How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

game freezing to game lost
game lost by freezing then generating mana from mafact

dragging cards while drafting locks the next pick, have to restart client
While drafting, if you attempt to drag a card to your deck as the time limit expires, the client will pick a card at random for you as well as cause the client to skip your next pick if you cannot restart in time. This has happened multiple times during my drafts and just during SOS has cost me about 4500 gems.

Getting a card in a pack that you have a playset of and it says it's new
Every pack of Secrets of strixhaven I open has "shared roots" which I already had a playset of, it also always says it's my first time opening it

Gilgamesh emote missing
With the release of the Final Fantasy x MTG crossover set, the card Gilgamesh, Master-at-Arms was added with a very humorous semi random effect, absolutely nailing the flavor regarding Gilgamesh's quest for the strongest sword often ending in failure. However, the developers neglected to include an emote to go along with this including Gilgamesh's iconic quote, "This is far from the strongest of swords!" Which players could use to great effect when Gilgamesh's effect whiffs. Bug dans la pile utilisation de temps-morts
Je joue un deck basé sur la création de token, or à partir d'un certain moment (quand j'ai trop de tokens) les sorts dans la pile prennent trop de temps à se compléter et je perds la partie car cela utilise des temps morts. De plus il m'arrive qu'avec trop de tokens, des capacités ne s'activent pas ou ne fonctionnent pas (comme la capacité de l'enchantement avatar maitre de l'air par exemple) cela est assez énervant surtout quand je gagne mais que je perds au niveau des temps morts ....

Fracture is uncastable
The card "Fracture" is uncastable. I drew it in multiple games and the game doesn't even recognize it as being playable. It does not keep priority when you can cast a spell if it is in your hand and it is just uncastable in general. Fortunately it didnt cost me in either game i drew it so far but it not okay. Please fix

Mainscreen/menu error
when i try and access the game various parts of the main menu are like this, such as the home and profile menu

Your browser is incompatible with the 3-D Secure authentication.
Buying gems bugs like never before, now it's all the time resulting in me not able to replenish gems!!!
After clicking no matter which amount of gems, I enter my VISA details.
Then this error comes all the time: Your browser is incompatible with the 3-D Secure authentication.
Tried some googling and tried a thing or two, but honestly, this is on your side. I have no issue giving money to my other 36 games :D1 vote -
Merge Cards in Sideboard
With the return to full 15 card sideboards for BO1 I would like to see duplicate copies of cards in the sideboard merged.
This should reduce the visual noise of having the same card listed multiple times which the game otherwise never does, and make it easier to view the full sideboard when trying to build from collection.As it was the default behaviour before the original BO1 sideboard changes and cards still show (1x) next to them in the board I also expect this change would be easy to implement.

Daily and Weekly wins don't reset
I have not logged in to Arena for over a month, but when I logged in today it showed that my daily and weekly wins have been completed and would not reset for another day/week respectively. This is probably the 4th or 5th time its happened. I would like my gold for the 7 win draft I had.

Problem during premier draft
Dear Wizard support,
I was in turn three of my game not able to play any cards. I needed to shoot the client down and restart but I was not quick enough and lost a turn. In the end I lost the game due to this. Please refund my 1500 gems for premier draft. I have attached logs.

Certain cards in my collection not available in legal formats
I have x4 Typhoid Rats and Sanitarium Skeletons in my collection, but can't access them in their legal formats. The same is true for the card Endwalker. Could someone PLEASE fix this issue? I'm on PC. Thanks.

Planeswalkers not working
Planeswalkers not working- I play a planes walker and it never gives me the option to activate it. This is with multiple different planeswalkers and in multiple separate games.

Problem with Mid week magic 2/18/26
Trying to claim the boosters to start mid week magic results in a frozen client and will not proceed to show revealed cards nor allow deck building

No card playable with Wish in a Lurrus deck
I am playing
Wishin aLurrusBO1 deck, Lurrus companion allows for permanents with CMC > 3 in the sideboard.
I have 6 more cards in my sideboard withLurrus, so it should be possible to play any card from the sideboard withWish.
If I have any permanent with CMC > 3 in the sideboard I cannot play any card, I castWish, sideboard cards are shown without the scroll bar at the bottom, battlefield does not get dark and I cannot select any card to play.
No issues if all cards in the sideboard…2 votes -
[BUG] Grievous Wounds does not work with Unholy Annex
Grievous Wounds in play as well as Unholy Annex... grievous wounds is enchanting opponent... at end of turn, annex triggers, and opponent loses 2 life... grievous does not trigger even when the player has lost damage this way. But it works when dealing combat damage... GW does not specify if its combat / non combat damage so I assumed this should have worked.

Tarrian’s soulcleaver
Tarrian’s soulcleaver seems to be bugged. The trigger is supposed to be whenever a creature or artifact is sent to a graveyard from the battlefield, put a +1/+1 counter on equipped creature. However it activates constantly. Whenever I or my opponent cast any spell, as well as when a creature dies. It’s *****. Not exactly a common thing but annoying as * when I go against it.

Connection Wi-Fi
Subject: Connection Issue on Wi-Fi (Error Updating Data)
Hello,
I’m experiencing a connection issue while playing MTG Arena on mobile.
When I try to launch the game using a Wi-Fi connection, I consistently receive the error message: “Error Updating Data – Please check your connection and try again.” However, when I switch to mobile data (4G/5G), the game works normally without any issues.
This suggests that the problem may be related to how the game connects through certain Wi-Fi networks.
Details:
- Platform: Mobile (Android and IOS)
- Connection issue: Only on Wi-Fi
- Mobile data: Works normally
- Error message: “Error Updating Data”
