How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

midweek magic get 3 wins but only 1 prize
Played to 3 wins on Midweek event. Only got 1 prize. Never got another rare or cosmetic card. Win count won't go past 1 win.

Can't remove obnoxious tutorial faerie
Recently re awakened the annoying little tutorial faerie after having played without it's presence for months. Now it pops up and annoys me every time I go to switch decks or edit my decks and no matter what I do it won't go away! I've gone to settings, I've replayed the tutorial and hit skip tutorial, I've gone to account preferences and looked but can find no way of turning it off and it's really starting to grind on me to the point that I'm shouting at my phone for it to STFU and go away! The draw algorithm can't be this bad
Just another Premier draft where I go 0-3 where in each game I
- Go second every game
- Draw 3 of same land each turn for 3 draws in a 3 land deck
- Do not see a 1 or 2 cost card in the initial hand or 2 draws despite my deck being 25% of those cards
- Am forced to mulligan every game because I get all of the same land or 1 land or fewer.
Meanwhile my opponents always curve perfectly with 3+ land types. This exact thing has happened to me in 3 or 4 premier drafts in this…

Force of Negation--banned or not? Where did the good art go? And my wildcards
My Force of Negations got taken out of my Historic Deck, and I got a notice saying that it was banned in Historic. I thought it just got unbanned in February? When I searched for them the versions I had are gone! No refund for my wildcards. The only version to craft now is the ATLA version which has straight-up terrible art. Is it banned or not? If so, can we have a refund for our wildcards? Thanks :)

Hare apparent spam
Technically not against the rules but feels it violates the spirit of the game to play against a deck that’s just plains and hare apparent. I don’t mean using the hare apparent card altogether but if that and plains is the whole deck it is just boring

Time extension and auto concede happening during opponent's turn while waiting on their action to resolve on android
Turn auto concede off during opponents turn qnd make it only available during one's own turn

dollmakers shop no triggering
attacked with a rabbit token while unlocked dollmakers shop was on the board but the effect did not trigger and no token was made.

Cursor size in 4k
Cursor size in 4k is too small. See screenshot. Suggestion: add slider to increase cursor size or 150% - 300% GUI scaling option or both. Best regards

Bug Error or Hacker
"Torch the Tower" didn't exile "Stitcher's Supplier" in that game.

Game freezes selecting lands
The game freeze when creating a deck and selecting lands.
Steps:
Complete deck,
Select basic lands,

recurring theme with shuffler
noticed a new trend concerning the shuffler, players are just quitting the game when shuffler starts it's ********. I have to admit I have started following suit , I've had a few games where I mulliganed twice and just gave up without playing a card. You guys really need to focus on fixing the exisiting bugs and making the game fun to play again because the road you are going it's becoming stagnant and boring. Space bar issues when attacking
When i pass to the attacking phase, if i try to attack all using the spacebar shortcut , it doesnt do anything. otherwise if i click on the button attack all it normally happens. that has been the case after the update. PC - WIndows - arena client - 5/5/2026

Unable to select cards in draft
Unable to select cards during pack 3 in a premier draft. This resulted in a time out and auto selection. Had to close the client and reload by which time the draft was over.

Restless cottage triggers attack when animated by badgermole
Restless cottage triggers attack when animated by badgermole. It should not trigger unless the cost is paid from the land to imprint the ability on the card. I lost a game cause he exiles my graveyard with a cost he did not pay.

No resolve since update
Since the pre-release hype TMNT update, I have lost two games in a row due to timing out. Opponents will play something that has to resolve and it won't. There is no button and the timer just burns away. 2/25/26.
