How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

  2. WOTC doesn't give a f#ck anymore

    WOTC just doesn't give a f#ck anymore, MTGA has tons of bugs and issues. Requested features like turning off hover have gone ignored for years and years. And even this entire page is filled with bots advertising spam and phishing links. WOTC officially doesn't give a f#ck.

  3. Handling Players Who Intentionally Delay Gameplay

    Players who intentionally delay the game lower the overall satisfaction for everyone. Systematically excluding them benefits all honest players.
    Therefore, I propose implementing the following two specifications:

    1. If a player exhausts their time limit while reviewing their starting hand, they lose immediately.

    2. Reduce the additional time to approximately two-thirds of the current amount.

    Ideally, accounts of players who repeatedly engage in malicious delay tactics would be appropriately frozen, but this is not realistic due to resource constraints.

    I hope this issue improves even slightly.

  4. Soft Lock Caused by Opponent Conceding During Mana Select on Twitching Doll

    In the middle of selecting a mana type when tapping the twitching doll card, my opponent conceded. I then selected a mana after their avatar exploded and the game state froze, keeping me from doing anything. This soft locked me and I had to forcibly close the game. The gear in the top right corner was gone, all the effects of the play field like sound effects of cards when hovering over them or clicking elements on the field still gave feed back, but no progression could happen and I was stuck until I closed the window from my task…

  5. Creature tokens are not spawning

    Creature tokens do not spawn in the tutorial when I am playing against the fourth opponent with a swamp deck. I've played the card called confront the assault which is supposed to give me three white creature tokens with flying after I play this card no creature tokens spawn anywhere on the battlefield and then the creature that I was forced to attack with cuz the game will not allow me not to attack cannot block because it's tapped and I'm supposed to block or I'm going to lose and there's nothing I can freaking do.

  7. Orim's Chant Bug

    I have not been able to cast this as an instant spell prior to the start of an opponents turn for multiple games. Review game logs and fix

  8. Shuffler

    Shuffler is BROKEN. 60 card deck 23 mana still 75% of my games my first 15 cards I get 11 mana, fix the shuffler already years people have been reporting it and the company refuses. Honestly may just be best to delete the game and go back to collecting the cards. At least the shuffling in real life games is more balanced than this hunk of garbage.

  10. Yargle dominaria achievement not updating

    Games of brawl are not being counted for the dominaria yargle achievement. I believe I counted that there are at least 25 dominaria cards

  13. Lightwheel Enhancements

    Same as everyone else here I drafted Lightwheel Enhancements in my hard earned draft and then was unable to cast it from the graveyard even though I had max speed. I pack one pick oned a brightglass gearhulk and basically had to draft Lightwheel Enhancements. Can I just get a draft token or something to compensate losing multiple with max speed and Lightwheel Enhancements in the graveyard, unable to be cast due to a bug.

  14. Hama the Bloodbender

    Hama the Bloodbender isn't exiling the cards she steals from opponents graveyard like I believe the card is supposed to?

    Had a match on Avatar TLA premier draft and I played Hama, milled then exiled the opponents 'Airbending Lesson', which I then used on Hama itself with the waterbending ability. The next turn I replay Hama and I can still pick the same Airbending lesson card, I then repeat this 3 more times and I believe I could have done it as many times as I wanted if I had the mana. From how the card is written I think…

  15. containment priest

    Bug: With 2 Containment Priests in play (one on my side, one on my opponent's) I cast Three Steps Ahead. I select options to create a token that's a copy of my creature & card draw. The creature I chose to create the token from was my Jill, Shiva's Dominant on the battlefield. The created token was automatically exiled, although Containment Priest should only exile non-token creatures who enter without being cast. I presume this is a bug.

  16. Activated abilities of cards aren't working

    Activated abilities of cards won't work. I was playing with Maze's End today and I could activated its ability. The ability screen would appear but I couldn't choose any of it. The same thing happened to Pupu UFO and Ugin, Spirit Dragonas well. The only way of exiting the screen in the screenshot was conceding. I was playing againt Sparky in the screenshots, but against real player I would have to wait until my timer runs out. Now I can't activate land abilites or planeswalker loyalty. This seem to happen with cards with multiple activated abilities such as lands, planeswalkers…

  17. Demonic Pact is not working correctly

    Just played a game against an opponent who kept playing Demonic Pacts to delay losing the game. They would get the benefit from one and then play another. When upkeep came around, they were able to choose ONE effect (any that were still available on a single card) and that was it.

    This allowed them to Chose Damage/gain twice and it only progressed each card once. This effectively let them gain the benefits of Demonic Pact and delay the "lose the game" clause for two turns for every new Pact they played

  20. Critical Bug: Daily Quest Timer Constantly Resets, No Quest Granted Since I started playing the game

    ​"I have restarted the client multiple times."
    ​"I have played multiple games to try and force a refresh."
    ​"I have uninstalled and reinstalled the mobile application."
    ​"I confirmed my local time zone is correct (PST/EST/etc.)."
    ​"I have waited through several full daily resets (3 AM PST/6 AM EST)."

    I am realizing that I have been playing the game for weeks without any daily quests bc this is always how the timer looks.
    I feel silly that I'm just noticing it now but I am also a new player. One who has spent money to try to enjoy the game or…
