How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Creatures using wrong abilities
I was just playing someone, and they sacrificed a creature using an ability it didn't have to deal damage to me
it used the ability of another creature on the board that the opponent controlled.Also, the bug report page, skips right past the dialogue box to report bugs, seems rather useless...

Dragonfire Blade Alt Art Bugged
Hello,
When you play the dragonfire blade with the alt art, it doesn't show the name of it at the top when it's on the battlefield. (on PC, started I believe around prepatch for final fantasy?)
Attached screenshot shows it (it also looks blown out, but just ignore that, that's a snip tool issue)

Still unable to connect to ARENA on Steam client 10Jun2025 21:26 PST.
Client goes straight to the Connection Lost screen and will not connect. Validated files with no improvement.

Verdant dread crash
Verdant Dread (YDKS) crashing the client after third activation of the ability during the game, more specifically after selecting which card to manifest dread. Playing from an android smartphone.

Exdeath effect doesn't work as text suggests
Right now the effect seems to be working randomly, I can't even tell what is being considered as permanents

Problem solved user error
I was drafting and logged off when I logged back in I couldn’t find my session. I thought I had been kicked during the maintenance for the Final Fantasy launch. After I reported it as a bug I was able to navigate back to my prior session. Problem solved. I made a mistake.

Received a rare wildcard in a mythic pack
Like many before me, I too purchased a mythic pack for FCA and got a rare wildcard. Considering I spent the extra gems on it, I would at the very least like a refund of my gems, if not a full pack replacement. It's truly frustrating to see people posting about this for years now with no solution.

Draft with token kicked me?
I was playing a Final Fantasy premier draft using a token to play. I had finished drafting cards built my deck and played 3 matches loosing one and winning two. I logged off for a few hours when I logged back on to continue playing , the option to continue never showed up. It was as if I had not drafted at all. I also don’t have draft in my recently played tab. It is only showing formats from a few days ago.

I got a mythic wildcard on a pack, then I couldn't redeem and then it disappeared.

affichage
Bonjour, depuis la dernière mise à jour, j'ai un souci d'affichage. Les noms des cartes et les points d'attaque/défense n'apparaissent plus. De même pour mes points de vie et ceux de l'adversaire.

i found a odd bug when making a new deck
i replaced a basic land with a deserted beach in my deck and now its saying there is black in the deck and cant be used. im using choco seeker of paradise (G,W,U) as my commander and i cant use the deck now. it doesnt even show i have black in the deck when i check the deck details. and even if i take deserted beach out it still says it has black in the deck. ive even tried removing all the cards from the deck and it still says its black in the deck.

Mastery Pass Orb Not Recieved
I reached level 5 on Mastery Pass today. The system showed that the Mastery Pass Orb was given, but it is not available in my inventory.

Bug
Arena Store constantly shutsdown and locks store items disappear suddenly and don’t return at all ever in the future. Store often looses connection when making purchases and you have to close Arena and enter again over & over again

timeout
Got timed out after finishing a game in final fantasy sealed? not sure why my game timed out but I am now unable to connect to arena on any of my devices and it gives me the message timeout. Unsure why this bug happened but its very frustrating to not be able to play on release day of a new set

Redownload Once A Week
Once a week when the game updates on tuesdays, the ioS app fails to launch for me. For the past month every tuesday the game is updated but refuses to open past the loading screen, so I have to fully delete the game, then redownload the entire app and the 3-4GB of game files after logging in. It’s getting rather tedious.

too much top-decking
One unintended consequence I've noticed of the current "games decided by turn 4" meta is in the rare occurrence that a game is undecided by turn 4, more often than not, the remainder of the "late game" ends up being mutual top-decking as everyone's used up their "power plays" to try and end the game earlier.
The exceptions being green-green and dragon mirrors where the former had (rare) near-peer ramp and the latter have just-now "setup shop".
Top decking is not fun. Mutual top-decking is even less fun.

Cannot cast sorceries
Trying to cast either Chocobo Kick or Choco Comet in limited Makes it so it doesnt cast and skips my turn,

Final Fantasy Launch day UI issues on PC
The UI isnt working properly for me on my two PCs, its hard to choose when the Style of the UI is broken.
