How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Unexpected count down timer
When my opponent uses Doppelganger, it copies so many permanents with abilities. Even though it was their turn to choose an action, my timer was ticking.

Did not received Rewards playing Final Fantasy Traditional draft
I won 2 Traditional Draft games but did not receive 1000 Gems. I bought Final Fantasy Draft bundle. I felt robbed of my money. It so disappointing and unfair

MTG Arena Crashes During Draft Causing A Lost
While playing a Final Fantasy Premier Darft, MTG Arena crashed. After openning the app and resuming the draft, I already lost a game.

2025 /6/13 霊気走破のQuickDraftで、ゲームマッチ後におそらく相手もこちらも動けない状態に陥った。相手が先手で、何もアクションがなく、タイムアップのエフェクトが起きたが、手番がこちらに回ってこず、投了もできないためアリーナを再起動したら３敗目になっていた。

Falla app IOS 13 de junio 2025
Me encontraba en medio de una partida, cuando simplemente me desconectó del servidor, al intentar reingresar a la app me pidió una actualización, luego de eso ya no pude reingresar a la app no me lo permite.
Todo esto pasó mientras estaba en una partida en un evento de draft, el cual obviamente perdí a causa de esto, por lo que pido se me reembolse el evento. Gracias.

Daily and Weekly XP Missing – Support Says It’s Fine?
I contacted support because I noticed that my mastery XP ends in 25, which doesn’t make sense based on how XP is awarded.
To clarify:
I’ve completed all daily quests since the mastery pass started.
I’ve also completed 15 wins for the weekly XP, which should give 3,750 XP (15 wins × 250 XP per win).
Daily quests give 250 XP per day, and weekly wins give 250 XP per win, up to 15 wins.
So the total mastery XP should increase in big chunks—especially with daily quests and weekly wins fully done—and shouldn’t just end in 25.

Inspiring Paladin is bugged
Inspiring paladin is bugged. I had creatures with several +1/+1 counters and creatures with solely a single +1/+1 attacking on my turn and they did not gain first strike.

Rottenmouth Viper ETB doesn't trigger if opponent destroys it
For some reason, if I play Rottenmouth Viper, and the creature successfully enters the battlefield, it should gain a blight counter. Then, in my experience, if an opponent casts a spell that destroys Rottenmouth Viper, the ability to force an opponent to either sac a creature, discard a card, or lose 4 life does not trigger.
Shouldn't the ability trigger at least once since it successfully entered the battlefield?

Hylda of the Icy Crown Bug
There is a bug in standard brawl with the card Hylda of the icy crown, her ability does not work when you tap an untapped creature an opponent controls.

Missing mastery pass points 6/12/2025
Not awarded all mastery pass points 6/12/2025. With all 15 daily wins and the daily quest completed I only got a total of 700 mastery pass experience at the end of the day rather than 750 and now am 50 points off.

Matches against same level decks
You need to look at match ups better. I've been told matches are based on your decks ability, yet I constantly come up against the most stupid meta decks with my real life ones. Either than, or the same stupid default ones you've made that so I'm playing against the same 5 cards each time.
Either look to make a better bot, input a mode where people can't just spam meta decks, make it so you can exclude certain cards from matches (both for you and opponent) or improve deck match ups because this is just stupid.

Selvala Mana Production
I had Selvala, Heart of the Wilds and Jumbo Cactuar in play. I attacked, held priority after the trigger resolved, and activated Selvala with Kinnan on the battlefield. The Selvala Activation did not give me 10,000 mana, and I ran out of mana after a few Kinnan activations. I think the game couldn't handle such a high number. This was on PC. I did not screenshot or recorded it, but if I ran into that board state again I will try to get those for you.

vivis mana being used for class enchantments breaks them
when you use vivi's ability to level up a class enchantment, the class (at least for me, once[wizard class]) maxes out and skips the when it levels stuff. but on my next turn when i drew, i got the triggered part of the class to activate(the counter)

Voracious Greatshark didn't counter Bahamut
Opponent case Bahamut (Enchantment Creature Saga). I cast Voracious Greatshark in response to counter target creature spell, Bahamut was not countered even though it should have been.

Displacer Kitten Bug?
During a game while having Displacer Kitten on the board. I cast a noncreature spell during my opponent's turn which then would trigger DK. For some reason when I would exile the card targeted it would not return to the battlefield.. So I am confused as to why this occurred but wanted to bring this up since it makes DK not work as intended and causes my board to be affected and loose the advantage due to this.
Help? P.S. This happened while playing on PC.

Draft with Friends
Please make a phantom draft with friends a feature - even if it has a nominal gem cost. There are many people with groups of friends out there spread across the world that would love to be able to have a casually competitive night of games to play, banter, and generally hang out as if they were in the same place in person.

Game Issues with card abilities not working properly
Using certain cards that stops monster abilities from working/activating doesn’t work at all. Also a suggestion for bringing MTG Arena to consoles like PS5, Xbox, Switch and Switch 2, etc. Please.
