How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Starting/Ending a Match Kicks Out of Full Screen

    My client updated this morning to 2024.40.30.6688.1090994. Now the client will not stay in full screen mode. I run 3440x1440 display. When starting or ending a match the system kicks it out of full screen and into a 2560x1440 window.

  2. Bug: Osteomancer Adept UI doesn't allow casting

    Osteomancer Adept (BLB)'s ability doesn't let you cast the cards in your graveyard with its ability if your graveyard is entirely creatures.

  4. Display Issues on Galaxy Fold 4

    1/21/25 The new update made the way cards display on my Galaxy Fold device significantly worse. The cards on the board are way to large and will go past the edge of the screen making it hard to see all of the lands or enchantments, the keyword icons are inconsistently sized, the cards in my hand take up too much space. Overall the UI is distractingly worse in the newest update and it is much more difficult to read the board state.

    Note: The aspect ratio of the galaxy fold 4 is ~6:5

  6. When app goes in background during match it automatically gives loss

    On Android, when I receive a call during a match and the app goes in background, when returning to app it automatically gives match loss, previously I was to able to continue the match.

  7. MTGA Crash

    Sometimes when I start the game it freezes from the begginig, sometime I get to play a match but the it suddenly freezes. On other occasions, if I move the cursos above the daily quests it also freezes. In short, I can play MTGA Arena on my PC.

  8. crash when logging to the app on Mac

    Crash when launching the app on Mac

    Problem :
    - Since yesterday, I cannot play to MTGA anymore while I'm a regular player since months.
    - Each time I launch the app on my device , ) the app crashes during the launch after the "loading initial scene" phase.
    - There is no error message - I just come back to my desk

    My Config
    - Macbook Air Apple M3, 16 go
    - MacOS = Sonoma 14.6.1

    What I already did :
    - desintall and reinstall the app with Epic Game launcher ---> no impact
    - restart the mac ->…

  9. Asset error happens when the game start

    started a new update and all i get is a reoccurring "asset error detected" over and over. My PC is Mac.

  10. Shuffler

    After reviewing all the people reporting the same issue it's clear that your company not only doesn't care about anything we say, but you must like the shuffler. Did the development team manager's brother make it and you can't get rid of it or he starts to hit his helmet he has to wear? Did you fail math? Have you heard of statistics before? No, no you haven't and no you clearly can't do math. It's so great to see lazy software companies take a beloved game and make it unplayable because of their choices. Maybe, just maybe you can…

  11. Connection lost

    September 10th 5:45pm est. The website says servers are up. However the app cannot e establish a connection or finish booting. My app is fully updated, I’ve restarted the app, restarted the device, confirmed my network connection. There is either a bug with arena or the servers are actually down contrary to the server status page.

  12. Not enough disk space

    The game says I dont have enough disk space even though my phone has over 10 gb of storage space remaining. Any fix for this?

  13. Unable to log in. Authentication failed: timeout

    Attempting to log into my account gives me this 'authentication failed: timeout' error. I get this error on all platforms (windows, android and IOS), and I can log in on these devices with other accounts. About 3 weeks ago I could log in but I have been having this issue for a week or so now.

    I have already tried restarting my router, using different networks, uninstalling and reinstalling the game on all devices, flushing DNS and resetting winsock on windows, verifying my account and changing my password, linking steam account, and disabling my firewall.

  14. App crashing in iOS when card is returned to hand

    I’m playing on iOS on an iPhone. Every single time a card is returned to my hand or my opponent’s hand from the battlefield, the app crashes and I return to my phone Home Screen. The app also crashes every time I activate Prime Speaker Vannifar’s ability to search my library.

  15. Password won't autofill

    On android when logging in to my account when pressing the autofill password suggestion on Gboard it does nothing. I have to go to chrome to copy password then back to app to paste. Super annoying with how frequently the game required you to re log in.

  16. Game keeps crashing

    Playing arena on iOS (iPhone). Keeps crashing several times during matches. Almost lost due to being timed out. I have uninstalled/reinstalled but it hasn’t fixed the problem. Was working great before the recent big upgrade. Very frustrating

  18. Waiting For Server

    I Have Re-Installed The App, Logged Out & Back In Several Times & Tried On Many Different Days. I Can Download The UpDates No Problem, But CanNot Log In. Waiting For Server Has Been Killing This App For Too Long. Please Fix This.

  19. Cannot sign in to submit a request

    Every time I try to submit a request it asks me to log in and every time I log in it redirects my to my profile. When I return to the pictured page I am always still logged out so I cannot submit requests. It's pretty infuriating to have the system for reporting bugs and issues also be bugged.

  20. Auto-Pass Bug.

    Auto-Pass isn't working on my opponents turns. It works fine on my turn, but continuously asks to resolve on my opponents turns.
