How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Exhaust elvish refueler
An opponent just exhausted their creature on my turn after I played an elvish refueler. Given the text says "you may activate exhaust abilities", it should not apply to my opponent on my turn as well.

Opposition Agent Field of Ruin
Attempted to field of ruin opponent while controlling opposition agent. Instead of exiling the land I found while controlling them, it went straight on the battlefield instead. On iOS.

Secret of Bloodbending
Secret of Bloodbending doesn't work as the ruling in Gather states. I should be able to control the opponent during their combat phase not control their combat phase. that is a huge difference and that is not stated on the card. I should be able to cast their spells(instants and anything with flash) and tap their lands.
Updated: I did find out that you can do all of these if you do Full Control. However, Full Control turns itself off alot of the time so i have to keep pressing crtl on my opponents turn which is annoying. I shouldn't…7 votes -
Waterbending with training ground
Waterbending with training ground out only charges 1 mana, regardless of the waterbending cost. It should only reduce the cost by 2 per instance of training ground, with a minimum cost of 1 mana.

Adventure Issue (Tarkir Dragonstorm)
Adventure Cards disappearing in Tarkir Dragonstorm. As far as I could tell, there were no cards on the board that would cause this action. I played 2 different adventure cards successfully and the other side would not be available to cast. I checked my graveyard and exile and they were not located there. Attached is the log. If this was actually a bug, it was the difference between a win and a loss.

Toph, Hardheaded Teacher (2RG) enters trigger not triggering as of 11/18/25.

brushwagg companion textures missing
the textures for the brushwagg companion appear missing, repairing files doesn't fix this issue.
began during one of the December updates (2025)

Please fix the algorithm it makes the game unplayable
Please replace the algorithm for a better deck shuffle system; the algorithm makes the game unbearable in the higher ranked categories. I’m at the point where I don’t even want to play it anymore.

Do something against the roping / loser players.
Every day, there are more and more people roping and being AFK when they know the game is lost.
Please take action against the roping/loser players because things are already going out of control.
If WOTC cannot take care of their own product and community, these players will find a way to destroy what is good in Magic.
Reports, Ban or just move them to play without the roping extra time.
It is easy to auto track how many times players are using this. And if they have it above a limit after some games, they can have their roping…8 votes -
Overlapping cards stuck in mid-animation
Just installed the game and on the tutorial's 3rd game/match, it got stuck and I can't even do the tutorial action because even the opponent's cards are getting stuck. Worst part is, it's my first time playing magic... Ever...

Hydroponics Architect and Blood Moon
If I have a land modified by Hydroponics Architect it becomes a basic land perpetually. Blood Moon shouldn't affect it, but it currently does.

tutorial bugs not placing cards
As I go to place down cards in the tutorials, mainly the third and fourth, the cards just stay enlarged as they are just before they shrink to be played. This has happened on both my windows laptop as well as the mobile version, and this bug stops me from completing the tutorials by stopping some card effects from resolving forcing me to be locked in limbo mid game.

Kotis when used as your commander no longer gives the option to cast the spells he puts into exile since the 9/16 update.

Persistent petitioners and rats bug
On arena cards like persistent petitioner that allow multiple copies of the card to be in deck aren't working properly and are making brawl decks invalid

bug with Cursecloth Wrappings?
during draft on a PC I tried to embalm Basri, Tomorrow's Champion with the activated ability of Cursecloth Wrappings. I had ample white mana open but when trying to pay the embalm cost, I recieved an error message reading "cannot be completed due to unpayable cost" Did I not take another cost into account or is this a bug in Aetherdrift gameplay?

Game appears frozen after finding an opponent
I play arena on my iPhone. Recently, every time I match with an opponent, the game doesn’t actually begin. While I wait for my first turn, my timer starts to run until it runs out. This is annoying, because it appears like the game is glitching and won’t let me continue to my first turn. I cannot even concede and have to close the app and open it again.

Arena not working
Matches are not loading right now. It will sometimes match you with an opponent but not always and when it does the game is just frozen and will not even let you concede

Omniscience Draft never starts
Playing on PC, whenever I initiate a game in omniscience draft, I am paired against someone... and then there is eventually a timer that goes down to nothing without me having been given an opportunity to do anything like accept my hand, let alone take a turn.
It is my opponents timer (I think), but it does not result in a draw or victory for me, just stays in that state until I eventually close the game. When I reopen it, there is no loss or win for me, and the same thing happens the next time.3 votes -
Games not loading. Sparky won't go away
Sparky has not gone away for WEEKS now. I've been playing for years. Sparky is useless to me. And today gameplay won't even load on VS matches. WOTC sucks. Get more devs on this game. The company makes enough money to where this game should run flawlessly. I feel like we're all shouting into the void and nothing will get done about it but WOTC will still gladly take our money.

Braw Challenge Game Stopping
While playiing the Brawl meta game challenge tge game either didnt start after mulligan decisions or it just stopped midgame with no rope
restarting the game and machine brought be back to the game but when starting a new game the error occured again
this happenend around 4 or 5 times
