How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos

Store
It's unfair that mtga doesn't have a official store on their website where I can buy all the cardsleeves and cosmetics; why do I have to wait??? For them to appear???? Is it because so we can stay on the thirst by doing quests & buy gems??!!!

Gold pack reward
Bought 10 packs then error when I restarted the game I got the 10 packs but not the gold pack reward but the indicator is there

Explorer Anthology 2 missing from store before sale ends on March 7
The Explorer Anthology 2 bundle has been missing from the in-game store both on PC and Mobile (android) since March 1, even though everywhere the sale was advertised it was listed as lasting until March 7. This seems more like an oversight than a purposeful early end and might just be a bug.

Mythic Bootser Pack not Giving Mythic
I paid for Mythic Booster Pack for Streets of Capenna, and did not reciver any Mythic.
Why is this happing.

I purchased the May pet of the month (a cat with a fire tail). The store took my money, but didn’t give me the pet.

Purchased card styles
I purchased the Falco Spara, Pactweaver card style available as a Daily Deal on 4/4/2023 but the card style does not show up in the deck editor.

I would like to buy <Opt> card style.
Currently, the <Opt> card style cannot be purchased with in-game currency. This is because it is set up as an item that should be obtained with a promotional code. However, promotional codes have expired and are not accepted. If the only way to obtain card styles other than <Opt> is with a promotion code and the promotion code has expired, the setting should be changed so that the card styles can be purchased with in-game currency like other card styles.

Didnt receive card: Elesh Norn Full Art
I did not receive Elesh Norn, despite buying and claiming her in the store for 4000 gold. As you can see, I am left with 100 gold, but no Elesh Norn Full Art. Is there anything that can be done?
Edit: Forgot to mention the steps that caused this, but I had done this:
1) Logged In
2) Played one round of Standard
3) Saw a deal being offered in the store, clicked.
4) Elesh Norn was the first deal in the list, I bought her immediately for the 4000 gold. As you can see, the deal is gone, so…2 votes -
Draft token bought in store replaced arena open 20 point entry token
on Thursday evening I bought a draft token
the gold didn't go away right away... but the token displayed as purchased in the store.
a while later, my arena open 20 point entry token was gone, the gold too, and the draft token had appeared.
1. not sure that what's supposed to happen?
2. can I get a arena open 20 point entry token back...?

MTG Arena isn't completing purchases in the cash shop
MTG Arena isn't finalising/completing purchases of gems in the cash shop.
My bank gives the transaction the 'thumbs-up' but then I get a white screen on MTG Arena.
This is unbelievable incompetence considering that MTG Arena is carrying Hasbro financially at the moment. It's incompetent that I can't report something as vital as this in-game. Wizards are lucky that I'm conscientious enough to report it here.

No gold received. Reconnect breaks the game.
- Should have received gold from matches and mail. I think it was more than 2k. 3 or 4 k. It's not added.
- 4th match onwards no game connected properly and after it reconnected turns had passed, my opponent had made moves but my turn1 mana that came in tapped was still tapped. Playing land was the only thing I could do and even that didn't work.
Android Lenovo pad.

Compensation reward not received
Apparently there was some problems with the servers and in the mail i was rewarded 2,000 coins, yet I never got them. I don’t have a ss of the reward, but I do have a ss of my coin count staying the same. I never bought any packs after this, and even if I somehow did I couldn’t bc I don’t have enough of any currency to buy any pack.

Purchased item not available after I purchase it.
Purchased Archangel Elspeth in Daily deals. Not showing up in deck builder or my collection at all, but took the coins that I used to purchase it.

Went to purchase a daily deal and was given the wrong thing and the item was no longer in the daily deal.
Tried to purchase Merciless Repurposing from the daily deal on 5/8/2023 around 10am EST. Instead I was given Mirroden Avenged and the Repurposing (which had been the "featured" item) disappeared from the shop.
I'd like a gold refund if possible.

Golden Pack Rewards Incorrect
I'm writing to note that on your website it says that golden packs will have at least 2 rares from the most recent standard set (in this case, Brother's War). However, the last 2 packs that I opened had 1 and 0 Brother's War rares, respectively.
Kindly fix this issue as it is directly opposed to what is being advertised.
