How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Network error after draft
Network Error, unable to join event. Please try again later. This message appeared on after I finished drafting a Premier draft: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I spent 10,000 coins on the event, these coins are still gone from my bank and I am still unable to play the event.

I cannot start a Brawl match. Get the attached error message. I tried repairing game files and tried 4 different decks (none are invalid for Brawl)

Rank not updating after matches
Rank not updating after matches. I'm on Mythic top #1200, and doesn't matter how many matches I play, the rank sits at #781. Also in my profile it appears as Spart Tier 0 for both constructed and limited.

ランク戦を行ったが昇格することが出来ません
たった今タイムレスのランク戦を行っていました。ダイヤ１の5勝状態で勝利し、本来ならばミシックに昇格するはずがエラーが出てゲームが落ち、再び起動した際にはまたダイヤ１の5勝の状態でした。通信エラーだろうと思いもう一度勝利しましたが再びエラーが出てゲームがダウンし、再起動するとまたダイヤ１の5勝の状態でした。これはもう私のアカウントではミシックランクにはなれないということでしょうか？調査、対応を宜しくお願い致します。

Decks suddenly unusable
Suddenly some of my decks claim to contain cards not in my collection.
When I check the decklists, they only contain cards that I do indeed own.

Can't discard my cards as the game wants me to
The button to submit the cards just doesn't lit up when I select the cards I want to discard.

Rng Rigged Shuffler
Tired of dealing with this terrible RNG all day, they make me lose in absurd ways.
Imagine the RNG I have to lose against this cheap mono-black deck playing the meta deck Izzet Lessons.
I'm still losing in the midweek event; I only draw lands or useless cards. The RNG in this game is a joke unless you're a whale, a famous YouTuber, or have connections with certain people. This company should be sued for fraud by some powerful corporation.
I hope their investors lose money and MTGA shuts down forever for being garbage.todavía no paro de perder en el evento de mitad de semana, sólo robo tierras o cartas intrascendentes. El rng de este juego es una broma si no eres una ballena, youtuber famoso o tienes contactos con ciertas personas.

Marvel Jump in cards not showing in deck builder
I have played multiple rounds of Marvel Jump in. I have selected multiple decks, but when I go to deck builder I can't find the cards from the deck I was using. An example is I chose the Thor deck, but when I search for Thor it only shows up if I filter by “Not Collected”. There are a couple of cards that appear to be missing. When building a deck, I kept the format open, so it wasn't a format issue.

Opt-Out Feature for Universes Beyond
I sent this in privately and wanted to get some kind of solo resolution because this is the kind of thing a company SHOULDN'T want everyone to start asking for, but here we are. Original ticket text follows:
Look. I get it. You need to make money or the Mouse is going to liquidate Hasbro or whatever doomsday scenario your executives seem to think is going to happen.
I do not want to be bombarded with Marvel **** for playing an inferior MTGO that will only print “From the Vault” copies of cards that drop in recent Secret Lairs. I want an opt-out feature. I would be happy to liquidate every Marvel Superheroes, and every TMNT card, into their respective wildcards. I am personally, deeply offended that I am being blasted with Marvel slop, after TMNT slop.
These sets weren't made with any care. No design philosophy. It's junk, and shamefully so. I don't want it. I want every prize pack I get to be Foundations, I want my “Mastery” stuff to reward core cosmetics, and I want cosmetics from in-universe MtG sets to have even an inkling of hours put into them that TMNT and Marvel cosmetics have. I don't need guitar riffs, flashing lights, and annoying pizza chomps.
How can I go about getting this?
Addendum: I do not care. I don't want to see lore blurbs about Marvel products. I know enough about the comics. I want to learn about the worlds of Magic: The Gathering. I don't want to see the Avengers Campus or whatever it's called. I don't care about Nick Fury. I do not want to "assemble" anything. It's bad enough half these cards are just poorly designed, when I grab a MAGIC: THE GATHERING PRODUCT I expect to see stuff about it, not five-years-late cashgrabs of an IP that's already burned its consumer goodwill.
Additional Request: Put all of Scars Block in Arena.

Event Not Appearing
The post titled "Magic: The Gathering® | Marvel Super Heroes MTG Arena Event Schedule" says there's supposed to be a flashback premier draft for Bloomburrow right now but I can't find it anywhere on the client.

sacrifice equipment
I stole an opponents creature with the red card that steals for one turn. The creature had the ability to sacrifice equipment for -4/-4 and he was equipped with an equipment owned by the opponent, I could not sacrifice the equipment. I could use the pay 2 life ability.

HULK SMASH!
The card HULK SMASH! showed up with the mode selection interface, but the button to confirm the modes would not illuminate or be able to be selected.

Get rid of alchemy cards
Get alchemy cards out of brawl. It’s not fun and given that this is a way people can play magic without having to go to an LGS it really ruins the experience.

"Brutal Brawler" Avengers Assemble! Achievement Not Counting Certain Counters
After playing many games where I used Abigale, Eloquent First-Year's ability to put flying, lifelink, and first strike counters on my creatures (Formidable Speaker, The Mindskinner, The Seriema (when a creature)) in standard ranked and standard play, the counter on "Brutal Brawler" still reads 0.
Windows, expecting "Brutal Brawler" to increment by 1 each time I use Abigale's ability to put the three counters on a creature I control.

Indestructible masterfull flourish
Indestructible didnt work... I played masterfull flourish (instant) to protect my creature. Opponent destroyed all creatures... The one indestructible too...
