How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

el juego se quedo pegado sin permitirme seleccionar cartas en dos ocasiones, donde en una primera oportunidad fue necesario cerrarlo, espero el reemboloso de mis gemas

Frozen draft
Client froze during ranked draft. This has happened two drafts in a row now. Only missed 2 picks the 2nd time because I recognized what happened. I missed an entire pack before realizing.

decathlon bo3 draft fee
I joined the decathlon bo3 draft and payed 2000 golds, the event then disappeared. When it came online today, I found I need to pay 2000 gold to rejoin the event.

北方の先導がいるときに、氷雪マナを残しておきたかったので氷雪以外の３マナを出していたが、クリーチャー召喚時、「氷雪マナを支払って召喚する」か「召喚をキャンセルする」のどちらかしか選べなかった

First time playing on a Mac, the client crashes after every match I complete, then crashes on the next restart.

プレミアドラフト中にピックが停止、再起動したところピックが終わっていましたチケットの補償を求めます
iPadでプレイしていたのでログの保存方法が分かりませんが、

Frozen Draft
After paying gems for a Streets of New Capenna draft, a crash made me loose the opportunity to choose all the cards from pack 1 2onwards, 2 and 3, thus ruining the experience and making the me loose the amount invested.
Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
Open the game, choose play premium draft, start drafting, frozen screen (I was able to choose pack 1 pick only).Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

Waiting for other players to pass a draft pack...
I have been "Waiting for other players to pass a draft pack..." for a half hour now. Since the selections are timed it is clear that the game has malfunctioned.

I received a draft token and had a day off so i decided to reinstall after leaving due to the massive bugs, and go figure the draft bugs out and i end up with a random assortment of unplayable cards...

Falsche Karte wird im Draft dargestellt
Falsche Karte wird im Draft gepickt. Ich habe Freelance Muscle gepicked und mir wurde Echo Inspector angezeigt, der nicht einmal im Pack war. Dies ist bereits das zweite mal, dass mir das auffällt. Nach Neustart von Arena wird wieder der richtige Pick dargestellt.

ERROR ARENA EXPLOTA
En medio de un DRAFT el juego se bloquea, 2 veces en la misma partida. Hay que cerrar forzado, y volver a entrar. Para entonces, se te van los turnos y pierdes por desventaja. He perdido 1200 gemas!!

I win 4 game in the mad science event. After I won the game i receive only the style card and no money.

Constructed Rank Not Moving
Haven't had any up/down rank movements in a long time. Stuck on Plat 3, pretty sure happened after last patch.

Majestic Metamorphosis Not Retaining Original Abilities
in the last draft I lost a match because of this:
- I attack with Sky Crier
- I use Majestic Metamorphosis on the creature to try gain 4 lifepoints (and not be dead the next turn)
- When the damage is dealt I don't gain the 4 lifepoints, resulting in secure death next turn......1 vote -
Draft stuck in the middle partway through got autopicke a bunch of garbage
My draft silently crashed or maybe it paused indefinitely either way in the middle of pack three it wouldn’t show me any more picks nor would it let me look at other players so I rebooted the client and it just had me at the end of the draft. This is the second time I’ve had a draft losing bug occur this week and it’s extremely frustrating especially when I pay with gems.

Rocco, Cabaretti Caterer in Limited, Bug
When picking Rocco, Cabaretti Caterer in a limited event 1st time in Pack one, the selected card, Rocco, is replaced with another instead. This heavily impacts the picks made in limited.
This can be seen on both Youtube videos where this happened AND in my current Phantom Bot draft.
