug where I use Tishana Tidebinder to counter Unholy Annex end step ability. It was successful. Next turn the ability was active again despite Tishana is on the battlefield.

  12. Card elements not loading properly

    During gameplay, about 2/3 of the games I have been playing recently are displaying with only card text, and outlines of the card frames. Card Art, backing texture, and some frame elements are not displaying correctly. See screenshot of opening hand. During gameplay, cards will sometimes load their textures for art, etc, but mostly stay as text + highlighted frames when selecting cards. Method of play: PC.

  14. Opponent uses endless effect but i get the loss

    Opponent uses endless token effect...his clock runs up more than three times before mine but i get the loss and i can not do anything. I think it is pretty messed up that players can exploit that bug and that my clock starts running at all while i am not given the chance to act. Super frustrating to wait all that time until his 500 effects popped and then seeing players getting rewarded a win for this. If the opponent starts this ********, he should get the loss. Or you guys finally create a way the application is able to…

  15. BUG: "Glacial Dragonhunt" does not triggered the "Venerated Rotpriest" ability (Screenshot + Log)

    "Venerated Rotpriest" was in play in battlefield, opponent casts "Glacial Dragonhunt" and targets my "Venerated Rotpriest", however the poison counter is not triggered at all and dies. As you can see in the screenshot "Venerated Rotpriest" is already in cemetery but the opponent has no poison counter at all.
    Log is also included, please fix and thanks :)

  16. The game disconnect, and return to the menu.

    Lately (2 weeks or so) sometimes the game disconnect in the middle of a round and returns to the title. I restart the app and its the same, i assume its a bug

  18. Tarkir cards with Adventure can not be cast after casting their adventure

    Adventure Cards can not be cast if you cast their adventure first. At all. Period. This appears to affect both players equally. In this game I cast the adventure, and my Stormshriek Feral could not be cast after I cast it's adventure (Flush Out). I could not see it, nor was anything exiled that I could see, nor was it in my graveyard.

    My opponent also cast a Adventure card's adventure ( Rip the Seams ). Although I could see it beside their hand, they did not cast the creature ( Threadbind Clique ) , although they would have been…

  19. Venerated Rotpriest does not trigger properly from spells copied by Taigam, Master Opportunist

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Control both [[Venerated Rotpriest]] and [[Taigam, Master Opportunist]]
    2. Cast any spell (e.g. [[Defend the Rider]]’s protection mode) targeting Rotpriest as your second spell in a turn.
    3. Taigam and Rotpriest trigger off the initial cast: the opponent gets a poison counter, and the original spell is copied, exiled, and suspended as expected.
    4. THE ISSUE: At this point, the Rotpriest becomes the target of the copied spell, but does not trigger when it should! According to several magic judges I asked, this is no different than [[Leyline of Resonance]] spell copies being able to re-trigger…

  20. Ban voice of victory from all formats

    A card that prevents the opponent from casting during your turn is way too strong for any format. Especially given that it's only two mana. Something with an effect like that should cost 10 or more mana. Not two.
