"First" sticker on cards in new open packs seems to be applied wrongly.
Several time opening new Secret of Strixaven packs, I found cards that were labeled as "First" but I already own at least a copy of them.

Faiths Fetters
This card clearly states that it loses all abilities except for mana abilities, it was put on my Plagon Lord of the Beach. Yet I could not use his mana abilities. So how does this work, do other players get to cheat with their cards. Now the Name Alex Nardi sounds familiar I think I saw somewhere that he uses cheat cards that don't match the text. If this is the case he should be banned. But foremost is you need to fix my card to work.

Rocksteady Mutant Marauder searching when it shouldnt search
Please check your calls that Rocksteady Mutant Marauder performs. The text prompt asks if you want to "search" your library but the Marauder doesnt actually read with this keyword.
We can see that Wan Shi Tong does trigger and it shouldnt have.

Cheating - About 0 Tolerance Should Be Considered in Serious Cases
WotC should deeply care about cheaters as much as they care about proxies in sanctioned tournaments. Actually care more than proxies. The reality is that judges seem to care more about proxies than how you only dismissed Biagio “Rudokant” Cantone from 1 season of tournament play.
This kind of cheater should get a lifetime ban (10 years at least).
We know free spells is cheat. When you can manipulate the top card to what you want it to be for your next draw, this is not Magic. Unless you want to play a new game, ‘free tutors’ mode.
This is not an ‘accident’. Cantone clearly is practiced at this and can and will do this again. Basically you are setting the standard that Modern players need to cheat more smoothly than Cantone did. And that is ok as long as you don’t get as sloppy.
Why buy Modern cards when this is what you are looking forward to at a tournament.

Quick Draft UX Feedback: Earlier Countdown Timer + Upcoming Set Preview
No "Ends in" timer appeared on the Quick Draft tile before the set rotated out. Other players have reported the same issue. For a paid event format with a predetermined rotation schedule, this information exists server-side and should be surfaced on the client with at least 48 hours notice.
Additionally, there is no in-client way to see what Quick Draft set is coming next. A "Starts in X" label on the upcoming set tile would solve this and is clearly feasible given how other events already display start timers.
These are simple UI changes for a paid event. Both should already be standard.No "Ends in" timer appeared on the Quick Draft tile before the set rotated out. no countdown
The TMNT quick draft never had a countdown timer so i purchased one last night to come play today to find out it was over with haven't even played a single game

mulligan
Mulligan is not working properly for me. When i press mulligan im supposed to draw 7 cards and then discard 1,2.3... etc but when i do my first mulligan i draw 6 cards and have to discard 1 which leaves me with 5 cards. I even checked the "?" where it says "Each time you mulligan

skipping phase
When i play my Mm'memnon commander and have a howling mine in play it skips second main phase where I can tap mine for mana if I don't have spell to play, thereby stopping my opponent from getting benefits of tapping howling mine

Stirring hopesinger not triggering properly
Stirring hopesinger should trigger if you target a creature in a graveyard. Its wording is “whenever you target a creature” and does not specify that it must be on the battlefield. So casting something like “Helping Hand” should technically trigger it.

Bug: Edits to deck weren't there on starting next match in sealed event
In the Arena Direct Lorwyn Ecliped play booster box sealed event, I made a change to my deck after the second game, swapping out Glen Elendra's Answer for a Gallant Fowlknight. I clicked done and went into my next match, but I noticed these strange things about the next match:
- It had a different background and different music to the normal Lorwyn Eclipsed match arena
- My deck changes hadn't been applied, so I was stuck in that match with the old version of my deck (which I noticed immediately because the Glen Elendra's Answer that I'd subbed out was in my starting hand)
Given how much this event costs to enter, it's worrying to see bugs like this that could easily cause game losses. Please let me know if I can provide any more information!

Phases skipping in FDN draft
During my FDN draft phases began skipping on their own and card selections for discard were happening at random, causing me to skip important priorities, not be able to block or attack and discard cards I didnt choose to.

starter deck duel has resume even when finished
The start deck duel event can not be resigned (or cleared in any way) after you complete it. It is then stuck in "resume" status until the heat death of the universe. please for the love of god give me a way to clear this off of my current events, it has driven me nuts since i started using mtga years ago.

Product Suggestion
Matchmaking for Brawl has got to be better. At this point, I would say it's completely broken.
I play the game a lot, probably too much. But I don't always want to play the meta decks.
I have the current "best" decks for the meta (Ajani/Katara/Rofellos/Tamiyo), and my Ajani deck is actually sitting at around 80% winrate in Brawl since TMNT came out (image attached).
But when I want a change of pace and want to play something different, I shouldn't have to match into the top meta decks with another deck that isn't even close to the same level as them to where it's not even a competition. I don't play against a ton of non meta decks when I'm playing meta decks, so I don't understand why I consistently get matched against the meta myself when I'm not playing the meta myself.
There's no reason for an off meta deck using off meta cards to consistently match into ****-queue. I understand there is personal MMR in play, but I think deck rating should heavily out rate personal MMR so you don't feel like you're out gunned because you want to play a "fun" deck instead of a competitive deck. Brawl isn't a ranked queue, I get it, but at the same time, you shouldn't be matching into a 50 couterspell tuned Tamiyo deck every other match with your silly little foods deck that you're just trying to have fun with.

Opposition Agent Bug
In a brawl game, I had an Oppostion Agent in play and my opponent had a Sanctum of All. When the Sanctum of All triggered on my opponent's turn, according to Opposition Agent, I should have exiled whatever shrine they choose if they choose to search for one in their library. My opponent did and put one right on the field instead of the game exiling it. I would have uploaded a log from that game but forgot to capture one.

Broken game
First, I have a hexproof yet the opponent is still targeting me and using board wipes even though I have hexproof. There also needs to be a limit of the amount of removal spells in a deck. I don’t have 30 minutes to an hour to play a single game. There are multiple issues within this game and with certain cards that need to be reworked. I suggest finding somebody intelligent enough to fix such issues since you have failed to act on improving the game and player satisfaction.

Check Status
Whenever the website is down the check status option always reports that systems are functional even though they clearly aren’t. My suggestion is that you fix this issue so i actually know when I’m just disconnected from your **** server or because the server itself is down for maintenance again. It gets old waisting my time turning off my laptop just to connect to your server, then find out I can’t connect anyways but with no real explanation. It’s 2026 people, with as much money as WOTC makes off MTG you’d think they can afford to improve issues with server connection by now. Guess they are too bushy trying to make more money trying to keep up with the next release. Figure it out already, rant over!

Waiting for Server Response” Causing Lost Draft Picks
Hello,
I am contacting you again because I keep experiencing the same issue and I still have not received any response to my previous report.
During my draft, I was disconnected and stuck on the “Waiting for Server Response” screen for several minutes. Because of this issue, I lost at least 8 draft picks and the draft became impossible to continue correctly.
This has been happening repeatedly lately, and I have video recordings showing the problem every time it occurs. I create Magic content, so I have clear evidence of these disconnects and server issues.
I find this situation unacceptable, especially since I already submitted a similar ticket without any reply.
Would it at least be possible to receive compensation or a refund for the current draft event that was affected by these server issues?
