How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Kicked spell visual indicator

    When an opponent casts a spell that can be kicked, it would be very useful to have a visual indication if they kicked the spell while it's on the stack.

  3. Kotoes and Sheoldred

    During a game I cast Kotose and exiled Sheoldred from my opponents graveyard and library. Then on my next turn I cast Sheoldred and was in control of it. Then I forced my opponent to draw a card at which point they should have lost 2 life. But I lost 2 life because they drew a card. I believe that because they owner the card in their deck it still treated me as the opponent

  4. Arena downloads all assets from scratch on launch

    On my M1 MacBook Pro, Arena wants to download all 6GB of assets again on every launch. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Arena through the Epic Game Store. I also tried uninstalling Arena, deleting all files related to Arena in ~/Library then reinstalling.

  5. Client froze during draft

    Client froze after I clicked "Ready". I tried to restart, but then it download and installed an update. When I got back into the draft, the computer had already made several picks for me.

  7. Scute Swarm Gamebreaking

    I see no one posted this, but its a bug people are abusing hard even in Play Queue, the combo of making 700 "Scute Swarm" tokens making the opponent timeout or even lag out of the game, instead of the caster being the one timing out, giving free wins by breaking the game, luckily i had ''Peer Into the Abyss + Underworld Dreams'' and a high end PC that left me with 3-5 seconds before timing out and ended up winning even when opponent was spamming emotes thinking he timed me out while game was also lagging hard, this needs…

  8. Random Exiles

    Cards will randomly be exiled when they should leave the battlefield. This is preventing leaves the battlefield triggers from occurring. It has resulted in a loss or two which is frustrating.
    When a creature should die it is exiled instead. It has happened in many different iterations with no effects active that would cause the exile of the card. As a result this has lead to advantages among matches.

  13. Latest update has bug while playing causing no further game progress

    While playing the hourglass timer won’t show but the emote and pets work. Game mechanics work. But will not go to next card phase. Thus wasting your time especially if it’s ranked and you lose rank because the issue. It’s happened 2 out of 5 games already. Fix it please

  14. mtg arena bug

    When playing the werewolf deck, the Kessig Naturalist will get locked up and unable to choose the mana color if it is killed before you choose which mana. This also applies for if it is exiled. This causes the game to stall out and burn up all time outs used. You are unable to do anything after declaring an attack, so trying to cast other spells for a combo attack does not work. Hope this helps fix the issue with the card. I have yet to see with any other cards that generated mana that kill them as a reaction…

    3フレンドと対戦しようとすると必ず片方がネットワークエラーが発生し、対戦できない

  16. Card has a condition where I "win" the game, opponent has "can't lose".

    I played Triskaidekaphile and had the trigger of 13 cards in hand to win the game. My opponent had some enchantment on a land that said "You can't lose and opponents can't win."

    My card's victory condition was triggered, and they can't lose. This doesn't make logical sense. If my card says I win, I should win. At the same time their card says they can't lose. You shouldn't be able to have both conditions exist at the same time. One should take precedence over the other, or these conditions should not be allowed. Thanks.

  17. numéros et cartes illisibles depuis des semaines. Je joue sur PC.

    Les numéros dans l'interface principal ont disparu et les textes des cartes ont aussi disparu. Le jeu est donc injouable. Comment remédier à ce problème?

  18. BUG SUR ARENA

    Votre site déconne!
    Impossible d'expliquer le bug que j'ai eu. Et impossible de me connecter au service client!!!!
    Je gagnais sur Arena et soudain, le site a fait que je perdais!!!!!
    Ça fait deux fois que j'ai un bug sur Arena.
    Faudrait peut être revoir le site!

  19. Daily task rewards A card which is full in collection

    When I win 11th wins on PC,the daily task give me a card named Kumano faces Kakazan which is full in my collection.After that,I do not receive any compensation!Oh,Should daily reward gives players nothing?
    The issue happens at almost 23:00,10/06.Please check it and recontact me.I expect that the problem will be solved.

  20. Geothermal Bog didn't enter the battlefield

    I played a Geothermal Bog and it appeared to enter untapped, although I couldn't interact with it. I thought it was a visual glitch, so I passed turn. During the next turn I tapped it and nothing happened, beside the fact that the game registered it as if it had just entered the battlefield.

    This is beyond outrageous, and it is the single worst glitch I've ever faced in this game. My gameplan was made around having two open black mana sources, and I lost the game because of this glitch. This is one of my favorite Draft decks and…
