How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Client crashes on Mac when trying to click anything
Client crashes on Mac when trying to click anything (Decks, Play, etc.)
I've reinstalled twice and the issue has not gone away.

Incorrect filter classification in talismans and Signets
The talismans and signets included in Arena Anthology 1 are not recognized as colorless cards in the search filter.
Apparently, the filter for these cards is filtering by identity for Brawl, rather than by card color.
Talismans and signets should be identified and filtered as colorless cards, as they are artifacts with no specific color cost. However, they can only be found if searched for by their identity colors (based on the mana each one adds).This applies to:
Azorius Signet, Orzhov Signet, Dimir Signet, Izzet Signet, Rakdos Signet, Golgari Signet, Gruul Signet, Boros Signet, Selesnya Signet, Simic Signet

Game keeps crashing ever since Final Fantasy updates
I submitted a service request (4549821) stating that my game keeps crashing. Almost every game I have played since the Final Fantasy update my game has been crashing in the middle of matches. Attached is the loading screen I get every time I try to reload the game. The game won’t load until I loose the game due to time running out. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and I am still having this issue. Additionally, attached is the email stating that I should drop my issue here.

Started a Premium Draft, but selecting any card made the mobile client crash. Relogged 3 times, was able to get into the draft again, timer was running - but as soon as I selected any card or tried to scroll in the pack, the app shut down again.
Restarted the phone, and now the client won't start at all. Black screen until I shut down the app.

The Mac Client is getting stuck at Loading Decks or Store or Play button.
this happend After update 2023.24.0.1057.986775.Before the update it only crashed sometimes but I could do everything in the game, please HELP!

Removed from Match mid-game, resulting in loss
Today I entered a draft on windows client through steam. After playing one match without issue, my game began acting up. Mid-way through my second match, I was returned to the main menu and exited from the match. My client did not crash and no attempt was made by the client to reestablish connection with the match. The result of the match was a loss. The loss was inputted immediately upon being removed from the match. For all intensive purposes, the client acted as if I conceded the match. MTGA crashes frequently
MTGA crashes frequently, and always when I'm winning in ranked matches. I don't know if the opposing player is doing it or if it's a game glitch.

Arena crashing during drafts
Twice in the past week, Arena has crashed - once during p1p4-p3p2 of a draft, and the other during a game (I already got refunds). Both times it took a long time to restart. To reproduce it, play an EOE premier draft on Mac. I don't know what beyond that caused the crashes.

sono almeno 2 draft di seguito che perdo almeno una partita per colpa del crash totale dell'applicazione, mi dice problemi di connessione ma la connessione funziona benissimo, basta aspettare 10 minuti e funziona tutto nuovamente.
ho gia provato anche ha disistallare l'applicazione ma niente. provero con altri metodi ma mi sono stancato di perdere gemme inutilmente, visto che ho gia speso molti soldi in gemme.

Grim Captain crashes game
every time my opponent crafted the Grim Captain to flip it my game crashed. playing on mobile.

Missing third daily quest
Hi, I play on android and for a couple of days I only get two daily quests and a weekly one. The third daily quest slot is always waiting for a new quest, even though the timer is at 00:00 see screenshot attached.
Please also note that the game crashes really often on android i.e. every 2nd/3d game.

Game auto-crashes
Ever since the most recent update from today, the game is crashing whenever I try to move from the initial home page. It just closes on my phone whenever I try to go to any of the main tabs.

Android App Crashing
Since the most recent update of the app I cannot get past any of the main menu options into a game, aside from yesterday when I loaded into a draft and the game crashed and auto drafted all of my cards for me.

Arena client unusable on Mac
The Arena client is completely broken on Mac OS. For months, it has been slow, unresponsive, and crashes when opening any tabs including shop, decks, and even starting a new match. Since the update for Edge of Eternities, it has begun to crash my entire OS and cause full unprompted restarts.
I have repaired the files, uninstalled and reinstalled them through multiple platforms, and the issues persist. I cannot even open the settings menu in game to open a bug report and needed to come to the website manually.

Arena crashed during a game in premier draft and I couldn't restart it, it wouldn't load, causing me a loss.

Elspeth, Storm Slayer Crashes Game
I play on android and whenever I or an opponent casts Elspeth, Storm Slayer my game crashes. This has happened 4 times in a row now. When I try to rejoin the game it also crashes. I have to force stop the app or wait until the game is finished before the app works again.

Jump In - Stuck, Can't Play
I encountered an error with the jump in event.
While playing on mobile my internet crashed and disconnected me from my match. Upon reconnecting to the internet it allowed me to start a new match, which I did. After completion I did not receive my win reward and still cannot resign or queue for a new match.
I logged in on my pc to check and it is also stuck on the pc version of the game.10 votes -
