Black screen on match start
While in the menu everything is ok but when match start the screen become black but the sound still ok (if i move the cursor i can ear the sound of card mulligan).
The only whay to not concede is to set the resolution on the lowest, but usually cause visual bug on the board or/and artwork on the card disappear.
Please fix this issue, i'm loving this game

This issue needs to be fixed ASAP. The game is unplayable for almost a month now. Again and again WOTC is showing us the middle finger by copy pasting troubleshooting advice to an issue that is clearly unrelated to system specs, third party software or anything other than the buggy sphagetti code MTGA client. This is unacceptable. FIX THIS NOW. Set Mastery is literally wasting away for many players. At this point simply fixing the issue and apologizing is not enough. All players should recieve some form of compensation and the Set Mastery expiration date should be pushed back as far as possible.

thanks for the slap in the face - we ask for a real answer instead of the normal copy/paste and we yet again get the standard response. This confirms that WOTC does not consider this issue a priority. Thank you for clarifying that.I refuse to fill out yet another form, send yet another series of crash logs until someone actually responds. It is clear that WOTC does not know how to use the UnityPlayer DLL or how to troubleshoot it.

we have all done this - many times in some cases. I have provided many logs from MTGA and Windows. It is frustrating to have a copy/pasted response from WOTC on this issue. This sends the message that this issue is not understood, nor is there any priority or concern given to it.The game has basically become unplayable for me and many others. An actual response on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I found this client to be very stable up until the last couple of releases. The crashes and freezes have increased exponentially.

I think we should all contact our credit card companies to get refunds and band together for a class action lawsuit. This rigged system allows for exploits and abuse, this is not what fans pay hundreds of dollars for. Moreover, the company stonewalls any attempt of the client base to reach out and fix these discrepancies. Game companies rely on their customers and there is no online game company that has not had to fix issues due to customer outrage. Why does this company get to slide by on our hard earned dollars without even so much as taking the time to address the issue. Compounded with mountains of evidence via customer testimony, YouTube videos--even the customer feed on this website shows an up voted comment of over 737+ people in agreement with the rigged system. Why are they disregarding this? Why is there a refusal to admit or to even LOOK into the issues?

I'm sorry but after months of crashes, I had to quit the game.
Is there any way to get notified if this gets fixed?
I hope the issues with ~900 votes cannot be ignored forever.I could submit a 'Tech Troubleshooting' request.
But I'm running a game under Parallels (tried Win 10 / Win 7).
So as I understand the response will be: "Your platform is not supported".The thing is that the game WAS working back in the days... And then something broke it. Was it a Unity update? I have no idea.
Anyways, this situation is very frustrating.

Game crashes during every match and while accessing the mastery tree. Game will either crash while match is loading, or within the first 4 turns. Sometimes both. Results in losing a turn, as match continues while game reloads. Unable to progress in ranked and unable to redeem mastery orbs due to constant crashing

Since the last update I have begun getting several intermittent crashes. Sometimes accessing the MTG Store, sometimes accessing the MTG Mastery page, sometimes after saving a new deck or adjusting an older one and, my personal favorite, right in the middle of a match.

I agree with Maxiking3000#44040 since the update and all the graphics and the pets. My game crashes if I play a match, build a deck, fix a deck, go to mystery tree, open the game app. Blackened cards appear it crashes.

The game continues to crash when I open it or when I am playing a match. I will start to rope out and can't do anything about it. I also sometimes see MTGA loading windows pop up and they have red loading bars. It seems to occur around every 5 matches.

The client is crashing constantly and is using an incredible amount of RAM when no other apps are open. Repeatedly losing matches and rank because of your client.

my game crashes a lot when, for example, I have to exile cards to escape Uro. The last timeit crashed when casting priest. This only started happening about 2 weeks ago but it's getting quite common and it's getting annoying.

I have the final three Mastery orbs to apply before Ikoria Mastery expires in 16 days. The game crashes EVERYTIME I try to access Mastery Tree. If this bug isn't fixed by the end of this Mastery event, will you apply unspent Mastery orbs automatically?
