How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Client froze
Hi! Hope you are having a good day :) My client froze during an exciting draft game, which was a disappointing end to the match :( I am not sure what caused the freeze, since multiple things were going on. I am playing the powered cube event on Android. My skullclamp's trigger was on the stack during my combat phase while I was long-pressing one of the cards in my hand to read it. At that point, all buttons could be pressed but nothing would change and the game state would not progress. No cards in my hand would enlarge, I could not view my GY, and the stack would not collapse after pressing the arrow next to it. After waiting for about a minute, the stack had still not resolved, so I went to the settings menu. The menu did still open, which is how I could submit this bug report. Sadly, pressing the button for logs did not do anything, so I cannot attach those now. Hope this description helped :)

Jumbo Cactuar damage can't assign

・How the bug occurs
1. Jumbo Cactuar attacks.
2. 2 opponent's creatures block
3. 10001 points must be allocated on the damage step
4. Time runs out and I lose the game.・Actual results my experiencing
I lost the game and ended up with 3 losses in the “Premier Draft Magic: The Gathering®-FINAL FANTASY” event that I was participating in.

Frozen Games
Playing on IOS iPhone
Have started 15 games today, 11 froze up midway. Most froze as soon as I stabilized. Some games only made it to turn 3 and froze by simply playing an instant.
Potential cause:
poor leadership that is in a rush to keep pumping out product, you are dropping the ball with coders/developers. I first noticed the freezing game when Llorwyn was released and the number and frequency has increased with every update since.
Solution? Slow down the number of sets and put focus back on the quality of the game rather than quantity. 11 frozen games out of 15 started is a very bad average. A coach whose batters had that kind of average would be forced to resign. Maybe WOTC should buy HASBRO out and then the quality of gameplay would improve. As it is, it is virtually unplayable. I have spent money in good faith that the product offered would be of some entertaining use. I would gladly join a class action lawsuit to settle grievances. I will settle for $5k and another 5k for the aggravation. I am going to send my concerns to the Attorney General of the State that I live in. Maybe they will take a look and file some subpoenas so someone can look at records to determine if there is anything nefarious at play or if it is negligence on the part of WOTC management.Playing on IOS iPhone

Specialize Keyword Bugged in Brawl
When picking a Brawl commander in MTG Arena with the 'Specialize' keyword, it no longer gives you the prompt to pick the secondary color (instead just defaulting to the mono-color of the base card). Brawl decks that already exist with dual-color specialize commanders still seem to work, but new decks can no longer be created.

Aging like fine cheese
This game has aged like fine cheese since TMNT release. Can’t finish a game without crash on IPad. Completely fine before last patch. Turtle powered right to the sewers with the other floaters.

Fabled Passage
Fabled Passage causes game to crash, whether me or an opponent would activate it. Also, after loading back into the game, the game prevents you from blocking in combat if you return back to the game during the opponent's combat step.

brushwagg companion textures missing
the textures for the brushwagg companion appear missing, repairing files doesn't fix this issue.

Card name, type, and creature power not showing correctly
After the latest update, the font for the card name, type, and create power/toughness seems to be missing. Can't create a deck or play properly if you can't see the cards.

Important card and game data broken/missing after last update
Since the last update, to get ready for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Arena on Android is practically unplayable as important game data is blocked out, like players life totals, and card power and toughness. Card names are even replaced with nonsense characters.
I'm a daily player and now Arena is unplayable... Please fix this? I am grinding coins for the TNMT release but if this is how Arena is, it's unplayable and I will have to miss out. I see someone on iOS has the same issue... Does nobody really play this game for this bug to just be left out there for days with no emergency update? Is it really just a few streamers on Twitch? Playing on PC?

Problem with changing Deck companion
I can't change my Deck companion. Despite having a large collection, I can't see any other companions besides the one I assigned earlier. Please help. I've already repaired the game files, but that didn't help. I'm play on PC

Mana flood/drought
I would like your development team to do away with the 50/50 chance of either getting flooded with mana or having a drought. One or the other happens to me consistently in 80% of the games I play. That's not RNG, that's rigged. Get it fixed please. I'm sure I'm not alone in this situation.

2/24-2/25/26 issue i make it to the loading internal files and the game crashes.

Threshold not counting cards in graveyard.
Threshold card not counting graveyard. iPhone ios. Specifically, the card shoreline looter. It was not tracking my graveyard and kept force the discard after the extra draw.

Arena keeps freezing randomly during games
Last week the game update caused my Android Arena to just randomly crash when in menu or game. Now this week I there is another update and now it is playing but when I cracked a map token, or pinnacle starcage, or just randomly, the game freezes and I can't interact with the cards. There are still music and sounds and I can swipe my mouse over the cards and they make a sound but no response. I start to time out and I reload the game which then puts me back in the game I was playing but then I have timed out and have even lost the game due to no more timeouts. It is extremely frustrating.... it has happened multiple games.
I am on a Android Galaxy Tab S7 FE. Had no problems before last weeks update and this weeks update. I also ran a repair files on the game.... no change.
Please help with this.. thanks.

In the middle of matches, getting freeze screen with options button disappearing unenabling options for leaving match,multiple times today.
Freezes in midmatch with loss of option tab for backing out, only option left is to completely shut down app and reload, games not loading into match you left, automatically making it a loss. Has happened 4 times today, never in 3 years previous to last patch, I've tried uninstalling, and reloading, clearing cache, updating, it's definitely on your side.

Since the most recent update I cannot see text that is affected by abilities (life points, titles of cards, or power and toughness).

Store freezes on "Waiting for Server" when trying to purchase gems on Mac
Ever since the Nov. 6, 2025 fix for purchasing issues listed on the status page, I cannot purchase gems. When I click on the amount of gems desired, it says "Waiting for Server" and freezes there until I have to force quit the program to get out of it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the Epic Games Launcher and MTG Arena, but the problem persists.
