How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Why doesn't Jinnie Fay, Jetmir's second have cosmetic cat/dog tokens. I paid the 1000 gems for it

Freeze when I press the icon in deck building
When I press the icon to change the search criteria on the deck building screen, about 80% of the time, the mouse cursor turns into a whirlpool, and the screen freezes. We request an improvement.

Alchemy Class Cards show up as avaiable, but aren't
On PC:
In Collection when setting the Filter to Alchemy and searching for Class, it shows 3 Alchemy Class Cards (Wizard, Druid, Sorcerer).
But when creating a Deck in Alchemy Format and using the same Filters it does not show these Cards.Either its intended that they cannot be used in Alchemy anymore in which case they should not show up when searching for Alchemy Format in Collection or they should be avaiable but are not.
I thought them to be avaiable and crafted them only to not be able to use them in the prepared Alchemy Deck.

Card Styles for DFCs don't display properly
During deck building add dfcs to deck then click apply styles and now the backside of the card is no longer visible, affects both cards in deck, and cards in collection, love using the card styles, however seems really weird that using them could have such a huge impact on how cards are displayed during deck building

can’t search Sunfall in Japanese
太陽降下/sunfall cant be searched in japanese.
太陽降下/太陽/降下 all three words result no hit.So Anointed Peacekeeper cant choose sunfall in japanese in play.

card collection acces
i have cards showing in my collection but can not access them when deck building. i have a fynn, the fangbearer in my collection but when i try to add it to my deck it says not found.

Missing rewards
I have not received cards from 2 packs now. And it's maddening. I have been getting really cool cards that I can't even use because they are not in my deck builder. I found some sky nomad and a cool dedication card but they are not available. Just fix this glitch. I have no screenshots because I had no issues for a few days.

Make the match making system random
You guys need to Make the algorithm random, don’t just pair our decks, with perfect counters 60% of the time. What’s the point of brewing decks, if it’s just going to be shot down. Decks that work on table top, do not work in arena. I would imagine you would want your digital game to reflect the real game. There is no incentive to be creative, it’s just copy pasta a deck of the current meta with no thought to creating something original, because the match maker is going to shut it down, not to mention the mathematically improbably deck…

Deck Builder: Heliod the Radiant dawn tool tip text states "Can't transform" instead of showing what Heliod transforms into
Fix this so that we can see what Heliod transforms into. I believe the other transforming creatures in the set exhibit the same behavior in the deck builder, i.e. the tool tip says "can't transform" (this is really annoying)

I no longer get commons/uncommons
I have collected every rare/mythic, except for the mastery path rares, in all will be one, but im missing tons of commons/ uncommons. When i open new pcks i dont seem to be able to collect anymore commons/uncommons. And i dont have near enough wild cards to craft all of them please help

Eiganjo
Eiganjo, Seat of the Empire has a channel ability, I have never ever gotten it to work, it just does not acknowledge it ever, not matter what I do. I spend money on cards all the time that just simply don't work or get banned because they're op, thanks very much.

Polukranos Reborn
Cannot seem to be able to add this monster to almost any Historic Brawl decks, even though the commander has Green in the casting cost. I do have this card, but unable to even search for it, almost like it doesn't exist in my selection.

Starter 2023 Decks locked
With the Feb 7 2023 update, I can no longer edit / modify the 2023 starter decks. They all show up as 'locked / alchemy'. I've completed all of the color challenges, and was able to use edited decks in color challenge matches prior to this. Other players are using modified decks. I only get the option to 'view deck' when using the Decks interface, for all of the color challenge decks. What am I missing?

error al sumar cartas
Estoy intentando completar toda la coleccion del señor de los anillos. Tengo una copia de todas las cartas comunes, pero cuando abro sobres me dan 5 cartas comunes pero sólo me suman 1 o 2 a la colección. Me podéis ayudar?
