2. Sparky Challenge Not Showing

   After completing the tutorial, I have not unlocked Sparky's Challenge; the event, which should appear at the end of the tutorial, is virtually nonexistent and not present on my home page. I'm not going to drag this out, partly because I think I've read that many users have had the same problem as me and this is a known bug, however I can't accept that I haven't even started playing and am already suffering from problems due to bugs in the game that will prevent me from getting rewards that I honestly don't want to give up. All the attempts I have already tried have not worked, so I am opening this ticket to ask what to do. Can't you log into my account and force the event from your location somehow? Is there anything that can be done? If I can't unlock Sparky's Challenge I will be forced to create a new account, but I will also be forced to create a new email and that is a problem for me.

5. Product suggestion

   I was thinking a cryptid set would be awesome and there are alot of mythical creatures to choose from i know it would be alot of research but I think the results would be alot of fun and profitable for the your company and you wouldn't have to buy any rights to anything because no one owns the right to cryptids anyway I thought it would be an awesome idea. I don't know if anyone has suggested this before but there is a big fan base for cryptids even if they don't play the game fans of crypids will buy packs looking for a certain crypid, their favorite one or for decks they will buy them just for their favorite cryptid or to collect them all. Anyway that's my pitch I hope to see something in the future and I'm glad you have this suggestion page thank you. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures to share just an idea.

6. Timing of event closure not displaying

   Prior to the last month, Arena would provide warnings when limited time events would expire. Seeing no such warnings, I enrolled in a Final Fantasy premier draft today (10/7/25) thinking there was still significant time left in the event. However, the event closed before I could even create a deck out of my drafted cards. The only consolation I got was 50 gems and a pack which does not seem adequate.

   I would like to be refunded for the draft and the bug that prevented the ending of events from being displayed to be fixed.

7. Starter Decks not received and Alchemy Play button bugged out

   I am a returning player. When I first played MTG Arena, I (apparently) completed the green Colour Challenge and received the Starter Deck as a reward as normal when I first played. Now I came back and finished the rest of the Colour Challenges, did also receive the other Starter Decks, but they are shown in the Deck Editor grayed out, telling me I am missing some cards. Yet I can clone the decks and then play with the clones. It seems to me that I have the cards but the Deck builder hasn't noticed yet.

   Also, when I try to play Alchemy, the button is a darkish orange and it can't be pressed. After switching to Standard Ranked, selecting a deck and switching back to Alchemy, the button is the normal bright orange. However, when I press it, nothing happens. Not sure if the game is butting out because I haven't unlocked everything yet or something.

8. invalid deck & network error when building my draft deck

   Joined a Powered Cube draft, towards the end of the second pack, my internet disconnected. Rejoined and the autodrafter had taken over, I was now in the 3rd pack. I finish the draft and edit my deck, but when I click to submit my deck, it gives me two errors (screenshots attached): "Invalid Deck" and "Network Error". I closed the game and tried again a few times, still gives me the same errors. At no other point does it say I'm offline, I am connected to the internet again. It won't let me play and the button still says "Build Your Deck"

9. Rare joker vanished

   I had no rare joker before opening my 6th pack and I got a rare joker in it so that is 2 total with the 6th pack opened rewards. After going in m'y collection to craft m'y first Codie, Vociferous Codex copy, I wanted to craft another rare but found out that I no longer had any. So I checked if I had multiple copies of Codie but I only have 1. And all that happened under 30 seconds so I am certain I havent craft anything else in between.

10. Draft issue

    I disliked the pick 2 format rewards of drafting Through the Omenspaths and decided to try the Traditional version since it clearly states pick 1 card at a time. It’s also pick-2 but mislabeled. I’d like my draft refunded. This was bad information.

11. PayPal challenge isn't working

    There is a bug with the confirm you are human screen in PayPal, it doesn't matter wich challenge I try, if I reload or if I submit feedback, it won't advance from that screen.
    I'm in the store trying to buy the 3.400 gems pack

12. winter shop 2025 two :O emotes instead of >:O and :O

    i bought the new emote pack in the winter store and the >:O emote didnt show up in my list. Instead i got two :O emotes. can you please change it to >:O and :O or at least return the gems on the repeated emote? I want to keep the emotes, dont want a full refund.

13. Event expiration date highlighting

    On April 21 I joined an OTJ Sealed BO1 event and decided to not play it immediately because I wanted first to try the OTJ limited in some Quick Draft event.
    As I always do when I start an event but I do not play it immediately I everyday checked the MTGA event showcase, in the homepage dashboard of the game, to see if the 48 hours countdown of the Sealed event showed up but it did not, neither did in the macrocategory of events "OTJ Limited events" where it usually appear. Beacause of that I was not in hurry with playing the event: I use to wait for that countdown starting to play some of my events and I rely on that. Suddenly I logged in and I found out that the event disappeared and infact I received the prize for zero wins, 200 gems and 3 OTJ packs. I thought it was a bug because the countdown did not showed up this time but after loggin out and in again the event did not appear. So I started reading all of your articles and announcements but I did not find any news about the fact that the Sealed BO1 was going to expire and neither I found an article where the expiration day of that event was clearly reported.
    Maybe I am missing something but it seems to me that the expiration day was not underlined or clearly pointed out in your announcements nor in the game itself.
    I know that it is probably my fault and that somewhere the expiration day was reported but it was not easy to find also after knowing the event expired and I thought that relying on that countdown was enough as it has always been before and that in some way the event exipration would have been better pointed out. I managed to obtain a refund, a sealed event Token, proving with some screenshot that the countdown did not show up but anyway a better highlighting of event expiration would be appreciated.

    IDEAS:

    I suggest a better highlighting of event expiration date both in-game, where there only is a countdown that sometimes does not show up in the dashboard of the game homepage, for example if there are more relevants news about events, and in your announcements articles, where only the expiration of some events, just like Quick Drafts or Midweek events, is reported. Expiration date of long lasting events like Premier Draft or Sealed of the current set are noy easy to find. One could search in the Event Schedule but an in-game feature would be better.
    This would be appreciated for all MTGA events and in particular for those that a player joined but did not already finished playing.

    I do not know if there was a bug with the missing countdown or if its absence was intended for the OTJ Sealed event, and in this case the fault was totally mine, so thank you WOTC for the refund, but something like an inbox message, or other in-games things like that, reporting all events that are expiring in the next 48 hours would be nice.
    Moreover a dedicated in-game section where we can check the expiration date of all events avaiable in MTGA, not only those expiring in 48 hours, would be easy to implement and at the same time would prevent sad things like the one I described to happen and would allow players a better programming of time and resources mantainance.

15. weekly and daily rewards don't fully reset

    Sunday Dec 21 my rewards for both daily and weekly were reset except it said I had 3 wins. (i haven't played since the reset). Last day I played I had 3 wins. This has happened multiple Sundays in a row and since rewards are weighted highly on your first 4 wins I'm missing out on a lot of gold and gems.

16. VIvi Ornitier Bug

    Thank you for addressing my problem.
    As I explained in the request I sent.

    I was playing this morning, went out to run some errands, and when I came back and opened the game, it gave me a reward (Vivi Ornitier)... I said, "Great! With that, I have 2 copies," and when I checked today to put it in the deck, I only had 1 copy.
    I thought it was strange.
    I hope it can be resolved.

    As you can see in the attached files, the first one shows Viví Ornitier, and the second shows the same card but with the Arena logo in the upper left corner (which I can't use in standard format =( .) hence my confusion regarding my request for help. When I click "create," it says: "You will get 2 copies of this card," which is what confused me. Without further ado, please excuse my mistake (I'm still not clear on some aspects of the game; I've only been playing for about 3 months). I appreciate the support and attention you provide.

18. New Player Quest Bug

    My beginner quests are bugged. Friend told me I'm supposed to have blue quests and slowly unlock content and get rewards while doing quests like jump in tokens and quick draft tokens but my quests are bugged and don't exist. I do have a quest marker on Sparky's challenge but I did it multiple times and it didn't progress.

19. Can't progress in "Sparky's Challenge"

    New player here. Every time I beat Sparky in "Sparky's Challenge", I don't make any progress in this quest - I don't get any rewards and I'm still stuck on "0/1 Win". I've used two different decks and beaten her four times now. If this is user error on my part, please tell me how to progress in this quest - thanks!
