How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

some cards are not in the database for my account
some cards doesn't exist for me in the database, no matter what i do, they just doesn
t show up in the card search engine.t show up for me: kuldotha rebirth, abiding grace. Even if i have wildcards, is impossible to craft them.

je joue a MTG depuis 1996 et IRL jamais je n'ai connu autant de mana death ou full ou d'adversaire qui top deck 9 fois sur 10 ou de "malchance" aussi prononcé!!!!!
il y a un sérieux problèmes de mélange!!! et ca gâche tout le plaisir de jouer!!! vous êtes en train de dégouter de ce jeux, alors que pour moi, c'est un des meilleur de monde!!!! je peux avoir le meilleur jeux du moment et bien je ne ferais que perdre, car votre system est pourrie!!!!! faites quelque chose avant…1 vote -
Zodiark
In a limited game, my opponent put a stun counter on Zodiark and this failed trying to untap and lose the stun counter. Resulting in me slowly falling behind and losing the game.
I would appreciate if you could fix the bug and compensate me for the loss.1 vote -
Borderless bundles don’t show new cards on the deck builder
I just bought two bundles from the boderless of final fantasy cards thinking that I was buying the cards too! But they are not appearing on my deckbuilder :(
I haven’t seen on the app if it is just cosmetic and I would have to unlock first the cards xc did I saw this all incorrectly? Can I get my gems back to instead pay for the final fantasy normal card packs? I really understood I was buying the cards on the bundles xc

Loss without any reason
Bei meinem letzten Draft Match habe ich aus einem Grund verloren den ich mir nicht erklären kann. Der Gegner hatte keine Karten und keine Kreaturen. Ich hatte genug Kreaturen um Anzugreifen und zu gewinnen. Also ich am Zug war kam eine blaue Wirbel animation über meinem Profilbild und ich bekam eine Niederlage. Es wurden keine zeitüberschreitungen genutzt und auch keine Giftmarken oder sondereffekte genutzt. Die Niederlage war also völlig zusammenhangslos

DeRanked in ranked mode
I JUST finished a ranked match where i lost my match and i had no points on plat 3 and the game DeRanked me at plat 3 down to plat 4. i thought you werent supposed to lose your rank unless it was season reset?

Displacer Kitten / Quicksilver Lapidary / Cori-Steel Cutter combo draws too early
My opponent had a large board state with over 40 life and nearly 20 creatures on board. I had the above combo in the title assembled, and needed to loop mox opal many times to get enough trampling power to win. I was eventually warned to take a different game action, so I used retrofitter foundry to advance my board, but still the game drew after a few more loops. Based on the timing, I think it may have actually been the 3 prowess triggers I was getting per loop?

Al Bhed Salvagers Not Triggering
According to the MTG rules that was posted; artifacts now die. Tokens are also described as entering the graveyard when sacrificed, mean that the term "dies" applies to all tokens including treasure, food, clue, etc. However, when sacrificing treasures and food tokens, it does not trigger Al Bhed Salvagers.

Not receiving gems for excess copies of cards
I'm not receiving gems for copies beyond four of the identical card. This has happened in Jump In, when I get a 5th copy of a card or more, in Quick Draft, when I draft copies of a card that put me beyond four copies, and when rewarded a card that I already have 4 copies of.

I lost a best-of-3 match after starting it, and the game returned to the main menu
I was playing the second game of my traditional Final Fantasy draft. After starting the game, in the second round the game simply returned to the main menu. I continued playing normally because the menu indicated that there were 2 games remaining, but after playing a new game I only received the reward of 1000 gems without being able to play the last game. I want a refund for the gems or the chance to finish the draft.

menu error
After finishing a Bo3 match, the top menu UI becomes white-on-white. All icons and text become nearly invisible or unreadable due to the lack of contrast.

Naked dancing goblns
Timer going down on opponents turn due to their effect.
Solution timer should only tick on my turn and shouldn’t lose game due to them milling my deck causing my timer to expire even when clicking resolve all.
Why this is still going on no idea.
Naked dancing goblins flashing a crossed my screen wasting 40 seconds per turn so they can twerk is not something asked for.Opponent declares that they will mill x cards a x cards are milled. 1 second experience.
No one gives a **** about watching naked goblins shake their booty while fireworks go off.…

Can't start a game with user #werepizza#74091
Can't chat or challenge user #werepizza#74091 probably because of the #hashtag. We used to be able to play games years ago but now his 'username' doesn't show up in the chat or in the tournament details. Attached png shows the friends list

Best-of-1 Standard is thriving!
You did a great job creating an amazing user experience for Standard players on Arena, especially best-of-1.
Never seen such a healthy standard format where 2 out 3 games are played against Cori-steel Izzet Aggro and the game is over on turn 2. The remaining 1/3 of the games are played against Omnisicience decks and, in that case, the game is over on turn 4 if you do not have graveyard hate.
Bounce decks are also very easy to interact with and a pleasure to play against.
A standard format where 3 copies of Duress main are a must if…1 vote
