How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Certain MTG Arena Achievements not working

    I have not gotten the "Test of Endurance" achievement even though I have reached a life total of 50 or greater at least 3 times (the most recent game is attached, I had 61 before lifelink damage). I'm playing in the starter deck event. Most other achievements have worked in this game mode. What is different about this achievement specifically? How could I tell if others will not work in certain (non-sparky/direct challenge) modes?

  2. Perpetual Removed When Creature Moves to Command Zone

    1.   Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
      

      I countered my opponent's commander with Teferi's Contingency. The perpetual effect was applied to the card in the graveyard. Once my opponent returned it to the command zone, the perpetual effect was gone. He then cast it on t5 and killed me.

      Perpetual keyword states that effects are not removed when the card changes zones. Not optional. The command zone is a zone. Perpetual effects are expected to remain on the commander.

  3. mistrise village incorrectly coded

    Mistrise village's activated ability says "The next spell you cast this turn can't be countered". This means the ability must be used first prior to casting a spell and putting it on the stack. Instead, as coded, the ability as implemented may be used to make a spell on the stack (AFTER it has been cast) uncounterable. This was on a Mac.

    As can be seen in the attached logs, this mistake is quite problematic for gameplay and in fact was used in the attached log files to create substantial game advantage.

  5. bug involving monstrous vortex discovering rootwire amalgam

    i run a first sliver deck in brawl occasionally that finds monstrous vortex then proceeds to discover the entire decks 5costs usually leading to a win through mass haste or terror of the peaks. since the last patch that happened when monstrous vortex discovers rootwire amalgam it bugs out and doesnt bring up the context to choose which side of the card to cast leading to being forced to push it to hand by clicking the 1 button available and end the discover chaining. this has happened to me a couple times now and has prevented wins due to it.

  6. "Lurker of the deep"

    Lurker in the deep must be in play.

    Cast a spell that preforms a seek, seems more cards seeked at once, the more likely the bug will happen

    Cards conjured by Lurker in the deep will be able to be seen my the other player

    It happens often but not every time.

    Seems more likely when seeking more cards at once.

    Seems less likely when seeking a single card and less likely after seeking a single card, even when seeking multiple cards at once

  8. Etali glitched

    I wouldn’t have drafted Etali in the arena cube draft if I had known it doesn’t let you cast spells. I feel it cost me a game when my attempt to cat the removal spell I exiled wouldn’t work

  9. Incorrect Rules Interaction

    Match resulted in a draw when no effect in play would have prevented my atttack. After confirming my attackers the opponent tapped a land creature for mana, then the message “action will result in a draw” flashed across my screen briefly before ending the match in a draw.

  10. fanatical offering

    Perhaps i missed something, but in my last game it appeared that my opponent used Fantatical Offering used my own creature for the sacrifice cost. I didn't see any other card in their graveyard/exile that would have explained what happened to my creature. Perhaps I missed something, just figured it'd be worth taking a look at.

  11. Azula, Cunning Usurper Exile bug

    Azula Cunning Usurper reads "When Azula enters target opponent exiles a nontoken creature they control, then they exile a nonland card from their graveyard.

    When playing a Sealed Avatar run my opponent played Azula, Cunning Usurper it then let me choose the nontoken creature to exile, but my opponent was the one who was choosing to exile my nonland card from my graveyard.

  12. [Goblins Everywhere] Stormstrike First Strike Not Being Applied Correctly

    My creature’s power with First Strike should have been enough to kill the opposing blocker without taking damage. My creature also died which is unexpected based on rules.

  13. Instable amulate

    If you use more than one unstable amulet in a smartphone game, you won't know which card was exiled with which amulet, and you risk losing the card you want to keep.

  14. Walltop sentries

    I drafted a premier draft and playing. During my last match when my Walltop Sentries card dies it did not give me 2 life even if I had a lesson in my graveyard. I lost the game because of this miss calculation. How can you provide my loss, it is cost me about 1500 gems. I will not play until until this concern solved. So it is my last match you can check

  16. Housemeld Breaks the Spirit of Brawl

    Housemeld seems unreasonable for Historic Brawl, given how it can often render a Commander completely unaccessible for the rest of the game (especially for Red decks).

    Given that this is a digital card, the card should be tweaked so that it is not so warping when played on Commanders.

  17. Segregate Alchemy in Brawl

    Dear WOTC,

    It is no shock that 95% of your community hates Alchemy. It's probably one of the worst ideas you have ever come up with. Not only are the cards completely broken, you force players to have to face them in Brawl. Brawl is the closest product you offer to Duel Commander on Arena, yet you don't adhere to its ban list, you make rebalancings that are not logical according to the power level and force feed players the Alchemy card pool.   18. Matchmaking

    The MTG Arena matchmaking system and algorithm for best of one needs to be overhauled. You cannot tell me that it is randomized or a fair matchmaking system whenever I just put together a new deck tonight (Dimir Mill) and proceed to face Azorius Omniscience, 4 out of 5 matches. The 1 match that I didn't play against it, I won because it was an unfair matchup and my opponent was forced to lose due to land flooding.

    Stop dictating matches for best of one based on land shorting/flooding and stop doing unfair matches. Let matches be completely randomized. I…

  19. Card draw is broken

    Out of 20 games today every single game I have had to mulligan at least 3 times in order to get a land in my hand, then it will be 6 more draws until I get another. There are 46 lands out of 100 cards. This is statisticly impossible without a broken card draw algorithm, instead of an actual 46 percent chance.

  20. Creature death that should have survived

    In this event, my opponent used a nibelheim aflame to clear the battlefield using a 3/3 Qarsi Revenant. I had several creatures on the field. When I realized my only option was to sacrifice some creatures to boost my Syr Vondham, I did, taking it up to a 6/6, which should have survived the spell which did 3 damage. He got his counters but the spell still killed all of my creatures, including Syr. Why wouldn't that be a viable option to survive damage spells?
