How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Midweek magic code redemption reward

    Got my code for midweek magic today. Redeemed it successfully on the website. Login to the mobile client and I only obtained 1 reward. A cosmetic for starnheim unleashed. My lgs says each code is 2 cosmetics, yet I only received 1.

  2. Mastery pass did not delivery mythic wildcards

    I purchased the new masterpass today and after hours and obvious completion of all the mastery pass rewards I have still not received my mystic wildcards

  3. strixhaven packs not showing up to open after obtaining

    I should have gotten packs from the first level of mastery and PlayStrixhaven code, but neither show up in the Packs tab to open.

  5. D&D lands not delivered after purchase

    Yesterday I purchased the D&D lands for ingame money. I only received one, the Dungeon Descent. Directly after, the bundle was and still is not availableany more. Do I miss something?

    Went into the store to purchase the Welcome Bundle and it says that "The item you requested is not available for purchase."

  7. Android 10 incompatability

    Play store reports incompatible device when i try to install arena on my phone and tablet both. These are recent devises both rinning android 10.

    I cannot access store. When I click the link the black screen "waiting for the server" appears and I have to shut down Arena.

  14. Unable to purchase gems - store error unknown???

    When trying to purchase a gem pack I keep getting an error in game saying unknown store error. I’m on ios I have tried closing the app and reopening it and still get the same error

  18. Code didn’t work for Fogotten Realms DND packs

    I entered the code PlayDND from the website, but the packs did not appear in my account (mobile).
    I was logged into the mobile account, opened Safari to log into the Wizards page, redeemed the PlayDND code (successfully), went back to the mobile account, but the packs were not in my account. I logged in again after 10 min, but they were still not there.

  19. Bought bundle did not receive

    I bought the adventure bundle in the store on my iPhone after I confirmed my purchase with face recognition it popped up a loading image then sshowed a error message that said internal error after my payment went through and after waiting and restarting app my gems or card sleeves were not there

  20. Store won't connect

    I have been unable to access the store. I have restarted my computer multiple times. Whenever I attempt to go to the store, I get the 'waiting for server' screen and it spins endlessly and never connects.
