How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks
How to submit product suggestions
- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Won't update (and won't load) on IPv6
Magic: Arena won't connect to the update server (and therefore won't run) while IPv6 is activated.
Load screen terminates at "Retrieving asset manifest" with a connection error.
Turning off IPv6 in Windows Networking settings resolves the issue, starts as normal.
- Right click network icon in task bar
- Network and Internet settings
- Advanced network settings
- Click on down arrow at right side of network adapter
- Click Edit on More adapter options
- Click to deselect Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)
- Click OK
- Restart Arena -> works as expected

Card from pack not in card inventory
I opened a pack that gave me a card called "Raph's Jitte" with the subtitle of "Umezawa's Jitte." I cannot see it in my card list at all, no matter what filter settings I define. This card appears to be banned in all formats that are available online in Arena - but there should be a way to view it in the card list. I'm not sure if this is a bug or if it is intentional. Also, any card that is banned to the point that it is unplayable and unviewable should not be offered in the packs on…

双刃の聖騎士/Twinblade Paladin don't perform double attack
In a game, Twinblade Paladin has met the conditions for a double attack. The Paladin icon gains a double attack, but does not perform a double attack when the attack resolves.

"Declare Dominance" didn't work
"Declare Dominance" didn't work. When I used the sorcery "Declare Dominance", whose description is "Target creature gets +3/+3 until end of turn. All creatures able to block it this turn do so," not all creatures that were able to block did so. My opponent was able to block it with just one creature instead of all three.
