How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Constant waiting for server and disconnection

    Have had constant Waiting for server and disconnections from games without the ability to rejoin. Games freezing on my turn unable to play cards then timing out and the other player playing cards before i get disconnected. 7 out of the last 10 games I've been about to win the game then out of nowhere get a waiting for server error and disconnected. Have closed and reopened the game multiple times which hasn't seemed to help as it keeps happening.

  2. Old Flitterfang issue?

    I played with Old Flitterfang and Voice of Victory. I attacked, mobilized, then sacrificed the warriors in the end step. However, Old Flitterfang‘S ability didn’t trigger. I have the option to choose the order triggers apply on, and that choice didn’t come up. Seems to be a bug.

  4. Bug: Snuff Out doesn't check the correct player when heisted

    If you heist (or otherwise get to cast your opponent's Snuff Out) from exile, it checks if your opponent controls swamps and not you.
    In the given log file, I two direct games were played to test this out.

    Bonus problem: the website wouldn't let me upload a .log file so I changed it to a .txt

  5. Lavinia, Azorius Renegade restricts Toxic Deluge

    Lavinia, Azorius Renegade restricts Toxic Deluge as if the X decided the mana cost, but the X in Toxic Deluge is for life paid and Lavinia shouldn't interact with it at all. It wouldn't let me set X higher than 1 when I had 4 lands and it wouldn't let me set X higher than 2 when I had 5 lands (screenshot attached)

  6. Vincent Valentine Not Proc'ing Correctly

    The Flip Vincent Valentine that puts a number of 1/1 counters on it according to the power of the death of an opponent's creature dying did not proc correctly for me. I destroyed a 3 power, 1 toughness creature and only got 1 1/1 token instead of 3.

  7. Card trigger issue

    Had a bug with Ragnarok (meld card thanks to Vanille and Fang). After attacking, my opponent played the white removal, Fate of the Sun-Cryst (as per the screenshots enclosed). My Ragnarok died but his ability (destroy a permanent and return one from your graveyard didn't trigger)

  9. Please institute a 30 minute 'no play' timer for players who conceded or timeout.

  10. Cards too low on iPad MtG Arena

    On MtG Arena iPad cards in hand are now so low down they can not be selected without accidentally using the swipe up bar. Makes it difficult to play and leads to poor user experience.

  11. Incorrect interaction between Quina, Qu Gormet and the Lasting Fayth adventure

    With Quina, Qu Gormet in play I cast the adventure side of the card Zanarkand, Ancient Metropolis. I was expecting to create a 7/7 hero and a 1/1 frog. I instead created a 7/7 hero and a 7/7 frog. I can't find a way to interpret this result while reading the cards so I can only assume that it's a bug.

  12. Tutorial Stage 3

    Can't get past tutorial as the cards are glitching in mid air, from what I've seen this is an issue that has been about since start of August and perhaps earlier than that and can't report the bug as every time I do it won't let me submit the error. So there is a bug is reporting the bug...

  13. Alchemy

    Sick of losing in games to stupid unbalanced alchemy cards.....keep alchemy to alchemy games. I don't like it and it ruins all the other game modes. You should be able, at least, to toggle alchemy off so you are not matched against any decks with alchemy cards. It's a rubbish format that has to default to it when choosing a game to falsy show it's been played when most ppl play by accident.

  14. Lion's Eye Diamond - Requesting event reimbursement.

    LED Does not hold priority as an activated ability. May be due to coding as a mana ability?

    Had a guaranteed win (likely) with LED + Underworld Breach + Brain Freeze. Critically important to have the combos function properly if powered cube is going to be a format on Arena.

  15. BUG: Defend the Rider and Nowhere to Run

    The last few times I have had a creature on board get targeted by nowhere to run, I cast a defend the rider in response. Despite choosing hexproof, my creature died. I have tested this both by casting defend the rider before and after the enters trigger goes on the stack to no avail. Each time, my creature has died regardless.

  16. "Take Action" Clarification Necessary

    I just lost an Avatar: The Last Airbender draft match because it was unclear what would happen with the two options presented to me when Combustion Man's ability triggered on attack.

    His ability says: "Whenever Combustion Man attacks, destroy target permanent unless its controller has Combustion Man deal damage to them equal to his power."

    When this ability triggers, the options on screen for the opposing player should not be: "Take Action" or "Decline" — it should be "Take X Damage" or "Lose X Permanent."

    I cannot believe I lost the game because of these vague buttons. And of course…

  17. BUG: Dies to Doom Blade achievement no longer progressing

    After it had progressed to 159/250, the Dies to Doom Blade achievement is not longer progressing. I had noticed it a few days ago, but thought it might straighten itself out. Tried again today because I had the Daily Quest that tracks creatures killed and thought this would provide better evidence.

    Over 3 games (2 captured in the logs, I think), I destroyed 6 creatures using damage that counted towards the Daily Quest (red and red / white damage spells).

    Steps:
    - Note Daily quest / Dies to Doom Blade achievement progress
    - Load into matchmade game
    - Destroy opponent's…

  18. Sparky stuck in "Hmmm."-ing out turn - Need a way to force Sparky's play

    Bug: As of 9/7/23 Sparky is stuck in "Hmmm."-ing on their turn to play. Is Sparky teaching roping as a valid strategy now?

    Situation: Sparky has any number of cards or even no cards in hand. It is Sparky's first main phase. I am in a winning position just playing cards to try to get to test a new card in my 100-card singleton deck. Sparky Hmmms for ~ 17 minutes, then I get the victory screen. Sparky doesn't even say "You got me!", such a sore loser! This happened today against Sparky's Blue, Black, Red, White, and Green decks.

  20. Infinte loop when creating a token of Three Blind Mice when no other tokens are controlled by the user and the user has Doubling Season

    When the user controls Doubling Season and no tokens and then creates - with whatever method - a token copy of Three Blind Mice the second lore counter (Create a token that's a copy of target token you control.) resolves before the first lore counter (Create a 1/1 white Mouse creature token.) Since the only token(s) that the user controls are token versions of Three Blind Mice this causes an endless loop of creating more and more tokens of Three Blind Mice. This will, eventually, cause a draw because there is no user interaction possible other than selecting which token…
