How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Card is picked with just one click.
"Pestilent haze" is picked just one click at about 2nd draft-pick-phase.
I remember other "one click picking" is happened at that draft but I was cautious after "Pestilent haze".36 votes -
Unlocking the last 5 NPE decks rewards the old decks.
After completing the last of the color challenge, the client unlocked the 5 old decks. I still don't have access to the last 5 new post-rotation decks and I have no way to progress towards them.

"Unable to complete draft pick" bug in premier draft
During a premier draft today I experienced a bug. After a pick (some time in the middle of the second pack IIRC) the new selection of cards briefly disappeared and then reappeared. After picking again, I got an error message along the lines of "Unable to complete draft pick" and then the screen went black. I had to restart the MTGA client to continue with the draft and missed a pick or two. I have attached a log file if it's any use.

Lost draft game because of bug
When queuing for a quick draft game the timer froze, the screen whited out, and then (despite having no internet connectivity issues during this time), I never connected to my match. When I quit and restarted MTGA, I was credited with a loss. If possible, I would love a refund for the event.

I did not receive gems for my duplicates rares drafted in a Kaldheim Quick Draft
I drafted an Esikas Chariot and an Ascendant Spirit in a Kaldheim Quick Draft. I already own 4 copies of each. After the event, I did not receive gems for the duplicates.

Did not recieve Day 90 Mastery Reward after win in "Kickstart"
Winning in Kickstart gave me the last Weekly XP reward which then gave me the Day 90 Mastery Pass reward. Or it should have. I got the Card-Reward from the Kickstart-Win but not the mythic rare card reward from the Mastery pass (nothing popped up - and i checked the collection afterwards - instead a random Uncommon card was silently added to my collection).

Server Disconnect at P1P1 of Strixhaven Premium Draft - Unexpired access token error
My game froze at P1P1 of a Strixhaven Premium Draft and I was not able to reconnect until pack 2, which left me with a bunch of random auto-picked cards from pack 1. I got the following error:
A unexpected problem occurred (Error code: Trying to get unexpired access token but we're not logged into an account.). Please try again.
Please refund my gems for this draft. Thank you.

Single click while drafting automatically takes the card instead of reserving it
Whiled drafting, a single left click on a card will normally reserve the card. At least 3 times now I have clicked on a card and it is automatically taken instead of being reserved.

Game Crash and asset error resulted in draft game loss
I was playing a Quick Draft game when opponent using Introduction to Annihilation on my Bayou Grouff crashed the client. On relaunching I got the Asset Error problem which took so long to load that I lost the Quick Draft game

Game loss but the game never loaded
Hello,
I was searching for a game while doing a Premier Draft and the game never loaded, but I was given a game loss. I am playing on the PC client, and after I received the loss, I restarted the application to see if it was just a cosmetic bug, but sure enough, I still had the loss. There was an update today, and this had never happened to me before.

Crash during draft
Crash During Quick Draft Game, causing game loss: Some kind of disconnect happened during the second last game of a Quick Draft event, with the app crashing multiple times after failing to reconnect.
Am currently unable to reconnect as well, after having completed the last game of the draft event (a played through loss) and closing the app and attempting to reconnect.

Quick Draft award not received at end of Draft
Hello,
I entered Theros Quick draft from Feb 26 untill Mar 12.
I played until the very end of Draft the 12th of march and finished my games this day. I got around 3-4 wins / 3 losses but at the end the game crached when I clicked "claim reward". Next time I was abble to connect, the event was ended and I didn't get the events rewards, and I was not abble to get the drafts packs and gems. :(
Is it possible for you to check in loggs to confirm what I said and give me my rewards…3 votes -
Passed priority, Losing event
On my opponents turn, I activated my crawling barrens to block with a blue mana still up, however, when the opponent used fire prophecy on my land I wasn't able to respond with my negate in hand. It killed the land and skipped my priority. I lose the game in my Bo3 Trad Event because of this. If possible, I would like a refund please for this bug which made me lose.

No Draft Rewards
Hello,
I recently finished a draft but I did not receive any rewards after the event. My draft deck is still visible but I did not get rewards and the draft is prompting to pay for another entry.
Any assistance you can provide is appreciated, thank you

Bug: Victory Constructed rank game WIN reduces rank instead of increase
BUG: In Constructed rank play I won a victory and my rank was DECREASED by one. It should be increased.

Traditional Sealed prize support
As of now, there are not many players who play traditional sealed deck due to gameplay reason. No one wants to play a match that could last ~30 minutes. If you want to bring more players to play traditional sealed instead of BO1 sealed is that you have to increase the amount of Gems/packs you get when playing traditional sealed at each win.

Got old and banned cards from my renewal?
I opened my renewal package today and got four cards that just rotated out, three cards that are banned in Standard (Fires of Invention and OUaT), with the only usable card being a single Harmonious Archon and a couple of gem cards. A screenshot of my renewal gifts is attached.
Is this intentional?

Traditional Cube Didn't Give Gold Reward
I won 2 out of my 3 games in a traditional arena cube draft. But did not get the gold award. Prior to the final game I won a game crashed and I was returned to the loading menu.

Non-random matchmaking in draft
In Arena premium draft and cube draft, you're disproportionately likely to be matched against decks with similar colours/archetypes. I think it's possible this effect is even more pronounced for your first match, but I'm less certain. (It may also be true for other draft formats.)
I speculate that this is a bug arising from a matchmaking algorithm which is intended to make players of similar strengths or decks with similar win records be preferentially matched against each other.
