How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Every day I go to the store and attempt to buy gems, in vain. Please fix the bug that now prevents me from purchasing anything in the store (since shortly after release of Avatar--I was able to buy the bundles, but nothing since) on Macbook Air 2025 Tahoe 26.1. This is true whether I load game from Epic games or from Steam (though the behavior is different from the two launch platforms).

Bug login
Bug Description:
I am constantly getting the error “Error updating data. Please check your connection and try again.” when trying to log in on PC.
This issue happens every time I open the game on my computer. I have already tried the following steps:
Restarted the game
Updated the app
Uninstalled and reinstalled the game
None of these actions solved the problem. My internet connection is working normally.
Important: I can log in and play normally on mobile (phone) using the same account and the same internet connection. The issue only happens on PC.Because of this error, I am…

bug with a chips
The bug happens inside the app when I am using a chip deck and end up creating a very large number of chips — by that I mean more than 200 chips. When this happens, the app simply freezes, shows a message saying it is trying to contact support (or something similar that I don’t remember exactly), and then closes. The game does not register my winnings, even though I was winning and everything was going fine. The app just closes unexpectedly. This is a bug and it has happened more than once.
