How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Did not pass priority in Powered Cube Draft
Playing a game of powered cube and my opponent cast a sheoldreds edict while I had a coalition relic on the stack and a ignoble hierach in play untapped and non-summoning sick, it did not pass priority back so i did not have a chance to tap my ignoble hierach for mana. This caused me to not have the mana to play my outland liberator that turn, oppo followed up with an oko to snowball the game since i didnt have any board presence due to the bug.

Pentad Prism is not available to craft.

The above article lists Pentad Prism as a card that can be obtained through Powered Cube Prize Packs or crafted with wildcards. It is however not a card that can be crafted. If the list is inaccurate it needs to be updated. If the list is accurate then the only people that have access to the card would be people who are buying in to the event and this may cause issues for any tournaments that happen.

プレオーダーが2回受け取れてしまいました
前提として、スマートフォンを2つ普段遣いしています。
1つ目のスマートフォンでアプリを起動、プレオーダーをいつも通り受け取り(1回目)
明日になってから2つ目のスマートフォンでアプリを起動したところ、見慣れないメールが3つあり、開いたところプレオーダーが添付されており、受け取れてしまいました。(2回目)
1回目のプレオーダーは全て開封済みで、反映されているためバグだと判断いたしました。

receiving rewards twice
Greetings. I have pre-ordered the Through the Omenpaths edition and have received my rewards. However after i opened the 50 pack and 5 gold packs I received in game mail that I havent claimed them and now i have another batch with 50 new packs and 5 gold packs. Basically I have received the pre-order twice and that is the bug im reporting. How do we proceed further? Thank you again in advance for the help

Full Control Keeps Activating bug
Been playing since beta.
Recently (and probably after upgrading to win11, otherwise nothing else has changed), the game puts me in full control constantly, on my and my opponent's turn. Every time I disable it, on the next step it's enabled again. Only fully passing turn will not enable it, but that's not really practical, for obvious reasons.
I've monitored my mouse and keyboard using external programs, to see if CTRL (or a macro) is being pressed randomly, and it's not. I've reinstalled, cleaning the registry in the process, still nothing. Repaired game files, still the same.
It's infuriating, actually.…

Lightwheel enchantment speed 4 - can't cast from graveyard
Same issue as other player, with speed at 4 i cannot cast lightwheel enchantments from graveyard.

unable to login
EOE release day. Got in for a few mintues and now I can't. Options are check status, reconnect, or logout. Logging out then back in did not help nor did restarting.

Premier draft
Purchased a premier draft for Edge of Eternities which has now disappeared. I entered the draft and picked cards up until about 3 cards from the end and then it disconnected, and now there's no draft available. Requesting refund, I spent 10,000 coins to enter.

Unable to Login - Server Error
The app loads through “checking for active matches” but eventually times out and displays “Unable to Login” message. This was repeated on a Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel Pro Fold. Opening the app on an iPad Pro initially displayed “waiting for server” followed by “Error: error updating data,” but after restarting the app displayed “Network Error” and then “Unable to Login” after attempting to reconnect.
I was able to login very briefly circa 8:45am PST and opened the July Renewal Egg to collect the rewards before being logged off.
Issue began circa 9:00am PST on 29 Jul, 2025.

App crashes when playing cards since update 2 days ago.
After the new EOE update 2 days ago, as soon as I go to play a card the app crashes. I play on my android phone. I went through your basic troubleshooting steps already and nothing changes.

Wrath of God malfunction
In the arena playing against a black deck with skeletons, I cast Wrath of God to destroy all creatures. The secondary effect says they cannot be regenerated, but the opponent regenerated all skeletons on the next turn.

December 16th's Gold Reward
So, usually a friend of mine plays on my account, so I can log later and play Draft with her. What happened this time was: She looged into my account, mentioned we got free Gold today and, as I tried to log and play with her, she was still in my account, and said Gold Reward was taken out of my account because, when I tried to log into the game, it appeared errors involving connection issues.

Saproling Not being able to choose as a creature type - Bug
Every time I play my shroofus sproutsire brawl deck I have several cards that say choose a creature type and have abilities based on the creature type ,but when I try to choose saproling its not on the list, even when I have created saproling tokens and they are already on the field.

food not giving health
When using Cabbages from the Avatar Commander. When I get damage it is supposed to sacrifice a food token automatically. Well the food gets sacrificed fine but not health is applied.

Error with Interaction between "Hylderblade" and "Mobilize" tokens
When "Hylderblade" is on the field, it should trigger at end step if a "nonland permanent left the battlefield or a spell was warped", but it is not responding to mobilize, which creates and sacrifices creature tokens. It will trigger if I use a different ability to sacrifice those tokens. Is this intended?

Earth Kingdom Jailer Targeted My Hexproof Creature
I was just in a match with mantermanzer, which I was losing horribly, but that's not the point. He had just replayed Earth Kingdom Jailer, after I had airbended it on my previous turn using Aang, The Last Airbender, and when it came into play, he targeted my Aang, so I cast Restoration Magic in response, selecting the Curaga option so all my permanents would gain hexproof, and I gained the 6 life, all of my lands still show hexproof, but his Jailer still somehow grabbed my Aang and is sitting on him right now.

Meta Game: Cannot go Back and Edit Deck List
Seems to be more related to the event, then deckbulding it self.
For the new Brawl Meta Game Challenge, I had not finished editing my list, was disconnected, and then when I re-connected I could no longer edit the list. My only option, is to resign. I have been searching for game for over 3 minutes, I hit play just to see what would happen.
