How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Cube with one player's collection
You should let one player own a cube and let their friends draft from it.
This will increase the player base because it allows one passionate player to pull their semi passionate friends into the game.
I would pay $200 upfront to make a cube and pay $100 annually to upkeep it.
My friends say they would pay $70 as well.
Long distance gaming friends would love to recreate the local cube experience.

auto resolve all
I casted "Malamet Battle Glyph" targeting one of my creatures and one from my opponent. He responded with "Acrobatic leap". I clicked the RESOLVE button to let the Acrobatic leap resolve, then I wanted to cast "staggering size".
The game auto-resolved all spells, so my creature died and i lost the game.
Please check the logfile if I really clicked RESOLVE or RESOLVE ALL, then it would be my mistake.1 vote -
Lost Caverns of Ixalan Sealed BO1 description incorrect
This is the first time in a while since I last played arena sealed format. In the description, it clearly states that it is a Bo3 format, meanwhile I have just played a match with no second game following the first one or an option to use to sideboard. I think this is a bug and I am reporting in. I am sending you a screen shot after the first game I have played.

Bug on quick draft Ixalan
My Lodestone needle did not craftwed with my map token. It cost me the match. I want my gems back

Festival of Ixlan - no decks to chose from
Festival of Ixlan Story Decks - has no decks I can choose from to submit.

Thousand Moon Smithy being destroyed also destroyed the golem it created.
During LCI quick draft I had a transformed Thousand Moon Smithy on the battlefield, and one golem token. Opponent played Over the Edge, choosing to destroy target artifact and targeted Barrack of the Thousand. Effect resolved and land was destroyed, and at the same time the golem token I had on the field disappeared from the battlefield.

Flywheel Racer Bug
Hi,
I was doing a draft of MOM, but there was a bug with the card Flywheel Racer, preventing me from tapping it for mana. This caused me to lose some games as well as generally not give me a good time.
I'd like to ask for a reimbursement of 1500 gems so I can give it another go.4 votes -

Draft Crashed
Draft Crashed in the middle of Pack one on 9/20/23. The draft was a giant mess.

Game hung
Playing starter deck and game hung. Stuck at the same screen for 5+ minutes. Close game I was winning, but no countdowns or any other player activity. Contacting server happened twice just before this.

WIlds of eldraine Quick Draft crashed and can’t play any match
WIlds of eldraine Quick Draft crashed and can’t play any match. I lost 5,000G to join Quick Draft and progress of Quick Draft. I can’t join any match.

Premier Draft - Locked out
I'm in the middle of my Premier Draft Event and now I'm locked out and unable to play. Requesting refund.

Win being recorded as win and loss
I entered a match today with 2 losses and 0 wins. At the end of the match, which I won, it showed me with 1 win and three losses (it tallied both), and I was only able to claim my prizes. I was very surprised that I was unable to play again after a victory.

Creature returned to hand instead of graveyard when destroyed
I paid into a Quick Draft Domonaria United.
turn 3 or so****
He had a tapped knight of dusk's shadow. (has not played any other cards besides basic lands)
I used a Runic Shot with the kicker to destroy his creature.
On top of the stack he uses a Bite Down, targeting his Knight and my Phyrexian Vivisector. My PV dies and I use my multiple scry abilities.
Next thing I know I see a revealed Knight in his hand! A solo Bite Down in his graveyard, nothing on his board besides basic lands.

the ranked draft disappeared
I was trying to make a ranked draft wilds of eldraine, I drafted my deck, I create my deck and then appeared the message "unable to build the deck, please try again". I pushed ok button but nothing changed: the same problem appeared. then I went out and came back and the draft was no longer there, and for the money spent was the same (they are no longer there). In "events" the possibility to make a ranked draft was gone. I tried to go out and come back but nothing changed. My account is Onafets#54300.

Connection Issue 19/09
19/09 Arena crashed (PC, Stable internet connection, nothing else running) mid draft causing the auto draft function to poorly select a deck.
I played one game with it last night and have returned today 20/09 12:12 to continue. As I returned to my game I can see premium draft is no longer available. So not only have you taken my gems (1500) and wasted my time, the opion is no longer unavailable. I now dont have the gems to play quick draft and I'm really dissappointed.
I would like a refund of 3000 gems to compensate me for my inconvenience…

Mastery card preview bug
1 - just log into the game and open Wilds of Eldraine Mastery
2 - PC
3 - on lvl 35 of Mastery with pass shows green card in preview but black card when you point to it1 vote -
Booted from game
I passed to my opponent. he didn't do any thing, the game kinda slowed down like it was working on something and then I just went back to the draft menu. I couldnt rejoin a game and when I re opened my game, it said I lost it.
